The Palms A.Y.C.E. Buffet Las Vegas All You Can Eat Brunch

it's all you can Vegas hey everybody it's Erica I'm here at do face buffet at the Palms what's unique about this buffet is what the Palms has done with the way the stations are organized it's not Italian station Chinese food the stations are organized by how the food is prepared it's the Roasterie and the hearth and smoke and fire and sweet and light so where do we begin well it's always a good idea to begin with a car I wasn't back like there's ham and Turkey and a roast beef here's some fruit parfaits that's happy RFA okay Bowl Moroccan lamb so I'm gonna for chicken wings egg foo yung spring roll mongolian beef and some pot stickers and this is the ramen station it's like you choose your different ramen topping and I guess the guy backed them off now this is revival this is one of the most unique parts of this buffet this is the vegetarian vegan healthy foods specifically designed to revive you and make you healthy which is kind of the opposite of what most most buffet foods do so it's really nice to see that here at this cauliflower quinoa grits 5 bean vegetable vegetable kilee rainbow chard hash and gluten-free pancakes these are jackfruit enchiladas that I've definitely never seen come on babe or don't you ever seen that anywhere and there's a fresh pressed juices and the others are face let's even get a better look at the Roasterie this crowded a minute ago it's a little more open now that more of the carb meat that's that's the meaning me horseradishes and strawberries blueberries and powdered sugar strawberry compote blueberries they're for your pancakes and fresh all right now this is the heart is stuff bakes in a fire Melvin like a fireplace this says Shack suka I'm not sure but it is some kind of Hague I guess ham and egg New England clam Doyle swingley clam boil that looks pretty cool it's French onion soup that was even cooler I've never seen French onion soup but it literally looks like somebody you see in a restaurant is right here a buffet spicy buffalo mac and cheese Brussels sprouts bacon and potato au gratin breakfast quesadillas this is breakfast I got a fiery oven Pizza fiancee without pizza only here's the omelet station because it is brunch geez Messiah Oh there's the omelet master and let's check out the salad bar all the station casinos which this is a station casino now they have these salad bars right in the entrance of the buffet this one looks really better than any that I've seen is this smoked salmon shrimp cocktail and watermelon salad here's some iceberg romaine spinach and a spring mix and then get your salad now these are this is like yogurts in' now to have your prunes they keep everything moving here's just a logistics and toppings just like going the Souplantation and oh this is a hummus baba ganoush honey butter chive cream cheese plain cream cheese strawberry cream cheese and smoked salmon 3 here's some breads and bagels and rolls a toaster for your convenience I see some soups over here too chicken noodle soup oatmeal and super the day do you know what the soup of the day is what does that look like I made a broccoli soup or something broccoli soup looks great thank you well there's only one station we haven't checked yet and that is the deserts where you always save the best for last oh no there is an extra one I didn't see it smoke and fire that certainly sounds exciting too madam or carved meats the breakfast sausage bacon and some very charred meat what type of meat is it yeah what type of meat is that this spicy right you said please get oh okay thank you this is chipotle lime chicken biscuits and gravy gravy and chilaquiles and a few more breakfast tea things over here smoked brisket Benedict Johnny cakes southerners like me love Johnny cakes and fire roasted jalapeno syrup I don't think I love that don't really do spicy now let's check out the suite and lights got your ice cream ice cream cones mini cinnamon rolls sticky buns caramel sauce toppings for your ice cream oh look at this they'll they'll make you an ice-cream sandwich to order cupcakes creme brulee committee cream puffs carrot cake vegan brownies attention vegans there's your brownies chocolate sauce multigrain muffins mini blueberry muffins letter course salts and these are the sugar-free desserts for those of you who can't or don't want to have sugar it's a pretty good assortment right there all right so that's that's what's on the buffet I think it's time to get a plate all right dr. shakshuka the breakfast cool the chilaquiles and the brisket and a brisket Benedict let's try this looks like a serious Benedict Wow the only word that comes to mind really two flavors the texture the dewy egg and the that have been a bit of a sweet char on the brisket Wow look at this egg Wow it's losing all over the place I'll even sure how to eat this or what this is tomato egg and greens naturally get to we're really good clean tomato flavor and the egg and I don't know what's in that but that's a keeper and let's just look at the pool some kind of red like a ham and egg or something in there I have like that like mix of Mexican green