the record straight I want us to humble ourselves before God because see God can turn your whole life around in the next three days he can give your personal revival in the next three days I cannot do checking if you were with me amen amen what an exciting place and exciting time to be alive and to witness the power of God and the move of God I'm on some immense demand Church and you know the days that we're living in Bible declares about these days that they're gonna be great days there can be days filled with the Holy Spirit filled with the power of God and in a manifestation of his of his gifts and his power because Bible says when sin abounds grace abounds even more a man church do you believe it and we see all around us sin is just raging because it knows that it's on its last breath and the Spirit of God is taking dominance and the churches are reviving all around and we are witness of it today here in now amen church amen church amen amen I just want to quickly again remind that we have a race to deliver conference coming up and in Seattle November 15th through 17th register come there bring people with you bring those that are sick those that are oppressed by evil spirits chapter 2 of Matthew verses 11 and 12 it talks about the wise men when they came to Jesus at his birth verse 10 says when they verse 11 and when they had come into the house they saw the young child with Mary his mother and they fell down and worshiped him and when they hope when they had opened their treasures they presented to him gift of gold frankincense and myrrh then the being divinely warned in a dream that they should not return to Herod but depart on their own to their own country the other way first thing that says about these wise men is first of all they were wise okay and first thing that these wise people did is they worshiped and I believe that this evening we were wise to worship God because why wouldn't you want to worship somebody who reigns supreme in a universe somebody who holds your heartbeat in his hand somebody who is is the king of all and so today the first thing that we did is we came to him and we bowed and worshiped and that's what that's what we did and that's what Bible calls his men there were wise to do that and second thing that they did is they opened up they opened up the treasures and they began to bless Jesus with gold and and other stuff and when they you know first thing is that worship is expressive we see that they bow down and so anytime we come to God anytime we come with us presents anytime we're in his presence we must express our worship by bowing down lifting our hands clapping singing shouting and I believe that God responds to our worship he responds with his he responds with his glory and he responds when we worship Him a man church but second thing that they did is worship I believe it leads to giving it worship is tied to give and he can't just worship somebody with your mouth truly worship them from the heart and not and not open your pocket you know when you when you're dating somebody and when you like them and you love them you know you're you willing to buy the world if you can afford right and that same in the same way I believe that when we are truly worshipers of God is that the worship it's closely tied to our wallet is closely tied to our finances because then we see these wise men they because they came and they offered him it gives and right now this is exactly what we're gonna do we're gonna we worship God we lifted his name up and this is a moment when we continue in our worship by giving and giving God our gifts giving our God our best in Jesus name but he didn't stop there I believe that when we honor God when we worship God when we honor him and giving that there'll be a divine intervention into your in your life because what we see the verse 12 says is that that angels divinely warned them and by that they spared their life who knows what he would have done to them I believe when we truly worship God when we are givers when we give God out of our possession that God sends angel on our path whether we see them physically or not but they are there they protect us from car accidents they protect our on our workplaces they they they guide us they could guide us through our dreams they could warn us but I believe that when we are givers when we give to God that God has a divine favor of our life are you with me Church amen I remember a time in my life me and my wife when we decided to become to become better givers to give more we decided to pop our tithing from 10 percent to 20 percent and we started doing it in the beginning it was hard for us and we struggled to even sometimes pay the bills but we felt like that's what God put on a heart and and that this was our next step forward in faith to trust God and as time go on we were believing that our income would double and as time went on shortly I mean I'd say six seven months different things came I've got a promotion I started a business and started doing different things and then money began to come and and I look back and I see like how God divinely open the doors and and guided us and and helped us to get to the place where we're at now and I believe when we choose to give when we choose to honor God with our giving God dispatches his angels his Spirit is blown his window favor in a direction I believe that God begins to open the doors that otherwise were closed and there's divine intervention in our life amen church let's put our hands together for Jesus so says that the thief has come only to steal kill and destroy but I have come to only give them life and life to the full and so I want to remind you this evening is that Jesus Christ is here he has come and when his presence is here life is here amen he wants to put life into your situation into your bones if you are sick he wants to heal you if you are bounded he wants to deliver you if you are sick in bed he wants to raise you up amen and so tonight is the time and a reminder to our hearts that he wants to touch you amen he wants to give you life and life to its fullest amen and so testimonies are reminder of his promise a reminder that he is alive and he always wins he has the final say to your life amen amen how many of you guys believe that today is the day of your testimony the internship what stood out to you and what would be your quick word of an encouragement does that sound good alright so my name is Emily and something the internship has taught me is that I am important and I have a purpose Pastor Vlad taught us in class is that your tribe determines your vibe so if you surround yourself by people who have wisdom who know that they are world changers and have a strong prayer life then that then you will know that no circumstances back at home determine who your identity is and then you will start to grow in the way that they do internship overall is just a great place even if you do know who you are and what your calling is it helps you step into it and has great people to help you guide you further and deeper into your calling my name is Bryce McNeese I'm 15 years old and I came to this internship and I learned that I am worthy and I am righteous that I am with one with Christ and he is in with me and I got to encounter