How To Electronically Sign A PDF File

[Music] this is a tutorial on how to sign a pdf document first thing you need to do is open the pdf in acrobat reader on the right hand side scroll down to where you see it says fill and sign click on that click on where it says fill and sign here toward the top center up here where you see it says work sign click on that click add signature and here you will type your whatever your name is click apply and then here you just wherever you want to put your signature just uh right click and there it is and from here you can make it bigger or smaller or another way you could do it i'm going to click on sign again i'm going to click the little minus thing here to delete that i'm going to click add signature again you can also draw your signature if you click on this little icl con up here at the center you can draw your signature a little harder to do you just hold down your left mouse button and draw click apply and then there it is and then here you just position it wherever you want and uh click your left mouse button and there you have it and you just drag out from the corner here to make it bigger and you can reposition if you want to to reposition it you just click on it move it around but that's it that's how you sign a word document thanks for watching you
