How to Fix Stremio Subtitles Not Working (Easy)

hello everyone welcome to another streamio tutorial video in this tutorial video I will show you how to fix streamio subtitles not working correctly now a lot of people have been having this issue where you cannot actually go and yeah you cannot watch the videos properly and movies properly because of the subtitles now there are uh a few issues that occur now as you can see right here subtitles are not synchronized this was updated two days ago by streaming support now as you can see subtitles are provided by open subtitle service so subtitles that you watch on your videos on your movies on streo are not subtitles from streo directly and that's why the issue is occurring now as you can see that means streo doesn't doesn't create subtitles but it uses publicly available subtitles from the open subtitles web page sometimes it might happen that subtitles are not synchronized with the movie or that you don't have have the subtitles then you can use dedicated subtitles menu where you can adjust subtitles timing by using plus and minus buttons this is what I would recommend now obviously as you can see um since of right now if you're using a guest account and not the account created with email or Facebook then you should check the official addons list and ensure that you have open subtitles V3 installed now if you don't have this new newer version make sure to install this newer version uh because again you know this is a newer version that basically will fix the problems now if this does not fix any problems for you what I would suggest is to go on the support section here and basically try to go and try to submit a ticket right here as you can see you can submit a ticket right here you have your email address device operation system operation system version and then here is a detailed description of your issue also I would recommend you to watch streo on other devic deves to see if the subtitles are um fixed or not so that's basically what I would do if I were you if you want more streamio tutorials definitely check out the channel for more and we'll see you in the next video
