I asked artist on Fiverr to paint my Warhammer - difficult mode

I asked Arnie some Fiverr to paint my Warhammer but I also asked some of the world's best artists to paint the exact same figures let's see what we got it's a masterpiece oh my what some of the most fun I've ever had on this channel are the videos where we asked already some Fiber to paint some Warhammer for us because we always get some amazing art and it's so fun to compare how different artists interpret different figures some of the most fun I've had outside of the YouTube channel is that over the past 18 months me and my friends have created the brand new fantasy Universe to overthrow Games Workshop and their games Warhammer maybe not because quite frankly I love Warhammer but at least we're making some pretty freaking cool Miniatures so I've decided to combine the two so we're gonna go on Fiverr and ask a bunch of Warhammer painters to be the first ones in the world to paint these brand new Miniatures and interpret them the way that they see them with their imagination and creativity and then compare that to what the books artists have painted and see how different people think about creativity paint job so computer out let's see what we can find on Fiverr so I have looked around on Fiverr and found quite a lot of artists and I've written I don't know maybe 10 of them to see if they're available and how much it would cost so the ones have finally selected are for 43 dollars matilai have said that he's gonna paint a 75 millimeter figure I don't know how he's gonna be able to do that for that little amount of money but let's try that we've got Peter lundstrom yes for 150 and then we have a huge freaking yum I'm spending so much money on this video for financial decisions tesos asked for 550 I've also asked a guy called little demon Studios and he asked for 600 bucks so we actually had a fifth person on Fiverr as well but unfortunately he had to cancel last minute so I've asked one of my patrons if he wanted to paint it and he said yes so the fifth one is not from Fiverr but let's go back to the future yes we have quite a few minutes to compare today a lot of them so which one do you want to start with let's go the cheapest one first good idea also we've had the coolest sponsors that we've had for almost a year yeah I have to agree this is from artists help us they just launched a Kickstarter for play shelving I guess we're going to talk about that more later in the video but now let's bring out the 43 dollar miniature this is Matthias lay this one is from Patrick let me introduce the figure that he's painted this is not just a regular amazing looking Barbarian he is part of the necromantic race the innary some may say that necromance is the darkest of magic Arts but among the humans though it's considered to be the very essence of life when he was a kid his entire city was swiped from the face of the land with the simple whims of one of the Gods so this guy really had to fight to survive his entire life so Matthias finances his Studies by doing these commissions so he just launched his own business with a website and as always for all of these guys we just put the links to their fiber accounts down in the video description if you want to check out the art that they do foreign [Music] what's your first impression like right from the start I I love the colors because so far I haven't like even thought about this color combination for this mini I mean I've been thinking about this mini a lot and this is really cool I feel like he really have captured an atmosphere in this one and the creativity with having like the blue underglow nice touch with the non-metallic metal and I really like the robe yeah I think my favorite part though it's the fur I think he painted the fur really nicely and I really like the the subtleties in like the blue sheen and the like Golden Belt Buckle yeah it looks super nice so dude 45 bucks more like three four hundred yeah I don't know how we did that let's bring out protests and see the comparison oh what the hell weirdly oh my freaking God oh man dude I am so hyped about this this looks [ __ ] insane foreign like his Blends and his textures and stippling is just outer World Leaf yes it's quite fascinating with the creativity like they they use pretty much the the same color scheme like they have the gray fur they have oh the rock is different matley had a bit of an ambient light coming like low in from The Sword to me it almost looks like he's made like a a stone sword yeah which I really like that idea sort of making it this sort of like peace from the gods maybe like Earth imbue The Rock and then he just made a [ __ ] Hammer sword from it I just like the creativity a lot on both of these so so with the creativity though I have to give put like the edge of the Flint yeah I mean that was freaking lit but then again like we paid 45 dollars the planes probably cost more than that in terms of creativity I think they're they're equal yeah uh obviously is a professional so he's got multiple years of practice doing the blends and paint job is a little bit more refining to test but like how can both not be freaking tense yeah in my opinion I don't know what your opinion no I feel like they're both tense because put this is