good morning good wednesday morning now there are a lot of videos showing how to cook eggs in stainless steel many of them say the pan has to be hot enough if it's too hot the eggs will burn if it's not hot enough the eggs will stick i'm going to show that you can cook eggs low and slow without sticking the pan does not have to be beady water hot we're going to show that this works in other stainless steel pans as well it's not the pan it's you or me this is this is living home kitchen low and slow now to sizzle in the house gonna put the lid on [Music] no sticking look at that it's like butter it's like butter what does that mean it's like butter we are still at two i'm going to lower it down to one now on the electric stove how are we doing starting to firm up if it gets white enough on the bottom i can actually move the egg around look at that this will this egg will slide this egg is sliding look at that [Music] i could even turn it down to low right now i was at one turning it down to low because we're getting a nice bubbling going on in there perfect sunny side up egg low and slow still sliding look at that look at that it's stuck to the spatula all pans are different and they heat differently so some pans will get very very hot on two and three on medium so you've got to be now this is done this is beautiful look at that that worked out good that worked out good low and slow that's beautiful that is beautiful look how clean that is huh that's easy to clean so here's a guy fieri pen guy fieri [Music] we are moving it back up to two two butter butter doesn't have to sizzle again no sizzle lid on [Music] eggs stainless steel low and slow egg sliding slipping and sliding thanks for watching
