How to Heal the Sick in Jesus Name!!!

when it comes to healing the sick we are not so much about praying for the sick we are not so much trusting the faith of the next person when we go Minister everything that we minister out of it is out of the finished work of the Lord Jesus Christ okay it comes out of ours ayah 53 verse 5 that says he was wounded for our transgressions he was bruised for our iniquities the chastisement of our peace was upon him and with His stripes we are healed okay so Jesus received stripes okay out of the stripes came blood now we know the blood is for the remission of our sins and is to bias out of darkness into light but he had to receive stripes to have blood okay had to be ripped open he had to be pierced to have stripes and the stripes is for our healing okay so in the atonement provision has been made for for our healing okay so by His stripes we are okay so our is like a continuous present tense but his Peter writes it years later in 1st Peter 2 verse 24 he says the following is this by whose stripes you were healed in other words so Peter look back in retrospect and he says we actually were healed already 2,000 years ago we were healed I told the story here of eight Baldwin that was dying with brain cancer it was in this hospital and the doctor said you got like 17 days over and he decided what am I gonna do and he decided well this is only 17 days left so God will be very impressed if I read my Bible so we started in Genesis and the guy that was with him in the room a Methodist guy that was very best let him say to him you know if you only have 70 days I'd suggest you started Matthew you know and he said number I started Genesis God will give me the time to read through the whole Bible now you got to understand the guys hold testimony to appreciate the story you started in Genesis me God in Jeremiah and somewhere in Jeremiah here 8 is there a word from the Lord for me you know the story and and and God said the easy word from the Lord for you but you've got to get out of the hospital and go out to the road you sydney was so skinny he was so skinny because of the cancer and because of the radiation he had no hair and this guy is just on seven foot zero six foot like 11 inches is a very tall guy now he's very ski so we look very bad with his bald head and their big nose and you know because he had a big bushy hair when we watched his testimony so he went down and he set something on the sidewalk but there were a lot of trees and he said God is past 12:00 there's no cars here and he saw a car coming and he said well that must be my word and a car falls right by said well there goes my word but he saw the bright lights of the car coming in the car reverse he said nobody could see him on the sidewalk the cost of right in front of him turn this window open he said are you Reverend Baldwin he said I am how do you know he said I don't know it's how I was sleeping God woke me up and said get in your car drive to that hospital there will be someone in the sidewalk his name is Reverend Baldwin and I've got a word from the Lord for him he said oh my goodness you know that is what God said have I got a word from the Lord you know and he says this is your word Reverend Isaiah 53 verse fast is by His stripes you are healed he said but I are not healed you know they said he said the revelation is 2000 years ago you are already healed and the next day for those who heard the story went to the doctor and he said to the doctor doctor this is not good grammar but this is good theology I are healed and the doctor says you don't look healed they tested him he was full of cancer but I said doctor I are healed you know and that nights God walks into the hospital fell on this man he walked through the hospital started pulling pipes and tubes and machines out of people and that whole Hospital got healed and he walked out free and still preaching today because he got the revelation that I are healed okay so Peter looks back and he said by whose stripes you were healed so if we minister to the sick we got to understand we minister out of a point that Jesus did it it's a finished work that Jesus Christ that if we want to minister to the sick we must understand that we are commissioned to do it we are commanded to do it we are sent to do it okay we're not going to trust on the other person's faith because then we are actually just motivators we're not going out of motivation we going out of an understanding that Jesus Christ said go heal the sick Jesus Christ said go lay hands on the sick and they shall be recovered you know so we going because we are saying we are commissioned we are anointed to go okay so today we're going to start again with ours ayah 53 maybe and second Peter first Peter chapter 2 verse 24 by stripes we were healed by His stripes we are healed but the scripture is also mentioned in Matthew chapter 8 in verse 16 is I think the the crux of the matter and what happened they Peters mother-in-law was sick with a fever and the Bible says he came into the house of the mother-in-law of Peter and he touched her hand and the fever left her remember and said and when evening came they brought many unto him that were sick with divers diseases and demon-possessed and He healed all the sick and caused out all the demons with a word so jesus healed all the sick caused out all the demons with the word so that it might be now I want you to take that tense into mine so they were are they we were and there might be so that it might be fulfilled okay so there might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet Isaiah when he said he took our infirmities and he boar our diseases and when God revealed this to me this is how it happened and the scriptures just really got me so that it might be fulfilled so jesus healed him said it might be fulfilled and God gave me this SID this is a lay-by situation but you don't know these words okay so you go to a shop you haven't got money say you lay by so this thing is gonna lay on the counter and you're gonna buy it later okay you know lay by