the Holy Spirit with David diga and I just learned during worship nights just coming before God and being vulnerable and seeing people be changed by the words I speak because I am an influencer and one thing that I'm gonna take back is I'm gonna take the teachings and I'm gonna take them back and go to the secret place and I'm also gonna heal the sick raise the dead and deliver it cast out demons because I believe that I can do those things so I invite you to come to hungry get an internship because you will be able to do that I'm yurina I'm from Atlanta Georgia the one thing that stood out to me the most about internship is the it spray a morning prayer and the emphasis they have here on prayer I'm gonna take what I'm gonna take back is the secret place that is so instilled in me now pastor Vlad has really instilled that that is where you fight your battles that is where you conquer that's where that freedom starts and that's where it you take and I just wanted to encourage everyone who comes out to internship there's no way you can come here and not be changed I just really encourage every single person whatever you're going through you can conquer and you will conquer and I come here and learn how um I also have a healing testimony I came here and one thing I really struggled with was I had very bad rashes on my hands and it really served as a discouragement the enemy really used it against me every time I looked down I said God why can't you heal me you've healed many people you've healed so much you've healed worse than just a rash why can't you do this and I came here and the first week in morning prayer I got a word I received a word and I took that I will be healed here and as time went I didn't really think about it it just kind of slipped my mind and then a few weeks later I realized that I've had nothing on my hands that I've had no bleeding that during the night I used to have to wrap my hands in gaad's at night so I wouldn't wake up bleeding like all over and I haven't I threw that Goss away I threw my creams away because in Jesus name I am healed thank you so much give them another hand of applause as they go and take a seat thank you you guys amen those are our next leaders and as they said they want to take back to their homes to their churches of what they learned and as you heard they want to raise the dead they want to heal the sick and make sure that testimony give her a warm welcome come on amen amen Helena thank you so much for coming up here to share your encouraging testimony can you please tell us what was what you were struggling with and how you received your healing so I had an ovarian cyst on my right ovary it was extremely painful excruciating it was about like the size of a marble and it was just the worst it bugged me so much and you were saying were you taking medication what was the pain like throughout the day how is it impacting you so basically what I would do on a normal day basis no I would wake up take 800 million survivor profane and then I'd go to school like around lunch I take another one and then I'd get home dinnertime take another one and then I would wait then when I'm going to sleep I would take another one and then I'd usually wake up from pain around like 1:00 a.m. and take another one so it was just all over and over and over pills pills pills refilling subscriptions it was horrible it was just so draining and ibuprofen would like kind of make you drowsy in a way because it was so like a high dosage and that was basically my daily routine with medication now tell us what happened when you were at the Wednesday service so I was at youth service at hungry Jen and I was at the front at the altar and my heart started beating really really fast and I realized this is where I get my healing this is where God's gonna meet me so I raised my hand and it took so much courage for me to do it and then I got prayed for and I would usually have restless sleep I would have wake up in pain have to take another ibuprofen or I would have rest asleep and have to put a heating pad on or something and that night I slept completely fine no pain oh I have a profile nothing that's amazing so you're telling us as soon as you receive it Payerne you got the healing from there on there was no pain whatsoever yep no pain and it's been amazing I haven't had a another system come up so I'm super happy how long ago has it been it's been like two years I would say yeah Wow come on Helena for those that are watching on livestream and those that are here what would be your board of encouragement for those that are wanting their healing from Jesus Christ keep expecting know that God he already won the battle he already has the head of your enemy he's coming - he's gonna meet you all the way Christ it was a total I was just in a black pant I struggle with lesbianism and depression and anxiety and even almost went to the point that I almost committed suicide and tell us living that type of life how did you get too hungry generation and accepting Jesus what was the path and what happened once you did receive Jesus so the way I got in you got invited actually here through a Facebook post someone invited me and after that I found out about the conference so I came and I kind of just was open about I was like okay let's do and that's where my deliverance started come on so your social media amen God can use your social media whatever you post people see it they have questions they want Jesus and so whatever you post I encourage you keep on posting people are seeing the truth through that platform amen so Gio tell us when you came and your deliverance began where you accepted Jesus Christ tell us what happened after you received your deliverance after I received my deliverance it was like a veil was literally taken off of me throughout the whole thing I accept and I believe that I knew who I was I mean the community it's like that's who you are that's who you should be and that's I believed I was like this is who I am but until I went through the process and I went in the presence and accepted I just was open about it something just was completely off and I realized no this is not it there is more than just this and just sitting here and except being depressed and anxiety I realized that there is purpose within me and not within only me but in others that are struggling with it as well so you're telling us as soon as you receive Jesus Christ and your deliverance has begun that there was a veil that was completely taken off where you realize where society is saying that lesbian as being a lesbian this is who you are in the depression and the happiness and the anxiety that was with you what left you yes c-money completely left me after that I couldn't look at it to see I was like no this is not me come on give God some glory his glory his presence in her life amen she was telling me is that she had suicidal thoughts that she attempted to commit suicide but as soon as she received deliverance that she did not have those thoughts nor did she want to attempt to try to kill herself or that depression or that heaviness and that veil of a deception that she thought that this is who she is this is how she was born she said and I will have a confirm is that now living this life where