chili how naturally you do and that tastes completely different flavor from the other egg dishes are active just tried gotta get some part of the meat get a slice of everything what type of e-business I mean is it just roast beef or is it like a crime can I get a slice of everything basically everything yes please you can actually get your ears piece of beef cooked down more if you don't want to fight this rare on the grill thank you [Music] hello boys yeah that's fine thank you thank you very much I know and of course there's mashed potatoes and gravy two types of gravy as a hose you and of course when there's two types of gravy I get two types of gravy hammerhead may hear those you so yeah there's also a duck cassoulet breakfast potatoes and scrambled eggs okay I think I got everything that's on the buffet now all right let's try this beef is a little on the rare side for meat but like I said you begin at cooked to your liking just ask them to put it on the grill maybe that is cooked to my liking it doesn't taste as rare as it looks all right let's go for the turkey one of my favorite meats and I like to have it with a little gravy you might as well have a little mannish potatoes too that's good night the people is better let's try the ham what's really good too that's probably my second favorite that applesauce sauce or whatever that is very good with the ham here's the duck cassoulet and the French onion soup that is to have it through look at all the onions that's literally just like French onion soup from a restaurant and here is all you can eat all right duck that's not my favorite but maybe this one will be and that's really fall-off-the-bone and let's try the cassoulet parts these are kind of smoky like Oh and rather something all right I figured I better go to the revival station and get some healthy food this is the cauliflower quinoa grits rainbow chard and of course the jackfruit chilaquiles very curious to see how that tastes now this jackfruits it sort of looks like meat inside the chilaquiles but it also looks like weird meat because it's jackfruit well let's see how it tastes not my favorite okay I mean it's not bad there is so much other great stuff Hey rainbow chard hash that tastes like chard let's try cauliflower that looks pretty cool [Applause] it's nice it's warm and it has like a very comforting flavor it's okay but mitts it's good very good but absolutely now I'm not a fan of gimmicky food but I think I'm gonna try that spicy buffalo macaroni and Stromboli I do like Stromboli I know that [Music] the only problem with buffets is full before you're really all there is to eat do my best to try as much as I can we have an ancient food okay now we get it it's chicken wings this is the closest thing they've got to fried chicken it is fried chicken hey there is some freshly made egg too young I guess I'll get it to dig just the round egg rolls are pretty good actually really big oh this is egg foo yung sauce alright I'll put that on I think that please [Music] macaroni are covered in cheese and flamin hot III don't like putting a hot cheeto Wow that was that was awful poor Chinese I wouldn't recommend this alright let's try the salt pepper chicken that's all right that's not spicy no there's a flamin hot cheeto really moisture to a little reason now the one thing you might notice about this birthday is something yet you have not seen and that on this buffet I don't think it's just because it's brunch I think it's generally there they're just they're not featuring a lot of seafood there's not like a crab legs or good night's anything like that but fine by me because I but if you really really have to have seen well you know maybe this is not the buffet to come to but if you appreciate every other type of food then this definitely is let's get deserves okay can you make like a cookie or ice cream sandwich or something I guess a sugar cookie if I would be best right and just choose whichever ice-cream just one flavor oh really okay how about like mint chocolate chip and yeah a little vanilla oh you got to change the topping okay oh yeah I'm over there so what is it sprinkles and a nose that tough I guess just the regular that one yeah [Music] let me get a play home thank you so much enjoy this looks fantastic thank you all right so that's how you get a custom-made Ice Cream Sandwich here at the pace buffet at the hall so happy right now one thing I discovered by dropping my food on the floor is that underneath here underneath the boots USB ports charge your phone and that's all right let's try this Cream Sandwich custom made by me with two flavors of ice cream sugar cookie and rainbow sprinkles and today Jim one of my favorites that's nice that's so fun now you may think that this as extravagant as some of the buffets on the strip I mean it doesn't keep going on and on and on like the BOK and all but I mean the quality is something that is it pretty much rivals the area or I mean I'd say it's better than Bellagio and that is a lot more expensive this buffet is $21.99 for the Sunday brunch if you have a players card you can knock that down to $17.99 depending on your players