okay you go all the shops and stuff and then it stands on the on the shop windows and lay-bys accepted lay-bys accepted so you say can I lay by this and they say well I'll give it in rain deposit and you come Vic and I buy this and say no as somebody lay bite it you know so it's laying yet so they come and buy it right if you don't come and buy it they're gonna take the layaway so when you get this not gonna line be they'll be like you know so this is what God showed me so when jesus healed the sick so he came to Peters mother-in-law this is the first instance in Matthew that we have of the story so we touched her so that it might be fulfilled so we need touch there and the fever started leaving her he had to get a vision that this is laid on your account so one of these days Jesus you're gonna go to the cross and this fever is going to become your fever I lay by it to your account okay so that it might be fulfilled and that and I think that's maybe why God does to me what he does for me because the revelations just adds to the word and it does something that you will never forget if you have a vision if you have a real meeting with God you can never forget it so Jesus come you know and it goes to the guy that is 38 years day by the Pool of Bethesda this guy is infirm you don't know what is wrong with him jesus said rise up take up your bed so that it might be fulfilled so Jesus just put this on my account so it must be carried away to see you see what this man has you must pay for it so it's gonna become yours Lazarus come out of the tomb the lepers okay ten lepers countrymen you know if you can you can make us all jesus go show yourself to the priest oh it might be fulfilled so all that leprosy must come on me put it on my account lay by it lay by it okay man with a withered hand you know Jesus stand up put out your hand oh my hands gonna become where that lay by it to mic on so everything that Jesus did was on lay by so that it might be fulfilled that one day so Jesus couldn't hear they because of the Covenant blessings you had to heal because it it had to be fulfilled so Jesus it put it on my account put it on my account put it on my account put it on my card so one of the things how we do our healing is we trust in the okay so there it was full of the Spirit there he came the power of the Holy Spirit and they had the spirit upon him okay so he says verse 18 the Bible says he went into the synagogue and found the place in scroll where it is written in Isaiah so it quotes from or reads from Isaiah 60:1 the Spirit of the Lord God is upon me for he has anointed me okay to do what to preach the gospel to the poor to bind up the brokenhearted recovery of sight to the blind etc etc etc go so I'm anointed to do the healing so I want to say today how good counseling can maybe make somebody feel better but it doesn't automatically heal people okay counselling consumes your mind for a while it can make you feel good for a while and it makes may give you a hope for a while but counselling doesn't really heal people it just makes you feel motivated to be something to get something or to receive something but counselling doesn't really heal people and so the rest of stories of deliverance and stuff but one anointing can do what hours and hours and hours of counseling gotten to do okay why could one anointing heal so quickly because in Acts chapter 5 15 okay our one that's on our prayer cloths X 19 verse 11 and 12 X 5 15 says and they carried people out on beds and on stretchers with this idea that if Peters shadow could just follow them they would be healed in other words if Peter passed by they were just healed okay come on man in mark 5 the woman said if I can just touch these garments I mean Jesus didn't say oh I'm waiting for that woman are waiting for that woman now after he touched Jesus it who touched me and Peter said Lord us the crowds are strong in you how can you say you touch me I said I perceived that our King James virtue went out of me and he said and then a woman realizing what was happening to her cell before him and he said woman you know your faith has made you whole okay so the anointing can work through shadows he could work through clothes a ex nineteen eleven and twelve God that supernatural miracles or extraordinary molecules out-of-this-world type of miracles so special miracles so that the class and the handkerchiefs the aprons the handkerchief that were on the body of poor or that one translation says that Paul touched were sent to the sick and they were healed okay so the anointing is so important because as I ever chapter 10 verse 27 says in that day the yoke shall be destroyed not lifted not just barely taken away it shall be destroyed because of the anointing okay so we got to be anointed people of God okay we can't just go and pray and lay their hands on dead people with the dead formula so there's got to be a breakthrough somewhere if the sick don't get you don't keep on messing with him because they got faith after the message I'm gonna get here okay now how do I know from the outset that I maybe have an anointing to heal the sick how do I know that I know the scriptures but I've quoted them but Kubis how do I know that I could really go and minister to the sick so point number three do do I wanna say you've gotta believe in the finished work of Christ you got to understand this an anointing you could I have a desire and intense desire that will break forth into ministry okay we can put there Philippians 2 verse 13 and my favorite quotation from the voice translation the normal King James would say it is God working in you both to do and to all arteries own good pleasure okay that is King James it is God that worketh in you both to do and to will offer his own good pleasure but again the voice translation that's very close to the amplified but the amplified leave one or two words out so the voiced is a little bit wider it says God is constantly putting forth his energy okay God is constantly simply putting forth his energy within you so God is constantly putting forth his