Fix Counter Strike 2 (CS2) Error This Application Requires DX11 No Valid Device Found

hello guys welcome to my channel so whenever you launch Counter Strike 2 game on your Windows computer from Steam and if you receive this error which says this application requires dx11 no valid device found so if this is what is happening then please follow the steps shown in this video so the first step is to clear launch option parameter in Steam now for this go to steam and then make our click on the game over here and then select properties and go to General tab under General tab if you have anything under launch option here you can see I have written something so if you have anything just clear it just empty nothing should be there so just remove everything clear everything now once you clear everything from here now you can launch the game and you should not receive the error message again now still you're receiving the error message in that case you can make right click once again go to properties now over here type in- dx1 and then check if that does not work you can try Dash dx12 and then check still you're receiving the message then remove everything from here remove it if nothing is working you can remove everything from here just make it empty and now you can try to launch the game now the next step is to launch the game from the game installation folder so make right click on the game over here and then select manage then click on browse local files it will straight away take you to the game installation folder now open this game folder now open bin folder now open bin 64 folder now over here you can see CS2 exe file now make a double click and launch the game from the game installation folder so instead of launching the game from Steam you can launch the game from the game installation folder so you should not receive the error message let me close the game now the next step still you're receiving the error message the next step is to do a clean installation of your graphics driver so if you have Nvidia card go to Nvidia website if you have AMD card go to MD website I'm showing for NVIDIA so go to Nvidia website and then select your product type for me it's g4ce select the right series and then select the right Gra graphic card make sure that you select your graphic card over here and once you select your graphic card then select windows so if you have Windows 10 select Windows 10 if you have Windows 11 select Windows 11 now click on start search now scroll down and the latest g4ce game ready driver right now is driver version 53742 so click on download get download and then click on download now now once the download is complete run this exe file now once you run the exe file you will see this screen click on agree and continue and then put a check on the box which says custom and then click on next and then put a check on the box which says perform a clean installation make sure that you put a check on this box and then click on next and let the installation complete first of all it will uninstall the previous uh driver and then it will reinstall the latest driver so once the clean installation is done you can restart your computer now still you're receiving the error message in that case the next step is to run the game on dedicated graphic card now for this type in graphics settings in Windows search box and then click on Graphics settings and then click on browse over here and then go to the game installation folder so if if the game is installed in C drive open C drive program for x86 now open the Steam folder steam apps folder open the common folder over here you will find the game folder in my case it's in D drive so open Steam Library steam apps common and then open the game folder win 64 select this exe file now click on ADD now in my case the game is already added so once the game is added over here click on click on the game and then click on options select high performance over here and then click on Save and then launch the game next step is to plug in the display cable to Dedicated graphic card now if you have connected external mon monitor make sure monitor display cable is connected to the dedicated graphic card SL slot now in motherboard if your computer has a dual graphic card like I'll show you in my case I have two that is uh one is Intel the integrated graphic card other is dedicated graphic card now you have to plug in the display cable to the dedicated graphic card slot so that is the graphic card slot you will find it on on your Tower so check your Tower and make sure that you connect it to the dedicated graphic card slot and then launch the game next step is to verify the Integrity of game files now for this make a right click on the game select properties go to install files tab and then click on verify Integrity of game files and after the verification launch the game now the next step is to update system bios and other drivers from system manufactured website so if you have a d computer go to Del website if you have Leno computer go to if you HP computer go to HP website so go to your system manufacturer website and this is just an example I'm showing for Dell uh so you can go to your system manufacturer website and then select your model number so make sure that you select your computer so whichever computer you have and I'm showing for Dell you can go to HP Asus Lenovo whichever brand you have and once you select your your model number over here go to drivers and downloads and then find the BIOS here you can see bios and download the BIOS and install the latest bios on your computer now if you have a laptop in case of laptop make sure before you update the system bios make sure battery only your computer is more than 10% and the AC adapter the charger is connected to the computer and then update the system bios during the BIOS update your system will restart do not unplug the power cable when it's updating the system bios and after the BIOS update you can log into the computer and then launch the game also uh update all the drivers it's not only the BIOS you can go to your system manufactur website you can check for update now in Del computers we have