you know those home carbonation systems that have to sit on your counter in a big box and they're in the way and you got to buy endless Replacements and gases and their special bottles we're going to eliminate all of that with [Music] this this will do an amazing amount of bottles like a thousand and to refill it it's 20 bucks this whole tank and that's it and this guy this guy can live under your counter tucked away in a cabinet and you just have the valve coming out that'll carbonate so the second thing you're going to need is a regulator this is also a uh quick release ball valve and this guy is called a carbonation cap and then additionally you're going to need beverage line and these two little clamps right here um this is going to be easier than piecing together uh furniture from your favorite Swedish retailer all right so all this does you take this end and you screw it onto your tank it's the only part that screws onto your tank so there's no room for error there take a pair of pliers and make it tight otherwise you'll do what I did and not make it tight and then realize that you had a CO2 leak in your apartment for a very long time and you avoid telling your wife and uh just roll with it you want to make sure that this is off basically this is your gas line here this is on this is off so the next thing we're going to do is we're going to attach the beverage line you're going to put on your clamps first I've learned this the hard way your little clamps go on first because you can't put them on after this little spigot that looks like it belongs to a hose belongs to a hose so we slide that in your clamp goes and you're just going to tighten it with the screwdriver put a little gumption into it you can feel it it's solid you put that into the hose slide your clamp up rinse and repeat so with that you just built a carbonator one piece two piece threepiece tank but now enough of that let's carbonate some stuff so this is one of my favorite drinks which is green tea this is your jacket it pulls just like this so you pull it back you stick it on top um this bottle don't use it we're going to go to this standard water bottle we're going to carbonate Rosé the reason why this is an ice things carbonate better uh when they're cold now we're going to fill the bottle and this is like nice like you get a bottle of something friends come over for a dinner party you want to like psych it up a little bit you can carbonate it and we're going to squeeze all the oxygen out and put our carbonator cap on let's put this on the table just in case don't explode pull the ball back pop it in there we go and you shake it up this is just helping work the gas in and now you pull the top off releases and you ready take this off and that is letting all the gas become active some stuff May carbonate more than others um if you're working with Citrus it actually kind of just overflows the whole time and once was regular is now bubbles that's some Che keep sparkling [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] wine bubbly delicious good if you want to see more videos click below I'm going to get turn these are barbecue ribs I made these without a smoker instead I use a grill and a little trick that I'm going to show you right now
