How to import SRT subtitles to Adobe Premiere Pro

hey everyone in this video tutorial we are going to have a look at how to import srt subtitle files to adobe premiere pro so let's say you've already transcribed your video on simon says edited the transcript and now want to import that into adobe premiere pro first click export on simon says choose subtitles srt a zip folder will be downloaded to your computer unzip it in your adobe premiere pro project go to the file menu choose import and locate the downloaded srt file on your computer then drag the srto file from the project bin onto the timeline and place it over your video align the layer with the speech you can edit the text on the captions tab you can change the type phase the font size the background color if you have any questions we're happy to help just click the chat icon on the bottom right of the website
