oh my goodness you got a pdf that you need to sign and you don't know how or you don't want to pay for the 12.99 a month that you have to get for adobe dc to download it just assign a single document that you need or multiple documents don't worry i have a free online solution for you to sign the documents that you need to sign save them off and get them done and let's get started if you want to learn more about microsoft windows and software applications be sure to subscribe down below and turn on all notifications so you don't miss another episode hey guys so let's go ahead and jump in here so i have this document that i need to get signed online and to do this i don't have adobe installed nor do i want to pay for the adobe dc version that i need to actually do um the actual signature because the default the free version adobe which is um this right here it just doesn't allow you to do signatures you have to pay for it 12.99 a month to be exact however believe it or not guess what adobe.com has a free online tool that you can actually use to fill and sign out your pdfs so it's adobe.com acrobat slash online slash sign pdf.html and if you don't want to type all that out i'll put a link in the description below for you make sure to check out the description and you'll be able to get there really quick but before you go down there let's continue on with the tutorial here so let's go ahead and select our file and from i put this one on the desktop so let's go ahead and open this up now you need to make sure it is a pdf so it has to be a pdf when you do this okay um and then here is my pdf that i'm going to sign you have to go ahead and sign in you don't need to create an account so if you already have a google email or anything like that you can go ahead and use that so i'm gonna go ahead and sign in here so after you went ahead and signed in you come across this panel right here so let's explain these things okay so this is just a text editor so if you click anywhere in here with this or here you can type in any kind of text you want so if you need to type in your name that's not a signature that's what you want to do this is just an x so it's just a cross mark so i can just put a cross mark right there so if you want to check it that way or this is a check where you can check a box as well so you can do that this is just an oval so if you need to like fill in a circle kind of deal you can highlight things like sign here kind of deal right this is just a line so we can put a line in click on it and you can stretch it out let me delete these out here so it's not getting too confusing for you guys and this is just a dot so if you click on the dot and just make it bigger you can whoop so if you need to enter data that way but what we're here for is the actual signature now with your signature you can do a full signature or just an initial or both so what we're going to do is actually click on the sign signature here and we can go ahead and see that and when we click on that it now kind of drags it down here and we just click and then we're just going to go ahead and hit okay basically it says that as soon as we're done with this uh only thing we can do is close and send a copy okay so we're going to hit ok if i want to make this bigger you take this little circle and just drag it out like that if i need to move it you want to do cross hairs right here so just bring it down to where you see the blue line and cross hairs and then we can go ahead and move that around and if you need to delete it you can go ahead and hit the delete and other options here we can go ahead and change this to a text if we want to or anything else if we're going to do an initial we can click on initial and we can just do like that and hit apply and then we go up to uh sign we can see call that geek again let me just go ahead and add it all in so i guess the initial didn't work for me why didn't the initial work let's take a look here so let's go ahead and get rid of the initial let's add initials in there's initials i don't know why that didn't work like that but let's go ahead and do initials there we go ctg call that geek perfect so now we have initials i don't know why that didn't work but i you might want to go ahead and set it up here so it should look like this add initials type in ctg well you don't want to type in ctg but i will type in ctg so ctg apply here and now we do have those initials to go ahead and sign so hopefully this worked for you so every spot that you actually want to put that right there you can actually just click on that drag it down if i need a sign here sign here again multiple ones throughout the whole thing and when you are all done you can go ahead and hit close it's going to go ahead and save it off and there we go so hopefully this worked for you and if you want to go ahead and download you just click on these three dots right here uh export pdf um or download and then that either will go ahead and send it to your computer hopefully this worked for you if it did please give me a thumbs up i greatly appreciate your support and don't forget to hit the subscribe button and bell icon now because i put out new videos all the time and i'll see you guys on the next one you
