I Ate Every BRUNCH Item on the Wicked Spoon Buffet in Las Vegas

it's all you can vegas hey everybody it's derek and i'm here at the wicked spoon buffet at the cosmopolitan in las vegas and i'm here for brunch now the cosmopolitan buffet is only open for brunch and there is so much brunch food but there's so much other food as well but today i'm going to eat the brunch food since last time i was here i had plenty of the other food well i might get some of that as well because they do have carved meats and they've got pizza and dim sum but i'm gonna start with the brunch you know like the pancakes and and the benedict in fact i see an eggs benedict right there when we get somebody the new system here is to get somebody to serve you hi could i get some of the waffles would you like some fried chicken with those waffles oh sure yes of course i would always like fried chicken the wings please and then we have a wonderful agra oh the smoke yeah let's try it sure smoke gouda and potato bertan yes i do always want to try new things thank you thank you is there is there is every way you can fit the french toast or the pancakes on here this is the favorite that's the favorite the french toast excellent i'll take it thank you so much all right i caught my waffles and fried chicken she asked if i wanted fried chicken with my waffles and i said yes and so i got this is the waffle and this is the fried chicken i've had this before it's the wicked chicken it is so good and i got french toast she said this is the favorite and this gortan of potato and cheese we'll see all right i'm going to start with the french toast comes with syrup let's get a little bit of this and a lot of this okay here we go um that is like thick and chewy and sweet now i just noticed i have another syrup right here and some kind of jam to go with my waffle so let's try the jam yes it's like maybe uh oh strawberry definitely looks like strawberry put some of that on there that's strawberry jam it's like oh strawberry i think this is my favorite and i've still got fried chicken let's try this i've already tried this i know this is so good it's the wicked chicken [Music] look at that that is some wicked chicken it's just lightly salty slightly crispy so juice juice i'm eating too fast i'm going to try the gratin also recommended to go with the chicken and waffles oh perfect that gratin is so good oh thank you look at my wet house excellent service here at the wicked spoon an excellent food i mean this is actually phenomenal i don't even i don't even like this type of thing well my fiance has i just touched your sausage i'll let her describe it all right well we have i have italian sausage pork i have some honey roasted ham i have a charred strip loin i have bone marrow but the bone marrow usually comes with a kimchi glaze i asked for no glue so they just brought it to me from the station itself came back by the stove and i have some cowbee ribs this is the pork hokkien udon and it has fermented fermented beans and cucumber so that's good they definitely are mixing up the menu somewhat because they we gotta check out what kind of uh tacos they have i remember they had anita's tacos when we were here last time and but i but i've seen other things online that they have had so we need to check out what they have today that's right that's right there's no carving station we're here for the first time we're here just like right after the first reopening right and uh but they definitely have a coffee station now yeah but i gotta stick to my brunch food so all right back for more and there is more brunch food this way i believe because i think i see a big pile of bacon over here and sausages yup that's what it says applewood smoked bacon and pork breakfast sausage and i see some these are the tacos over here because there's tomatoes again that's what they had last time i was here and i see green chili tamales big scoop of guacamole there to go with these tortilla chips but that's not the crunch food i want here we go this is some brunch with smoked salmon with cream cheese capers and red onions on a bagel yeah i'm definitely gonna get one of those yes thank you thank you very much please enjoy it thank you okay can i get a fruit [Music] oh look what's this over here home style potatoes oh yeah like type of breakfast potatoes along with some mashed potatoes and i keep looking at the carvery over there but let me take this back [Music] before i drop everything [Music] all right now let me get some [Music] now i'm gonna get some bacon oh yeah and there's stuff over here this is like a charcuterie plate and some cheeses oh there's vanilla parfait like granola raspberry hibiscus juice yeah wait i know there's stuff over here that i wanted to try a lot of stuff on this buffet did you see how far back the buffet goes all the way back there wicked cereal it says right here oh no where's the nutella toast this is one of the things i saw last time i really wanted to try this time oh well i guess i'll have to make do with cereal so i guess you know i can't grab the food myself so i have to have it handed to me only one one person over here at the moment so maybe i can ask him so can i get something from this other side oh okay all right so i'll ask someone from over here there's still nobody over here oh hi can you give me something from here great i just wanted to get the uh this uh vanilla parfait okay and can i try one of the juices and can i get the cereal you like some milk yes please super saying oh uh two percent would be great is there any more of the nutella toast coming do you know yes even like two more minutes okay that's fine uh i feel like i need to fill up one more thing on there um i guess that's enough all right thank you very much i definitely do not want to drop this i'll save this space for my nutella [Music] toast thank you got more iced tea coming and i've got cereal and milk it looks like this almost looks like it has like a marshmallow on top i can't wait to try that i got my granola vanilla parfait juice fruit and a bagel and so what did you think of your food so far [Music] i don't know what that means is that that's a baseball term right is that is that good or bad yeah 50 oh that's right batting a thousand is perfect right thank you thank you more ice cream what i liked a lot for the grill the cowbee ribs from the korean county road they're great i'd like the mild pork italian sausage because it tastes like a fennel it's really nice really nice i wasn't a fan of the strip loin it's so chewy [Music] hold on everybody she's got to try the salt and pepper shrimp again again she had it last time