hey hello guys it's how to take simplified and in this video I will be showing you how to fix this steam was unable to sync your files for a blah blah blah game with the steam Cloud now this means that there is an error inside the steam Cloud which you can fix inside your steam profile I'm going to give you old steps to fix this problem so make sure to watch the whole video till the end so you don't miss any important steps let's get right into it now for the first step we're going down to the windows icon right here we right click it and we head to the task manager now once the task manager opens up it shows all the processes running in the background now it's important to end all the steam processes because this can interfere with a process when the cloud is being used so simply go down to the search bar and type in Steam this will open up all these steam running processes in the background and simply right click it and end task right here do this for all this stuff and it will probably fix the issue now for the following step we're going down to the search bar and here we type in file explorer right here we open up the file explorer and we head to this PC now once you're in your PC go to your local disk and from there go to the program files it should be x86 or X32 or x64 depending on the bits you're using so from there we simply scroll down to the Steam folder we open it up and we head down to the user data right here now here are all the cash and all the junk files so we can simply delete this folder right here right click it delete it and it's deleted now make sure to check if your error still occurs because this can properly fix the issue now let's get right to the next method now for the next method we're going to open up our steam application so simply go down to your steam application open it up and from here go to the left corner where it says view from there we go down to downloads once you're in your downloads you head to the settings in the top right corner right here I want the settings open up from here you go down to the downloads and you look for the steam Library folders right here now you open it up and you look for the three dots right besides the program files right here you click it and then you repair the folder press yes and it will start repairing the store manager after this process is done check if your files are in sync with steam for the next method we're going to steam once more so open up steam and from here we going down to our game library now in our game Library we're looking for the game that is giving us the error code for example each Age of Empires now simply right click it and from there head to properties and now we're going to check the Integrity of the game files so we're going to check if there are any damage files or that there are files out of sync so simply head down to local files and from there verify Integrity of games files press it and it will start verifying the game files now once this process is done simply restart the game and check if the error still occurs sometimes it can be possible that the firewall is interfering with the process of the game so now we're going to turn off the firewall and check if the game still has the error so simply go down to the search bar and type in Windows firewall I open up the Windows Defender Firewall in this window with settings will open up from here we simply head down to the windows the fire wall properties right here we press it and this window with settings will open up now here is the firewall State you simply press the on and set it to off from here we apply it and as you can see the firewall is turned off now try to load the game once more and this can sometimes fix the issue now let's head to the final method now for the final method we're going to refresh all the local files from our Steam folder so simply head down to the start menu right here open up our task manager once the task manager boots up you simply look for the steam process once more you end it again right here simply enter the task close the task manager and now head to file explorer right here now once you're in the file explorer head down to this PC and from there go to local disk from there you go to your program files and you open up the Steam folder right here simply select everything accept the Steam app you do this by pressing Ctrl a to select all and then Ctrl press the steam apps to deselect it now you can delete all these files because what will happen if you delete all these files and not the steam application what will happen is that once you reboot your system and you open up this steam application again it will start a re-installation process and will delete and reinstall all the corrupted files that's been 4V and this will most likely fix your problem now if one of these methods has helped for you please leave a like And subscribe for more Easy Tech videos but most importantly thank you for watching
