california california listen y'all it is hot as so today we're going to be making a juke joint loaded caesar salad using some leftover ingredients from the last video let's get to it y'all super easy the only thing we're going to be cooking today is the shrimp oh we saying the black community scripts okay you know what it is i got some big old jumbo shrimp here now listen if you ain't got paid yet just get you some regular size okay but if you want to be fancy get you some colossal or jumbo or large you can use that you use whatever you want to it's your stuff do whatever you want to do we're going to add a little oil to the pan not too much honey okay you don't want your shrimp to become a like a greased pig these beautiful shrimp that have peeled and deveined make sure you get that shrimp doodoo out of there don't nobody want they're going to be talking about you in a group chat if you don't peel in the vein your shrimp then let me know that you don't wash your body or your legs when you get in the bed with dirty feet and i know something else think too you're going to be smelling like these shrimp mm-hmm nasty you want to season your shrimp now i'm going to be let me tell y'all what i'm using i'm using my seasoning get that right there kerry you did this is my seafood seasoning that's going to be coming out this summer i know y'all like when is the season coming out honey is coming honey good thing you take time that's why y'all out there ain't got no good sex life cuz y'all rushing season yo shrimp honey okay with my seasoning but it could have come out you can use a little bit of all day with some cajun seasoning and all that stuff in there then you want to just toss it around now look i patted these dry okay we just saw my man they never told me before baby okay you know i know our pan is nice and hot okay you just want to put these down in here okay lay them down honey like baby jesus in the manger wrapped in swaddling clothes amen get a nestle down in here and i'm not using butter because i want to be healthy i do need a little bit more oil but don't baptize them honey all right put this down in here y'all like that okay and you don't want to overcrowd your pan okay you don't want to do that all right you don't want to look like that million man march okay you want room and i'm gonna turn up my thigh because it went down low for a little bit i don't know what happened turn it up we need some fire burn i will see earthquake and fire anyway we're gonna let these cook for about two to three minutes per side let me tell you about shrimp okay shrimp will let you know when it's ready to flip over okay men the same thing women will do [Music] listen when it easily release from the pan it's ready to flip over okay when you got a tug at it it ain't ready to go pay attention like this one right here ready we're gonna flip look at there turn that over like that see how i don't have to tug at it they look so pretty look at that that's that seasoning mm-hmm we're just gonna let these cook for two more minutes and we're gonna take them out and put the salad together it's gonna be real easy and simple y'all okay now the shrimp are done and we're going to just take them out put them to the side before we build less elite lisa shrimp season y'all don't want it period time to build a salad i don't know ain't gonna take all day listen i've got some chopped romaine here now you can use the romaine that's in the bag already or you can take it and then what i like to do is get the fresh one wash it okay you don't want to get nobody sick up in there give it a good baptism all right then we're gonna go and pour the dressing on i've got some good store-bought dressing i'm not gonna tell you which one i'm using because they're not cutting a check okay info at the dannyrose.com if you want to work gotcha get your favorite caesar friend don't nobody like an overdressed caesar but then when i be going to the restaurants fresh in l.a cause they be trying to do everything gluten-free and watch the calories and all that they don't give you enough i'm gonna show y'all how i like it in between i like it missionary amen all right so i just wanna drizzle this on actually no this is not working i'm going to pour we just want to pour that on there like that then i'm going to add some croutons in here store about anybody have time to be making them fresh but if you want to make them fresh do that i don't these are good all right we're just going to put them in here as much as you want so we got our croutons in there and then we have our dressing and i just want to give it a little toss the more you toss it it oxidized the lettuce and all that stuff and so it kind of releases its own like juices i'm convinced that lettuce is a freak i really am they're like it's overdressed this is how i like it okay i like mine like this we're not done we're not done all right then i'm gonna grate some freshly grated parmesan on here y'all if you can get the freshly grated parmesan grate it yourself okay it makes the heck of a difference so then we're just gonna toss this again one more time we're going to add some freshly cracked pepper a caesar ain't a season y'all if you don't have fresh cracked pepper in there you need your black pepper okay your black powdered pepper should i say there we go and then we're just going to plate this up and i'm going to add all of our protein on there i've got some leftover salmon that i had just in the fridge i'm gonna flake it put our shrimp we got some bacon bits real bacon bits and i also got some lump crabs that's right because this is what i want up in the jeep joint baby okay so we're just going to lay our solidly uh look at there it's bliss make sure you get all your stuff in there you paid for it put it all in there wait hold on just a little bit just a little bit then we're going to hit it with some bacon bits all right real cut bacon bits it's great for the summer summer summer summer time time [Music] hotels got my hand just acting up it's trying to be a hot girl bowl get out of my hand cause it's the summer time trying to just get out here trying to put on her little hot pants i stun you we're gonna add our shrimp here we're gonna put that down look at there look at me being dainty a little teaspoon of shrimp and we just want to flake this salmon like that i'm just going to put it on here like this okay tinkerbell stand all right then we're going to take some crab meat i don't want to touch that because then my hand's going to be smelling like i ain't been living right i don't want that but this is fresh look cute now you may touch you and you just want to put your lump crab on there like that no you cannot use imitation crab katie and katie white too she over here trying to act like black folks i expect that out of my people lord have mercy put you some not crap now you can't get crab claw katie for all you katie's out there then we're just trying to add just a drizzle of a caesar like that just so we can dress the shrimp and the salmon that we put on top girl look what you did out there youtube university youtube university you got it no i have a camera girl that's down here she she had the duck because we got a reflection in the in the oven over here and she's stuck in there just throw your hand up like this so they can see and then we're gonna hit it with a little bit of lemon lemon okay because we have that fresh seafood like that this is beautiful y'all my emerald look at that that's a that's a good salad that is a good looking salad now it is time to taste it you guys know i always say to taste your food before the people come over taste as you go we're gonna get some shrimp eggs y'all know that spanish wait i ain't got no lettuce they're gonna be like ain't no pizza lettuce on there oh [Music] listen you just saw how i made this was so easy if you go back to my other video you can use your leftover salmon to make the same thing add your little bit of shrimp you're allergic to shellfish it's okay baby use what you can use okay chicken whatever you want to use but it was