she knows the truth amen yes and after that I mean it's been a journey it's been a struggle yes of course both the right all I've been looking at Jesus because that is where my answers that is where my hope comes from come on and moving forward Geo tell us what do you want to do for Christ now that I found my purpose I want to preach the gospel with the authority he has given me in the boldness to let others know that it's not it this is not who you are he has called you for so much more there is hope just keep on hanging on because I am fighting with you amen God is going to use her testimony has already been using her testimony to speak truth to the people and to remove the lie that the enemy is placing in our society and to remind people that Jesus Christ is the answer in all things amen what would be your last words of Andres was actually through one of the YouTube videos somebody a friend of mine send me the videos and when I saw it I was like oh my god Argentina and Benny Hinn this is awesome and then I start watching all other other videos and it was just you know like you watch the videos he's the goosebumps and less like Holy Spirit just touches you right there and and it's not only because the editing and the video clips are good yes there's a power of final cut too but it was a power of the Holy Spirit is something about the gentleness the the humility and also the the passion and boldness for Jesus Christ and then I remember went to his website and and I had this dream of getting his book and I looked on Amazon I looked on eBay I looked at on a Facebook marketplace I looked on Craigslist everywhere and I even asked my friends hey where can I get the book and I had this one friend in Massachusetts who was about to ship me the book and then I had the privilege of actually meeting him personally and it was an i want your book and he didn't tell me but then I found out later you have to be a partner to get the book so he should have told me that like hey kid become a partner and but he sent me the book and it honestly really really touched my life I handed over to other people and the last year we had the privilege of hosting him in tri-cities it was a phenomenal time a lot of people were touched a lot of people were healed there are people on our team who were finally delivered and we're going to deliverance it was like this final touch that happened through the prayers and he doesn't even know those people but I knew those people who were going through that and he would come keep coming back to the same person not leave them alone for hours upon hours praying for every single person and the Lord used them is a very humble man but he loves the Holy Spirit he loves Jesus and today we're so honored to have him with us and so let's help the world Andres as he comes to Minister the Word of God let's give Jesus a big big hand of praise we love you Lord we honor you we give you all the glory all the honor all the praise be unto your name Wow you may take your seat this evening I'm so excited to be back with hungry generation and it's truly special for me to see a young ministry here in the United States that uh that wants more of God that is desperate for his presence desperate for his power who wants to see the supernatural move of God here in this country and in other countries around the world that's what is to me so special to be here again you know to be honest with you we usually don't go many times to the same places because we have so many invitations that come from different countries and but when Pastor vlad invited me again i was so happy to be able to say yes because i know and i believe what god is doing in this place and through your lives is very special and give the Lord a hand of praise for Pastor Vlad his wife and the ministry here hungry generation now come so so happy especially for what happened a couple weeks ago I want to share with you a short testimony we went to Israel with my family and we were filming episode B roles and more footages for episodes that we're doing from Israel we're doing a new TV series about the miracles of Jesus so we went to the locations where Jesus performs miracles and from there we ministered and share about how Jesus hasn't changed he's the same yesterday today and forever he continues to heal the sick and it was very special because my young daughter who's 9 who was 9 now she's then she turned 10 this week she wanted to get baptized so we went to the jordan river to baptize her last year i baptized my son in the jordan river and this year baptized my daughter in the jordan river and so it was it was so special that moment was very special but what happened next was even more special we went to this messianic congregation in the old city of Jerusalem where five years ago they invited me to preach on the day of Pentecost so five years ago I was ministering in Israel in Jerusalem in the Old City of Jerusalem to the Jewish people on the day of Pentecost so you know I cried the whole service I was I couldn't believe God will give me such a privilege and God allowed me to feel during that service a little bit of what he feels for the Jewish people and he's chosen people and I was just weep when I would cry when I would pray for them during that service because he was such a special encounter that I was having with the heart of God at the same time so this year we went back not to preach but we're in Jerusalem and so we went to this church they meet on Saturdays and we sat on their back row with my family and during worship my young daughter she's sitting next to me she just laid down and put her head on my chest and they began to sing this song that says ruach and the world ruach is breath or spirit that's the word for Holy Spirit and they were repeating this song of worship in Hebrew ruach and I had as I had my daughter in my arms she began to speak in tongues for the first time in her life so Jesus baptized her in the Holy Spirit and you know I hope I don't cry but that was so special to me because it's kind of like the Lord saying you ministered to my children I'll ministered to yours you know and and that was such a special time because I got to baptize my daughter in water for repentance but the Bible says that someone comes after who's mightier than us mightier than any of us who send those were not even worthy to carry he his name is Jesus will baptize you in the Holy Spirit and Fire amen so Jesus baptized during the Holy Spirit which was very special so I know that this conference yes we're gonna receive teachings and encouragement and we're gonna worship the Lord we might sing some new songs you may hear some new teachings about the scripture but my greatest desires that you would encounter the Holy Spirit that you would encounter God that you will leave this place with an experience with God but you would leave this place passionately in love with Jesus full of his presence full of his fire full of his power even those who are watching online I believe you can have the same encounter wherever you're watching Jesus is the one who baptizes with the Holy Spirit not me not a preacher not a minister he does it he can do it even as you watch online Jesus can pour out his Spirit upon your heart amen how many believe that I believe