805 grilling and we have some really easy recipes so you can enjoy your tri-tip we're gonna make it basic and simple so anybody can do it so we have here black pepper crushed you got to be really good at this put enough a lot both sides and I got here my special seasonings that I won't be telling you guys about what it is make it get in there rub it down all the corners all over just make sure you get pepper pepper on first don't forget that's the main ingredient nice and simple so anybody can do it in their backyard today was turning with the Weber barbecue grill you grab it we put it on the Weber barbecue grill we just watch it we're gonna sear it on both sides we're gonna give it about 15 minutes we're gonna make this simple nothing hard so anybody can do this and I will give you the ingredients towards the end of the video so if you guys like it please give us a thumbs up for BBQ 805 grilling fifteen minutes you guys already know these what to have your Heat's on one side and no heat and the other side that way if you see it burning too much take it off there it goes it hasn't been 15 minutes but I like to see and see how how hot it is I like to make things simple so that way anybody can grill no complicated really easy basic [Music] we wanted to be nice and soft and juicy and I was saying the only thing you need just a weber grill that's all you need you need it the old fancy and it will come out really soft really juicy I've been doing this for the last seven years simple weber grill that's all it is but I do recommend it now your grill in more I use an escape by the way start again nice and golden-brown that's quick we're putting it toward the center more because there's a lot of feet on this side so you don't want too much you don't want to burn it you want to lock in the juices it has been 20 minutes about fifteen more minutes to go we're back again guys this should be it it should be timing so I think we're going to go ahead and cut this and see how I came out we always cut it against the grain grain goes this way we have to cut against the green so we start to cut to this way quarter-inch slices it's going to be nice and juicy if you see that it's medium-rare you don't like it that way you just cut a bunch of slices ordering slices grabbing put it back on the grill simple and easy you don't have to worry about [Music] doing it perfect eventually you'll get along the way to flips and it should be done so there it is medium-rare and there it is done so you can't have any comments or questions please go on the YouTube channel and give us a shot we'll get back with you with our best simple and easy thank you