outwardly yeah but this one paid 43 bucks for this yeah and it's a masterpiece yeah I hope he's increases prices since we ordered this he have to have it oh what a start if this is the cheapest one where are we gonna go from here time for meeting number two this is from Peter lundstrom and he asked for 150 dollars so three times as much as the previous one yeah which is probably more racial surprise so the character we got in here is another of the innary humans yeah but this guy is not a necromancer he's actually one called Pathfinder his powers lies in understanding and sensing the shifts in the world meaning that if you're going on a trip and you're afraid that the gods are gonna change the place you're going to he's gonna be the one that knows which place is the safest to walk what the hell Peter the guy who made this mini his Instagram account is witness my minis I I spot a ginger man oh [Music] okay wow first of all let's let's speak about the creativity yeah I really like the water base and the water effect and the waves and splashing stuff just the idea there that he's kind of like a water bender like he can move the elements that's kind of cool I really like the the purple robust as well it makes it pop quite a bit I feel like the the OSL from the from his staff might be a little bit too strong but other than that I feel like this is really really cool yeah it's so fascinating because with this one again I I wouldn't have pictured a shirt Glenn like this no this is not how I depict him no I think we should bring out the second one and compare the two yep I see what you say foreign job is done by Sam Lentz he's like a YouTube Legend I would say [Music] and he has done I think the most atmospheric paint job I've seen yeah in a very long time this is some like freset that inspired like the old 80s and 90s like fantasy artworks this is maybe more how I would have seen him like when I imagined him myself yeah a bit darker a bit prettier yeah yeah in terms of creativity I like I have to say both are quite equal but obviously the paint job with Sam's is It's A step above you can sense it's more like this is his routine yeah yeah sure he does this uh well I must say like maybe Peter took it the extra step with the base yeah definitely I mean yeah I'm in love with Sam's but yeah overall still super freaking happy what we got oh yes fits even with the big bass how awesome is that bring me the Third number three this is uh tasos oh this one I'm [ __ ] excited about let's freaking go this one cost 550 I believe it is an incredibly rare sight to see a dragonza orc and a goblin hang out together the Orcs in this world live in a highly developed Society but they are smart enough to not want to mess with the gods so they are really doing it under the radar not trying to create a lot of fuss of themselves so let's just start because I'm so I'm so freaking hyped for this this is gonna be so good he has his own boxes speaks professionally [Applause] oh no it's broken it's finely glued and I'm gonna say I'm this is probably the most unique orc skin I've seen in my life I get purple mixed with yellow skin very different yeah really good yeah it's also like a night atmosphere it's got like the and the gold I feel like I want to call it like night gold or something because it's like yellow greenish tint but it's like very dissaturated but it almost looks like fur rather than skin yeah with like the brush Strokes is done so it's as you say in terms of creativity very high paint level also yeah and considering what we paid for it it's still like April he probably spent I would say 30 40 hours maybe on it yeah I really like the flag as well it's nice that they added like a touch with the free hand and everything it's really cool but let's open up the the professional box art version of this this is probably one of the ones that I am the the most excited about because this one is painted by one of my favorite artists I tell you console and you're a work guy because I I don't know if this is gonna be fair and come up what okay like you guys give us some cool boxes oh let's go [Music] oh dude just look at the freaking look at the atmosphere yeah oh my God what look at this base oh Jesus holy freaking Frick can you see what he's done he has painted with cast life as if there's like leaves here and you have light coming from above so like everything is shaded as if there's like a rooftop and The Roots like what a nice touch seriously it's a high freaking Flint oh my God so one thing that a lot of like good painters do especially if they come from Spain shout out Spain shout outs pain painters is that they use colors for highlights so this one is like it goes from like a blue to a red to yellow and then back to like cold blue Highlight again and just having those like colors in the Highlight almost makes it feel like a hologram or something because the color work is god-like and again creativity with like the skin tone it's funny that like this one is purple and blue this one is yellow and purple that's kind of like both of them are unique oh freaking hell yeah so guys just here like don't hide your hobby you have to display it and show it to everyone like look how much better this mini look now than it what it did when we held it in the