it with all my heart you know when you have an encounter with the Holy Spirit it's really special because it transforms your life I was gonna be a medical doctor I was studying my dad ís a medical doctor I was on my way to become a medical doctor and I had one encounter with the Holy Spirit and with this one encounter with the Holy Spirit God revealed to me first of all he's loved God the Bible says that he pours his love upon our hearts through the Holy Spirit he reveals to you how special how precious you are to him and there are no words to describe the love of God for you words cannot explain or even begin to express how much he loves you but when he pours out his Spirit upon your heart that's when you encounter his love and you experience the love of God and that changes your life and that is hard to even explain with words that's something that you have to experience yourself the next things that happens is the Holy Spirit makes Jesus real to you and that's what I want to speak to you this evening but the Holy Spirit came comes only to testify of Jesus and to glorify Jesus and when I had this encounter with the Holy Spirit the person of Jesus became real to me he the way he reveals Jesus to you it's not just just a historic figure or as a religious figure or someone that you am I gonna meet when you die and go to heaven but he reveals him to you as a person whom you can have a personal relationship with him and he reveals his heart his nature his essence to you like no preacher like no religion can only the Holy Spirit can reveal a living Christ to you and the Holy Spirit is the only one who can reveal your purpose to your life only the Holy Spirit can show you things to come only the Holy Spirit can reveal he's calling for your life only the Holy Spirit can give you his dream his vision for your life not your parents not your mom and dad no anybody else can show you what God's dream is only the Holy Spirit can kind of can the Bible says when He pours out his spirit young men will see visions they have it he will give dreams prophetic words all of that speaks about destiny and purpose and all that happens when God pours his spirit upon our lives that's why my prayer for this weekend is that you would have an encounter and experience with the Holy Spirit during that experience with the Holy Spirit the Lord come into the ministry I never wanted to be a preacher I never wanted to be a public speaker I was going to be a medical doctor but he showed me his plan his purpose for my life and I said yes to him so I quit Medical School and we began to go to the world and preach the gospel and share the good news he called us to to do two things to share the gospel and to pray for the sick and see deliverance and also to take the fire of the Holy Spirit to the young people we've already been to over 50 different countries and we're seeing amazing things that God is doing in different nations around the world I wanted to show you a short clip tonight from a few months ago we were in the Philippines and I really I don't think is one of the places where I've seen the most hunger for the presence of God and I want to you ask you guys to pray for us because next weekend we're going to go back to the Philippines but this time we're going to Manila to the capital that what I'm gonna show you some General Santos yeah we got somebody from the Philippines and they're expecting over 10,000 people to come to this event in Manila so it's tremendous what God is doing so we have this video ready this is from General Santos in the Philippines if we can play the video and he says do you follow me you have not able to hear since she was three years old she was not able to hear you see now she's hearing I love you they could not see clearly before oh my could see where colors.i legacy that there were colours but now it's Oh clear I can in general samples the Philippines Jesus Christ is Lord wow that was so powerful and next weekend we're gonna be back there in the is the most important Ministry of the Holy Spirit which is to reveal Jesus to our hearts the Bible says that the Holy Spirit only comes to testify and to glorify one person his name is Jesus he does not come to glorify a ministry or a minister or a preacher he comes to glorify Jesus how many say Amen and he comes to testify of Jesus in our greatest passion in this life should be the presence of Jesus to know him to have a intimate relationship with him and I believe that tonight the Holy Spirit is gonna draw you to Jesus the Holy Spirit is gonna make Jesus so real to you and once Jesus becomes real to your heart you fall in love with Jesus and he becomes your passion he becomes your treasure he becomes your reward he becomes the reason why you live Jesus your passion should be Jesus now there's many things you could have passion for in this world there's people who are very passionate for sports in Argentina were passionate crazy about soccer you know there's people who are passionate for musical passionate for arts other people who are passionate in ministry for miracles are passionate for worship or passionate for so many things you can be passionate for but the foundation the primary purpose and passion of your life should be the person of Jesus Christ if your if your passion is something else you're missing the number-one reason why you were created and that is to love him to know him to be with him and to develop a personal relationship with him so I'm gonna speak tonight on passion for his presence I'm gonna share with you the story of a young lady in the scriptures and you know for some reason God created women more sensitive to God's presence and I've learned more about the Holy Spirit from women than for men like for example Kathryn Kuhlman she was a woman who was passionate for the presence of Jesus and she had this intimate relationship with the Holy Spirit she would go into a place and people would begin to get healed without even laying hands and tremendous signs wonders and miracles happened because of her passion for the presence of Jesus there's another woman her name was Amy Semple McPherson God used her tremendously I know some point she had the largest church in the United States and in the signs and wonders and miracles took place through her life but it was because of her passion for Jesus I want to speak to you about a young lady tonight who had a passion for the presence of Jesus she had not a big ministry she did not the Bible doesn't tell us that she saw signs wonders and miracles for multitudes come to Jesus but she found the most important treasure overall she found the presence of Jesus her name is Mary of Bethany the Bible says she was about eighteen years old when Jesus was on earth and well this the the commentaries say this I don't know if the Bible says this but and there were different Mary's in the Bible so we had to set him apart first there's Mary the mother of Jesus there's Mary Magdalene and then there's Mary of Bethany who was the sister of Lazarus and Martha and she lived in this small town called Bethany that is found on the Mount of Olives so most of the ministry of Jesus was in this region called Galilee three years of ministry in Galilee but three times a year Jesus would walk about a hundred miles five