How to fix AMD driver timeout while playing cs2! AMD 7000 series cards.

start recording okay here we go um hello everybody uh so many people have been getting this CS2 crash uh with the new AMD graphics cards especially 7900 xdx um me by the way I have um 7800 x3d with a 7900 XTX and all the time I've played CS2 I've gotten this um game incases then a black screen and then the game just closes down and it's basically so annoying I couldn't play CS goo for like two weeks but I think I found the solution uh now you go to Adrenaline you need to have the 23 um 10.2 version that's the newest one over here you see uh go to Counter Strike click I mean you could do this on Counter Strike on in the general settings I'd rather do it in Counter Strike because it's the only only place where I'm getting the problem go to tune game performance and over here uh what I did is I put minimum frequency you need to check these two um these two knobs because then it's not going to show up uh and you get two uh 200 um well whatever this this number you get it okay minimum frequency there we go uh Max frequency boom okay um 2400 and 23 uh 2300 minimum and then you come here to power tunit click the knob and basically put this to Max 15 U so it's a 15% increase in power limit apply changes there you go boom uh also this seemed to fix the stuttering I was getting in the game and I'm playing Max settings Max everything um and it's just running fine if I put this back to normal settings as I said uh come here if I reset all of this I I get like a crash instantly in like 30 seconds so I hope you enjoyed hope hope this fixes your your issues with stupid AMD I'm sure they will actually make a proper fix this time but you know it's AMD so who knows okay see you later
