the obsession with chicken back is from Jamaicans at least and I guess maybe I don't know maybe it take the seasoning in a special kind of way or maybe the bone is nice yeah or maybe the bone get soft when you very nice yes okay and Kino there's a guy on Kino Kino um call YouTube channel Kina YouTube channel there's there's a guy there name OHF okay he called the chicken back Jamaica national dish really that's is Jamaican national dish okay and everybody knows the real Jamaican national dish is AK and selfish but he believes the chicken back is his Kino life with Jamaica Kino life with Jamaica of each little a as possible yeah because CU of the can they're very soft okay so they're easy to mash up but if they were picked fresh they wouldn't be so easy to mash up no unless you overcook it