days to Jerusalem to celebrate the feasts so she would walk five days to Jerusalem and five days back three times a years that's like a whole month every year walking imagine how much Jesus walked when he came to Jerusalem he was always come to this house the house of Mary Martha and Lazarus and the Scriptures tells us four different scenes that Jesus came down to Bethany and from each one of these scenes the Holy Spirit will give us a revelation tonight about how to capture the presence of Jesus how to capture the Heart of Jesus how to develop an intimate relationship with Jesus how to become a carrier of his presence and his fragrance how to make Jesus the number one passion of your life first scene we can go to the Book of Luke chapter 10 verse 38 now it happened as they went that he entered a certain village and a certain woman named Martha welcomed him in her house and she had a sister called Mary who also sat at Jesus feet and heard his word but Martha was distracted with much serving and she approached him and said Lord do you not care that my sister has left me to serve alone therefore tell her to help me and Jesus answered and said to her Martha Martha you're worried and troubled about many things but one thing is needed and Mary has chosen that good part which will not be taken away from her first scene Jesus comes into Bethany and he's welcomed into this home and we see this young lady this young girl sitting at his feet listening to Jesus speak and her older sister serving making sure that everything is perfect in her house imagine if Jesus came to your house you were trying to make everything perfect everything clean that the food would be perfect but Mary's not doing anything she's just simply sitting down at the feet of Jesus doing nothing and Martha gets mad and says Lord imagine look at Martha she's even telling Jesus what to do he goes tell her to help me don't you care and what Jesus answers her is tremendous he's so powerful is so deep he says one thing is needed one thing is required and she has chosen the best part and he will not be taken away from her Jesus says to us only one thing is required and sadly in a Christian walk that's what we do the least the one thing that's required and what is that to sit at the feet of Jesus and do nothing and listen not talk listen to him speak to you the first revelation is you must learn to abide at the feet of Jesus you must be willing to sit at his feet and listen to him speak to you because it is in this place it is in this place where you will hear his voice because Jesus does not scream at you he whispers and he will whisper in his presence he will show you the Bible says the path of life how are you gonna know the path of life only in his presence only sitting at his feet he will show you the path that you must take in your life the decisions that you must make he will reveal them to you as you sit at his feet in his presence there's fullness of joy in this world you won't find joy but sitting at his feet you will find joy in his presence there's pleasures the Bible says this world will offer momentary pleasures and everybody's looking for different types of pleasures but true pleasure you will find only in his presence the Bible says that in his presence wait in the Lord and He will renew your strength you're tired you're weary wait in his presence and he will renew your strength he said Martha Martha you're troubled you're worried about many things and many of you came tonight worried and troubled about so many different things because this society will lead you to that will lead you to do more than you're supposed to be doing two extra activities and you become worried in troubled about so many things so many activities and religion we're always the enemy will always lie to you that you have to do this you have to do this you have to do this you have to do this and then you can sit on his feet first you need to take care of this then take care of that first you need to fix this issue in your life first you need to fix this problem this trouble and then go sit at his feet and he says this no one thing is required one thing is needed for you to sit at his feet and listen to his voice as you sit at his feet the Bible says be still and you will know you will know that he's God at his feet not only he will show you the path of life not only he will give you joy not only he will give you peace but you will know God you will know him personally not because you read a book not because you heard somebody's testimony not because your dad or your mom is a Christian not because you go to church not because you're a certain religion not because somebody told you a story about God no you will know him personally because you spent time with him because you heard his voice speak to you because you beheld his beauty you beheld his holiness you have come to know him personally and this is only possible at his feet spending time it's very similar to sitting next to a fire I don't know if you ever sat next to a fire but as you sit next to the fire suddenly the heat begins to be transferred to your skin and you begin to touch your skin and you feel your skin is hot you're not touching the fire but the fire is transferring his properties into you that's what happens when you sit at the feet of Jesus he's love he's joy he's peace his holiness begins to be trusted oh you begin to be infused by his power sit at his feet turn off the phone turn off the television turn off social media so many things distracting you friends phone calls always something to do the enemy telling you you're not worthy first you need to do this get rid of this sin then you can go sit at his feet forget about all that and listen to Jesus tonight listen to Jesus he says to you one thing is required this is amazing is gonna shock you but the preacher is not required to heal the sick is not required to cast out Devils is not required the one thing that's required according to Jesus not according to me is to sit at his feet and abide in his presence for thus says the Lord God the Holy One of Israel in returning and rest you shall be saved in quietness in confidence shall be your strength scene number 2 Jesus returns to Mary to Bethany small village close to Jerusalem on the Mount of Olives but this time something tragic had happened the brother of Mary Lazarus had died four days ago so there's a great funeral that took place there's great mourning there's great weeping there's great pain in the home because of this great loss in the family and when Jesus was coming the Bible says that Martha went and met him but Mary was sitting in the house now Martha said to Jesus Lord if you had been here my brother would not have died but even now I know that whatever you ask of God God will give you jesus said to her your brother will rise again Martha said to him I know that he will rise again in the resurrection in the last day jesus said to her I am the resurrection and the life he who believes in me though he may die he shall live and whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die do you believe this she said to him yes Lord I believe that you are the Christ the Son of God who is to come into the world so Jesus enters is entering Bethany and Bethany and here comes