support assist tool similarly if you have Lenovo you might be having some uh maybe Lenovo Vantage so you can go to your uh application where you can download the drivers so here you can see the option get drivers and download so you can click on run and if there is any uh driver update let the update complete then restart computer and then launch the game now the next step is to try launching the game on another monitor so if you're receiving the message on some on like main monitor you can switch monitor so if you have any other monitor available you can try launching the game two different Monitor and then check next step is to install direct X now for this copy this link the link is provided in the video description open this link in a browser it will take you to Microsoft website here you can see download option click on download and then click on download and then run this exe file click on yes to allow and then click on accept next uncheck install Bing Bar we don't want it now click on next and let the installation complete and after the installation restart your computer make sure that you restart your computer and then launch the game now even after updating any drivers just make sure that you restart your computer now the next step is to update Windows 10 or 11 um so open Windows settings go to update in security or Windows update and then click on check for update once all the updates are installed restart your computer and after the system restart launch the game next step is to now if you face any kind of trouble updating your windows so if the updates are not happening if you're receiving any kind of error message in that case you can use use media creation to to update your windows if you have Windows 10 copy this link if you have Windows 11 copy this link Windows 10 users go to this website here you can see media creation tool click on download tool now and then run this exe file then you will see the screen click on accept by default upgrade this PC now would be selected click on next it will start downloading Windows 10 along with with the latest update now this process will take some time now once the download is complete before the installation you will see the screen which says ready to install and by default the option to keep personal files and app would be checked when this is check you will not lose any data on the computer so click on install and once the installation is complete log to your computer now for Windows 11 users go to this website here also you will find media creation tool click on download now and then run this exe file click on yes to allow now this will load WIndows 11 media creation tool now click on accept by default Windows 11 would be selected click on next select ISO file then click on next you can save the location you can set the location as desktop and then click on Save over here now once the download is complete click on finish and then go to desktop find Windows ISO file make a double click on Windows ISO file then run the setup file make a double click on setup file click on yes to allow this will load WIndows 11 now and here you can see install Windows 11 click on next it will check for update then click on accept again it will check for update now before the installation you will see the screen which says ready to install and by default the option to keep personal files an app would be checked when this is checked you will not lose any data on the computer click on install after the installation log to your computer now the next step is to install media feature pack so for this copy this link the link is provided in the video description open this link in a browser it will take you to Microsoft website here you can see for window Windows 10 n Edition now this is for n Edition user if you're using Windows 10n or windows 11n then in that case download Media feature pack now you might if you don't have Windows 10 n Edition this might not work so if you have only the N Edition then you can try this so open Windows settings and then go to apps and then click on optional features now click on view features and then over here type in media feature pack if you have Windows 11 n Edition you will see media feature pack over here put a check on the box then click on next install it restart your computer and then launch the game now if you have Windows 10 in Windows 10 uh you have to go to start setting apps apps then apps and features click on now optional features and then click on add a feature now once you click on add a feature you have to type in media feature pack install it restart computer and then launch the game or you can simply um switch to normal window Windows 10 or 11 Edition and if you're using Windows 7 or Windows 8 you can switch to Windows 10 or Windows 11 and then check now also disconnect additional controller connected to the computer so if you have any additional controller disconnected also disconnect multiple monitor try launching the game on single monitor disconnect all the additional USB adapter usb devices connected to the computer also close all the overclocking applications so if you have MSI after bner re tuner running close it also if you have this Services running close this services or application and if you have undervolted your computer remove the underw and then launch the game also perform clean boot for this type in system configuration in Windows search box and then click on system configuration go to the services Tab and then put a check on the box which says hide all Microsoft Services make sure that you put a check on hide all Microsoft Services then click on disable all and then click on apply click on okay you will see a restart option restart your computer and then launch the game next step is to last step is to uninstall and reinstall the game first of all uninstall the game now after you uninstall the game go to the game installation folder delete the game folder then rein restart your computer after this restart your computer and after that reinstall the game to different drive so if you have another SSD or HDD try installing the game to different drive so one of the steps shown in this video
