Hello everyone, welcome to my ranch Since my hubby will be joining us soon for lunch I'm going to make some Huevos Rancheros and I'll be showing you how to make them I have here four eggs, three tomatoes, an onion, and two Serrano chillies a little garlic and tortilla now I'm going to show you how to make them First, I'm going to make a salsa very spicy just like my hubby likes it I just chopped the tomatoes, now I'm going to chop the chillies and the onion and the garlic now I'm going to put a little oil on the pan now I'm going to put the peppers and tomatoes so they can cook very, very well I'm going to put a little salt now I'm going to let it cook now that its done I'm going to take it out It's very delicious! Now I'm going to use this pan To toast the tortillas to make the eggs I'm going to put a little oil Now, I'm going to let the oil get really hot to toast the tortillas Now I'm going to put the tortilla so it can turn golden now that it's toasted, I'm going to take it off and add in another now that the tortillas are done, I'm going to add an egg adding a little salt I'm going to put it on top of the tortilla I have some refried beans really, really refried to accompany the eggs well I got everything prepared, I got the beans and I'm going to add a little cheese I'll add a little salsa here look how delicious this breakfast is look everyone, doesn't this look tasty?