Martha she says Lord if you would have been here our brother would not have died Lord if you would have been here he you would have healed him he would still be alive because I believe that we do all things are possible and Jesus says to her one of the most powerful revelations that you would ever hear in all of your life and this is what he says to everyone of us here tonight and everyone watching he says I am the resurrection and the life he who believes in me though he may die he shall live if you believe in Jesus though you may die you will live forever and whoever lives and believes in Me and he returns shall never die if you're alive when he returns and you believe in him you will never die and then he asks the most important question someone could ask you in all of your life this is the most important question someone could ask you because your answer to this question will determine your eternity the way you respond to this question will determine where you would spend eternity and the question is this do you believe that Jesus is the resurrection and the life do you believe that Jesus is the Christ do you believe that Jesus is the Son of God do you believe that he is the way that he's the truth and he's the life do you believe not do you understand do you believe do you believe and if you believe if you make a decision and you say I believe that you are the Christ Jesus I believe that you died for my sin on the cross I believe in my heart but you were raised from the dead I believe that you paid the debt that I owe I believe that you are the Messiah the Christ the Son of God the Bible says that if you die you will live forever you will spend eternity with him this is him speaking not me and the Bible says that if you're alive when he returns because he will return very soon he will never taste that you will live forever Martha had the right answer she said yes Lord I believe that you are the Christ the Son of God who is to come into the world and then something special happened because Mary did not come out Mary stayed at home and I wonder why did she stay at home she knew Jesus is coming to a town she probably stayed at home because she was disappointed with Jesus when her brother was sick I can imagine her praying and praying and praying and praying and asking and she believed in her heart but Jesus would come and Jesus would heal her brother I know she had full assurance and full trust that Jesus was gonna come and heal her brother and the days that came in the days went by and then her brother died and then her brother was buried and she felt Jesus did not answer her prayer so she was disappointed with the Lord I don't know if you ever been there I don't know if you ever decided to stay home if you ever said oh I'm not going to church anymore oh I'm not I'm not following Jesus anymore because I asked him to do this and I prayed and I prayed and I asked and I asked and he did not answer my prayer I had a very an aunt whom I loved with all my heart she was the most awesome most amazing aunt anybody could have and she had cancer and and we prayed and we prayed and we prayed and we believe for God to heal her and she died of cancer she was not healed what do you do what happens to your faith I was in Israel a couple of weeks and a young man came and told me that her mother his mother died of cancer but he said that he fasted every other day for like three years for her to be healed he took her to every healing service available and she was not healed and when she died he believed that God was gonna raise her from the dead and brought up the body into his house and they prayed and prayed and prayed and she was not raised from the dead what do you do what happens to your faith and he told me I don't know if I believe anymore what happens this is what was going on in Mary's heart she was like Jesus I thought that you'd come I thought that you would heal her I thought that you were gonna do the impossible so now she's disappointed discouraged sitting at home but this is why I love about Jesus the Bible says that he sent me at Martha to Mary and she went her way and secretly called Mary her sister saying the teacher has come and he's calling for you as soon as she heard that she arose quickly and came to him if you going through that listen to the words of Jesus to you tonight he's whispering to you in the secret of your heart and he's telling you the teacher has come and he's calling for you he's calling for you in the midst of your pain in the midst of your disappointment in the midst of your discouragement in the midst of your lack of faith and unbelief the Holy Spirit comes to you tonight and says the teacher is here in this place and he cares about you he was thinking about Mary alone in her room crying and he Jesus sent someone to go call her and the Holy Spirit's come to call you and he's saying to you tonight the teacher is here in this place and he's calling for you now I love the way Mary responded she did not stay sitting down she got up and she ran to Jesus she could not resist Jesus as much pain as she was in as much as she had lost as much hurt the must been in her heart because her brother had died but even worse she felt that God had disappointed her but when she heard Jesus he's calling you because when she sat at his feet she felt something something that she's never felt before in her life and something that she could not feel away from his feet she felt unconditional love she felt life she felt life because the Holy Spirit is the spirit of life and once you feel the love of Jesus once you feel his presence once you feel this is not what the word to describe is not energy is life the Spirit is living once you feel that once you sense that no matter where you find yourself when you hear him call you you will run back to him because you know that there's no other name there's no other place there's no other person in whom you will find this love in this life only at the feet of Jesus she ran to Jesus and this is what she did she fell at his feet she bowed down at his feet and she began to weep and she said the exact same thing that her sister said she said Lord if you would have been here our brother would not have died but she said it in a different way and she got a different response she humbled herself at the feet of Jesus and she wept there's something that happens when you humble yourself before God and this might sound wrong but believe me I've seen it God does not listen to all the prayers the same he does not listen to every request the same when you humble yourself you touch his heart when you humble yourself that's when he moves the supernatural the Bible says if my people would what humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways then I would listen if you don't humble yourself I'm not gonna listen because God rejects the proud but he gives grace to the humble if you come to him with pride don't expect that he would move his hand but if you humble yourself you touch his heart and when Jesus saw Mary humble not demanding not angry not upset but humble maybe not understanding why but she still bowed down before Jesus she still worshiped him she still cried at his feet when he saw that you know what happened his heart was touched and the