what would be putting in our mouths today shut up then Ben's been experimenting again that's all the test you beautiful this is Ben this is Ben waving today Ben's going to perform a science experiment aren't you Ben what's the experiment Ben says that he's going to make some fizzy fruit but what apparatus will you need Ben Ben is going to need a mound of fruit clingy film hipster eyeglasses a large lunch box dry ice hand socks with hand socks safely on Ben can - the dry ice into the box Oh smokey a couple of tea towels to protect his fruit and then in it goes is it airtight been good work all that's left to do now is to leave it for around 12 hours but what are you going to do while you wait then how about cut logging your silicon bakeware collection also don't forget you have a quiche in the oven and the moment of truth the great thing about experiments is we have no idea if it's going to work its had a little bit longer than 12 hours because it had overnight this is where science gets real cool books are still cool okay well they're very calm oh wow that's so cool how do you explain that it's the great thing about fizzy great is it's basically a very handy capsule of sparkling wine this is incredible I have got a show and I have a dive into my fist box I haven't tried the orange go for it I guess it been like Fanta other fizzy drinks are available light it's like Panter other positions are available that's awesome not done BAM science awesome idea I stole it off of chefsteps ah secretary hmm oh my gosh that's so strange there's any left anger bring about this make sure we show you hadn't tried to point up yet you wanna dig down the bottom there yeah and that's closer to the co2 I think the ones that are more sour or more tart go fizzy when I do go prick Wow this oh yeah yeah Bazaar feedings that shouldn't let sensation shouldn't come from fresh fruit that's great on a scale of one to twelve would you say we've achieved fizzy fruit I would say twelve times yes twelve times yes that's fizzy fruit salted no question mark on the end being but affirmative we did it sort it sorted who'da thunk it yeah I can't believe that really well it did it certainly did without fridge cam I think had ever it had hand socks it had people making this face and it's all had a burning quiche Evers