energy within you both of being desirous of duties were and then of being able to have the power to do it so God gives you the desire and that will be the enablement okay and he will enable you to do it so is this an a I want to pray for the sick not I'm sorry for the sick not I have pity for the sick you know I have got the desire to see sick people healed I can't tolerate sickness I hate sickness I don't want sickness so I've got a desire and if I go that God will give me the power to do it mm-hm so that was point number three is you gotta believe in the finished work you gotta have an anointing understand the anointing don't go with unpalatable hands is the anointing that destroys the yoke know that God can use the anointing through cloth through shadows who you passing by people touching you Oh touch me touch me touch me then you got to have that intense desire in Acts chapter four verses 29 through 33 a very awesome portion of Scripture that we supposed to quote by now it says that is after they healed the man at the gate called beautiful Peter and James look at us over and go to every nun but such as we have given to you took him by the hand raised him up in the man's ankle bones received strength and it was leaping and walking in Solomon's porch and the people were amazed and astonished and people said Peter said why do you look at us as though through our own power or holiness we had made this man whole but let it be known that faith in his name has made this man home okay then Abel brought before the Sanhedrin and I said but what power and authority did you do this power and they said let it be known to you in the whole house of Israel that faith in his name the name of Jesus of Nazareth heal the man but he says and they say to them and say they said you shall not speak in this name again okay then they came back to the disciples and they started praying Oh Lord give unto your servants boldness now this could be the main part of the message today boldness to speak your word so that your hand maybe stretched out this is a meat myth is just on his own to he'll coma and science wonders be wrought by the five name of your holy child Jesus okay so I gotta have boldness okay if there is fear please please walk around till you have faith till you have boulders don't lay hands on people and fear struck you because you're gonna pass it over to that person and then the two fears are gonna be multiplied to the power of ten and you know what that is you know and then there's a connection of fear and then you start shaking and then the sickness becomes greater than God huh you look at that guy and he doesn't look sick you know and you said oh well what's wrong and he says terminal cancer I've got about four hours to live and zap something he to see um no no no no no you say listen sir there is no difference between a headache and terminal cancer we are not here to concentrate on cancer neither on headaches we here to heal the sick and in the Bible he just talked about heal the sick and I want you to know Jesus took all sickness if you distinguish between sicknesses and make a differentiation between sicknesses the one sickness becomes like a Lord cancer is not your Lord so for me it's like so you've got a motive a dead man by motivating yourself don't have fear you got to have boulders if boldness like walk up and down here price shock or water nama walk with somebody that has the touch can I walk with you for a while draw from somebody else speak in tongues you know speak healing scriptures of you quote the scriptures tell you have boldness okay-y boldness because Hebrews chapter three verses 14 through 16 says we can boldly come to the throne of grace so that we can receive mercy to obtain grace so if I know I've got boldness I know I have an intercessor that is praying for me okay first John chapter 3 verse 20 21 if our heart condemns us God is greater if a heart condemn us not we have boldness okay so I must come to a place where I receive God's grace that will forgive my cinema iniquity and that'll put me into the place of boldness okay speak his word why his word because Psalm 107 verse 26 he's saying this word to heal them and to deliver them from all the strikes distractions distractions distractions okay as I of 35 verse 10 and 11 says so shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth it shall do what I stand for and it shall be prosperously in Jeremiah 1 verse 12 he watches over his word to secure it performance and make it come to pass that's why we speak his word okay so that your hand made me stretch out right right to the book of Exodus numbers Deuteronomy writes to the Book of Psalms write to the Book of Isaiah write to the book of Nehemiah over and over it says God you did miracles amongst them in Egypt and let them out by your outstretched hand okay so if you want to make a study how many times the stretched out hand of God is mentioned in the Bible you'll be shocked how many times Nehemiah Isaiah Jeremiah the Songwriters kept on referring to you let them out signs and wonders and miracles by outstretched him stretch out your hand so if God's hand is there it's not very difficult to be bold it's not very difficult to speak his word because he's gonna do the thing to hear okay so I want the people to be well I want science wanna smell then I use the name the name is not a formula it's a relationship I gotta understand what's behind the name okay what is behind the name okay so behind the name and this is the best example that all brother Hagin used here in the 70s there's a retired old man and he got to work by the government by the provincial provincial administration and they said you understand it it's easy to say in the name of Jesus what then understand in whose name you come father we pray that the name of Jesus will be a reality to us that we'll understand what's behind the name what's behind the name of Jesus Savior what's behind the name Lord maximum authority what's behind the name Christ the anointing what's behind the name of everything of Almighty God that we