Bible says that Jesus cried jesus wept he didn't talk to her he said where did you lay him where is he and he went and he raised the dead and he performed this super natural when there's a people who are willing to humble themselves before God they touch his heart and he performs a supernatural humility is key to the super elite me I go to third world nations and people are so desperate that they're willing to humble themselves for God there's no pride in their hearts and that's why God responds with that supernatural signs wonders and miracles when you come to God with a prideful heart when you come to God with a angry heart when you come to God with a with just arrogance I will not listen to your prayer because the Bible says very clearly that God resists the proud but he gives grace to the humble the Bible's filled with stories of men and women who humble themselves before Jesus Jairus he was the ruler of the synagogue the Bible says he fell at his feet and begged him earnestly saying my little daughter lies at the point of death come and lay your hands on her that she may be healed and she will live by the time Jesus got there she was dead but Jesus also raised her from the dead and a man crying out for his daughter moved Jesus to the point that he went to his house when you humble yourself Jesus will go to your house he will touch your children he will raise your children from the dead a syro Phoenician woman her daughter was demon-possessed oppressed by demons you'd be amazed how many young people are being oppressed by demons tormented because they open up themselves through diabolic video games full of violence full of killing full of destroying they open up themselves through all kinds of perversion through the internet and then they've become oppressed by demons young people this woman her daughter was being oppressed she went to Jesus not her daughter she went to Jesus and she humbled herself the Bible says she fell at his feet and Jesus delivered her daughter from a distance the demon left her daughter because of the act of humility of one woman God delivered her daughter far away the leper came in the midst of his pain in the midst of his sickness in the midst of his disease he bowed down before Jesus and worshipped him imagine that how much humility willing to bow down willing to worship Jesus in the midst of sickness no saying if you heal me I will worship you or when you heal me I will worship you being come demanding God for a miracle he didnt say God you healed everyone else you also need to heal me is my right to be healed No he bowed down he said if you're willing you can make me clean and Jesus was moved with compassion and stretch his hand touched them and he was immediately healed immediately healed humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord and He will lift you up when you begin to feel your heart become prideful you begin to feel your heart become hard towards the things of God maybe unbelief begins to come into your heart maybe you begin to get disappointed with the things of God maybe you don't see your answers being fulfilled the way you expected them to be answered you don't see the things happen in your life the way you expect the God to do in your life and your heart becomes to become hardened towards the things of God this is the answer you got to bow down and worship bow down and worship you must remain in that place when the Lord begins to use you and you begin to see miracles or people get healed through your life maybe you begin to see your ministry grow life's changed bow down and worship Him you must remain in this attitude of humility of humbleness before his presence if you want the presence of Jesus in your life for the third time Jesus comes back to Bethany John 12 verses one through three he says then six days before the Passover Jesus came to Bethany where Lazarus was who had been dead whom he had raised from the dead there they made him a supper and Martha served the Lazarus was one of those who sat at the table with him then Mary took a pound of very costly oil of spikenard anointed the feet of Jesus and wiped his feet with her hair and the house was filled with the fragrance of the oil third time Jesus returns to Bethany he goes straight to Mary Martha and Lazarus house it's a very difficult time in the time in the life of Jesus but all a deep most difficult time the Bible says it was six days before the Passover so he knew that in six days he was going to be crucified nobody knew but he knew what was coming to him he knew that in six days his body was going to be broken he was going to be rejected by the people whom he loved he was gonna be spat upon he was gonna be whipped thirty-nine times in his back he was gonna be nailed to a cross he was in a shed his blood being innocent he knew death was coming to him and not just the normal death but a sacrificial death a torturous death was coming to his life he knew that was coming to him imagine the days before that the stress that must been upon his life to the point that the Bible says in the Garden of Gethsemane he even sweated drops of blood and he could have very easily turn his back on the cross but he went to the cross they didn't kill Jesus He gave His life for us during this very difficult moment in his life he could have chosen many different homes to go to but he chose the home of Mary Martha and Lazarus because he knew there was someone there that loved him not because of the miracles not because of the bread not because of the fish someone who loved him because of who he was someone who loved to sit at his feet and accept him and love him and when he called someone that would run to him run to him even when she did not receive her miracle she still ran and we see Jesus sitting there in this home Martha continues to serve she did not receive his words continue to be busy with the things of life Jesus is sitting there and suddenly we see Mary come into the room she doesn't go to anybody but Jesus she doesn't ask for permission she doesn't care where other people think she doesn't ask for she doesn't care other people's opinions she goes straight to his feet with and she's carrying something that is very valuable a perfume if fragrance and oil that's worth what you would make working a whole year imagine what your salary is for a whole year that's the cost of this perfume and she goes and pours it all at the feet of Jesus she didn't going calculate oh well let me see how much is 10% and then okay or I'm gonna give an offering today no she poured it all everything she had she'll is saved one drop to herself she poured it all at the feet of Jesus and she began to worship him and she dry his feet with her hair and then the fragrance the fragrance of the perfume filled that whole room the atmosphere changed because one woman's sacrificial worship the third revelation is you must become a worshiper you must be willing to worship Jesus and when you worship Him the atmosphere will change in your life in your home in your church because worship attracts the presence of the Holy Spirit worship manifests the presence of the Holy Spirit that is in you it manifests through you to others the Bible says that things be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ and through