room and if I'm honest the hours that we spend like building and making these minis they do deserve a really nice display so with these beautiful display cabinet from artisopos you can have your minis at display at least 100 hours per day yeah tidy orderly and dust free and as you've seen all of these fronts are removable with magnets and not only does your minis look good in them but they do come with this light pre-installed so you don't have to do any connecting or anything like that and you can either wall mount them or just have them standing like this separately on a bench or something like that you have at home and there are multiple sizes steps width so these ones that we've been sent are still only the prototypes the goes like a shoe yeah now bring up number four why uh number four little demon Studio versus the box art that was the first one that we got so we've already seen how it looks and this is the orc from Eric Swinson which is I hate to say probably the best looking miniature I've seen in your life I I just wanted to stop painting after I saw that no pressure the guy Nico paints this on Fiverr is one of your favorite painters so it's like uh you won a pretty freaking good painter versus uh the best paint job in the world yeah which is pretty much unfair yeah so let's just keep going so this is goner and he is not just a regular Druid he might not be the strongest one or the eldest one but with his skill he's earned a good reputation and most of all his connection to the animals have made him have a bigger understanding of the land Sona than pretty much anyone else in the world oh [Music] thank you [Music] I think this is kind of hilarious they almost did it exactly the same like the uh maybe not exactly the same but dude he was worried that he wasn't gonna live up to the hype but I feel like he does yeah it looks really really good both in terms of painting and creativity like they've taken a quite different route I feel like like the base here is more like the classic old school like Warhammer base look yeah while Eric has done like the cast Shadows like obviously a glass here I think I won the prize for like the best paint in the world on one of the events so he's like a unique person when it comes to like the cast shadows and all of that but like the paint job from Nico I think it's it's freaking lit yeah it's very smooth like highlights is really well placed I really like as well that he did the belly in more like a Caucasian skin tone it breaks up a little bit in the center of the mini Eric did that on the knees as well and it's sort of so fascinating that like the non-metallic metal gold they look fantastic on both of them yeah they look so different yeah Eric's is more saturated yeah and because it's a little bit more desaturated and has like a few more Reflections and secondary lights yeah I feel like but they still look like freaking gold yeah and both of them did the spirit animal blue yep and both of them painted the back like a night Shadow yeah I feel like Eric's is like a billion out of 10. it's still probably the best miniature I've seen yeah so it's not not really fair no but I still feel like mikos is probably uh 12 out of 10. yeah it's super super nice so definitely be proud yeah be proud boys yeah like these two on the Shelf I'm not gonna paint anything for this Kickstarter campaign everyone is just too good should we just go home now I can sit and look at both bees for hours so guys the last figure it's none other than my Patron sir real is it surreal and I feel kind of sorry for this guy because he had like two days or something to finish the piece because of the other guy's cancellation and he jumped in last minute so this guy is Prince tarkus he's the prince of the elves of Aiko and this guy does not shy down from using any means necessary to make sure that his race survives and that he is the one that comes out on Top If this means stealing Limbs and organs from his friends then he's gonna do it what else do you have friends for this guy actually has to compare to you Lucas yeah I don't want to be part of this anymore [Music] but I love your paint job so it's uh no shade on that well I am seeing something that's quite different from what you've done [Music] and he did this in two days and you did this in dude two days so I feel like it's kind of funny it's not like a black metal yeah which is similar to the to the concept art but he haven't seen the concept art he's done something really unique as well with the rock it's made him glow from underneath and it's done a nightlife I'm guessing but it's more turquoise whilst yours is more like dark to Blue it's really nice so I must say like I really appreciate the creativity of both and maybe I prefer the base of yours a little bit more but it's even done like the reflection of the sword yeah so this guy really has like the high-end mindset I would say for an art piece like this I think it's fun that we both painted the feathers red yeah it's really nice and in terms of creativity I feel like he did a really really good job it's really important especially with the time you have yeah definitely the Rogue is really nice and the armor looks really good yeah so now let's just recap and show you guys all of the awesome meanings
