dude sausage I got the lava cute shoes on go down to the house the sausage I got my barbecue shoes to smoke me a plan and brisket got a barbecue shoes on gonna smoke me a bad brisket welcome to barbecue pit boys calm today we're cooking up a stuffed pork roast on the grill and it's real easy to do all right we're gonna be stuffing this with some cornbread stuff and you're gonna need a few ingredients on this and you just go by the directions on the stuffing that you get this is here cornbread stuffing we stalling for a some butter and some water maybe a little onion little garlic you make the stuff in the way you like now here I got about a half a cup of chopped onion and I've got three or four chopped cloves of garlic and we're mixing it with about a half a cup of butter this recipe calls for a cup and a half maybe 2 cups of water this here is about a 1 pound package of cornbread stuffing like I said you make up the stuff that you like we're going to stuff this pork loin with it it's gonna taste real good give it a little mix all right put the cover on hold you'll be cooking this now for maybe ten minutes or so now here we've got a ten pound piece of pork loin this is center-cut pork loin right here and we're going to use about eight pounds of it because that's all it's going to fit on this grill once it's stuck and you want to do is wash it up good and then we'll wash down this chopping block don't make you food police real happy now all right now let's uh let me show you how we're gonna butterfly this or how we're gonna open it up so we can put some stuff you can see how lean this pork loin is makes a great roast on the old BBQ now we're going to open this up or butterfly it up just by taking about a half inch to a three quarter inch cut on the side and we're just gonna fold it back like that it's easy to do but you can have your butcher do this for you all right here we're opening it up but let me check on these cornbread stop it oh yeah it's cooking down real good we're gonna move it off the hot coals there's nothing like a stuffed pork roast coming off of grill special Sunday afternoon you alright let me finish butterflying this pork loin here you could see how easy it is to roll this out alright good enough now here I'm gonna put a little bit of seasoning here a little bit of salt pepper garlic flake little red pepper flake and you use what seasoning you like now let's uh stuff this pork loin now you want to take your stuffing and pretty much put it right down the center oh yeah baby then you just roll it over just like that and you don't even need to type now because these pork loins are real lean like I said you want to add another layer of fat on top of this fat cap here and we're gonna use some bacon now using the bacon like this is gonna help you keep this roast nice moist and tender yeah we could run this video ahead a little bit but I don't know I kind of like doing this all right Bacon's on and now we're going to throw it on a grill opposite of hot coals indirect and we're going to be cooking this at about 275 degrees Fahrenheit and it's only going to take about an hour to an hour and a half put the cover on there's nothing left to do now but kick back and wait all right now through the miracle of time this stuff pork gross is just about done it's probably about a hundred and thirty-five degrees Fahrenheit internal and you want to use an instant-read thermometer if you're unsure about the temperature of your rose cuz just before pulling it off we're gonna make a glaze and for this glaze I'm gonna use about a half a cup of brown sugar and we're gonna put in there a couple tablespoons of flour this is gonna help thicken this glaze here I've got a little bit of dry mustard you're gonna put in about a tablespoon here I've got some maple syrup we're gonna put about a quarter cup in there and just to balance out the sweet I'm going to put about two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and I'm going to stir it up let it heat up and in a few minutes this will start to thicken up alright this glaze is uh thickened up a bit and what we're gonna do now is pour this glaze all over this pork roast whoa baby you gettin hungry or what all right put the cover back on and this will be done in about another 15 minutes we're going to be cooking it to about a hundred and sixty degrees Fahrenheit in turn all right it's time to eat we're gonna pull this roast off the grill take a look at that lord have mercy make sure you don't leave any of that leftover stuffing on the grill all right it's time to cut it up you smell that it smells good tiny so the next time you're looking for a recipe fit for your Sunday barbecue you check out barbecue don't even need a take to go let's do it take two anyway just for drainage since you guys are working for cheap oh no I really great no that would look good is it fun yeah it was perfect it all the same time alright I thought of that all right let me think about this so let me you