she liked it because she eats it all you can see that is a whole shrimp inside it's just this is like salt yeah salt and pepper there's fresh chilies garlic everything oh yeah it's great this is big [Music] this part right right all right well here we go all right cheers yes okay it's time for my cereal and i just realized my food still has some of that strawberry jam on it which is so good it's gonna i'm just gonna eat it like this it's gonna make the cereal so much better i think oh actually look at all this there's like granola in here too wow there's a lot going on here that's good that's actually very good granola it could be the strawberry sauce but well that is good like almond slivers corn flakes but what about this oh it's it's meringue it's good it's actually really good the meringue kind of makes it sweet like putting sugar on your cereal wow i like that [Music] so there's more granola yeah there's a little granola in here but it's also like vanilla yogurt yogurt essentially [Music] lots of fruit blueberries and strawberries and i've got fruit fruit right here a pineapple melons blackberry i like pineapple and now the bagel this definitely looks like some kind of and the capers and i think there is a cream cheese under there right there all right you put it all together smoked salmon bagel smokey smoked salmon so good all the capers fell out but i'll just eat them like i love capers so salty briny and then the smoky salmon and cream cheese nice chewy bagel [Music] thank you you got more water comes in these big bottles here or yourself at the table got my juice see how the juices oh that's droppable it's like raspberry i don't remember what this kind said that i'm going to go by my taste buds and say raspberry something else tropical that's all i know i gotta get more cereal it's actually it's actually really good yeah i think putting the strawberry jam in there is where it's at [Music] all right i'll just stick to the bagel pancakes that's what i saw over there i didn't try yet i'm not sure how much more oh yeah the bacon gotta get the bacon that's right pancakes bacon now i did try one brunch food i was here last time the scrambled eggs i'm not gonna get that this time they come in a jar if you want to see that you can click that link right up there watch watch that video oh cool thank you [Music] this looks good check out what my fiance has i got i'm trying to get items that i didn't get before and i realized upon asking for the bibimbap right here i did get that last one so when you put it yeah the second the second they handed to me i realized remember last night you said it didn't taste like beef no it just kind of tasted like vegetable fried rice because it needs the goju that's what the river the gochujang no still spicy korean rice gives it that flavor and it doesn't have that unfortunately so i'm gonna put it aside for it right now i definitely did not get the oxtail pho now right and what was neat was that he'd asked me if i wanted all the fixings but before he added the broth and the meat so i said yes so it came with rice noodles underneath there's onion there's some jalapenos in there some green onions no cilantro because i know sometimes has cilantro in it but that was not an option there which is fine by me yes i don't like options highly of it i had to try it but she gave me two portions which is you know fine maybe two percent i'm not sure why okay i don't know but i'm very excited you'd love it maybe she needs to do something i will okay i am ready for some pancakes let me see if i can get some of those oh wait there's more stuff down here maybe can i try the pancakes thank you and down here what is this down here bassa pasta it's like a fish caramel sticky buns i've had those before this is one of my favorite things on this buffet mortadella pizza eggs benedict oh i guess can i try that the eggs benedict thank you all right i better take this back there's a way i can fit nutella toast on here as well okay now can i get the nutella toast do you have that now great awesome thank you very much so good and now i can just get some bacon over here oh there's sausage too yes i need to get something of a line i guess there is here i think i'm gonna get the pork breakfast sausage and the apple would smoke to bacon can i get the pork sausage and the bacon thank you oh thank you very much just one problem with the eggs benedict it's too slippery all right i got my nutella toast free pre nutella dump there with some sausage and bacon and i got the [Music] eggs benedict but uh lost the egg thank you thank you very much you're welcome that was a really nice cleanup considering that was an egg yeah there's nothing there well done i'm very impressed with him yeah thank you i like because sometimes it smells like alcohol thank you yeah with the new normal we've been using all these uh anti-back uh wipes just wanted to be clean yes thank you appreciate it thank you all right we'll put the rest of the benedict over there because we've got nutella toast sausage and bacon and pancakes to enjoy these are as good as the waffles [Music] i'm gonna be really happy although i didn't get the strawberry syrup i already used it on my cereal okay maybe this time i can dunk this into my syrup there we go they're good pancakes what about this nutella toast with fruit i'm just gonna eat it like a piece of toast oh that's good it's cause the nutella has that chocolatey flavor which is really good on toast apparently and a little bite of the banana i got too that was really good and this bread it's like a it's not a white bread you know it's like a whole grain bread that's a whole other dimension of flavor there wow this is i really obviously just gonna be you know just like something that just looked good it didn't necessarily taste that amazing but this tastes amazing nutella toast [Music] bacon sausage pork breakfast sausage it's just like typical breakfast sausage that is good but this is the one you got right here nutella toast just be careful with this one all right my fiance is back with her next plate and to me i think you got dessert it's dessert round this is a bourbon white chocolate bread pudding like chocolate chip bread pudding this was a raspberry cupcake and right now the name is gazing but it's a little cupcake i think like a vanilla bean this is a strawberry matcha yuzu mousse cake carrot cake with pineapple compo which looks very familiar to me i think they had that that's the winning buffet they sure did all right finally i got this waffle before the liaison waffle with a strawberry compo but what i'm going to do is put some vanilla gelato on