us diffuses the fragrance of his knowledge in every place when you are a worshiper I love this scripture because there's something that diffuses through you is the fragrance of the knowledge of God what is the fragrance of the knowledge of God is the presence and anointing of the Holy Spirit that's what changes the atmosphere that's what changes the the atmosphere in a room in a church in a home when you begin to worship Him you will begin to see a change in the atmosphere of your life and where there was sadness and depression in anguish and fear and sickness and disease suddenly you will have joy you have peace you will see healing you will see transformation because of the atmosphere has changed knowledge does not change the atmosphere beautiful preaching does not change the atmosphere theology as important in knowledge and all that is awesome but it has not changed the atmosphere what changes the atmosphere is when there are worshipers who worship Him in spirit and in truth I'm gonna tell you a story I was preaching at a church while back and I was there two nights the first night they had this worship team that had like probably every instrument available they filled the whole stage and they were amazing professionals I'm talking about professionals I'm talking about they put a show it was incredible to the point that when they finished everybody stood up and began to clap at them because it was a perfect performance the first night the next night I'm waiting for the worship team to come and here comes one young boy late early 20s 18 19 20 or around our age by himself with one little piano I'm like oh no what's gonna happen you know by himself one little piano he's from El Salvador they brought him for the event from El Salvador he stood behind the little piano and we're all standing he just played one note I still remember it something fell in that place the atmosphere of that place changed by the time he was finished every single person in the room was on their face weeping in the presence of God he was a carrier of the fragrance he was diffusing the knowledge of God he was not performing he was worshipping Jesus worshiping Jesus the first band the new music the second young boy he knew the creator of music you know he knew the creator of music fragrance is very interesting because you cannot see it with your eyes you cannot see a perfume but you can perceive it you can perceive it in the same way you cannot see the anointing you cannot see the presence of the Holy Spirit but people can perceive it people in your school can perceive it when you carry his presence people in your work can perceive it people in your house can perceive it because the Spirit testifies through you the knowledge of God the knowledge of Christ his presence reveals Jesus everywhere you go that's why it's beautiful to testify of Jesus under the presence of the Holy Spirit because your words begin to touch people's hearts and you know it's not you that it's the Holy Spirit who's testifying to their hearts and revealing Jesus but another thing about perfume or fragrance is that it reminds you of people events in place I don't know if you ever smell somebody's perfume he reminded you of somebody else who wore the same perfume as that person or you smell something he reminded you of something that happened in your past or that that that fragrance brought a memory to you the Bible says that Jesus said that she was preparing his body for burial so when Jesus was being nailed to the cross that perfume was still on his body when Jesus was being spat upon when Jesus body was being broken that perfume was still on his body and I'm sure Jesus could smell that perfume and I'm sure that perfume brought him memories of Mary and she said at least there's one person who loves me for who I am who loves me not because of ministry not because of miracles signs and wonders who loves me because of who I am someone who loves me and runs to me even when I disappoint her even when she's in pain she still comes to my feet someone who's willing to give all of her heart to me not just a drop someone who's willing to pour her whole life in worship at my feet someone who's willing to sit on my feet in waste waste their life at my feet and I'm sure Jesus said even if it's just for her this sacrifice is worth it even if it's just to save her this sacrifice is worth it and I am sure that fragrance gave Jesus strength to go through this suffering and I am sure Jesus would also be thinking about everyone before her and after her that would be passionate for his presence that will love him his person who he is not what he gives not what he does but who he is and we love him because he's holy they would love the fact that God is holy he's a holy God they would love him because he's good because he's kind because he's gentle because he's merciful because he's compassionate because it's just they would love him for who he is and when they hear Jesus is calling you they will run to him tonight the Holy Spirit tells you the teacher is here and he's calling for you he's calling for you how would you respond to him I'm gonna ask everyone to stand to your feet the Bible says after three days Jesus was raised from the dead and for forty days he began to appear to people he appeared to people in Galilee he appeared to people in the road to Emmaus he appeared to his disciples in the upper room in Jerusalem for forty days he began to appear to people but on the last day the last place that he went before he was ascended to heaven was to Bethany the Bible says and he led them out as far as Bethany and he lifted up his hands and blessed them now it came to pass while he blessed them that he was parted from them and carried up into heaven and they worshiped him and returned to Jerusalem with great joy and were continually in the temple praising and blessing God amen to say goodbye one last time he could have gone to any city in Israel he could have gone to Capernaum - he could have gone to Bisaya he could have gone to so many different cities corazon he put it unto all those towns that he visited but he chose to go back to Bethany do you know what he did he lifted up his hands and blessed them and one things to be blessed by a person or a man or a minister and other things to be blessed by Jesus himself if you make it a priority and your number one passion in your life to seek his presence to seek Him to be with him to know him to love him I assure you he will bless you he will bless you him he will lift his hands over your life and he will bless you and he will visit you in your home his presence would not be only at the conference not only when you go to church but his presence will be with you in your home and upon your children and upon your grandchildren amen Jesus says to you tonight I am the resurrection and the life he who believes in me though he may die he shall live and whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die and Jesus asks you tonight and everyone watching online he asked you this question do you believe this do you believe that Jesus is the Christ the Son of God do you believe that he paid your debt on the cross though so great what is his love for you so deep was his love for you that he was willing to give his life on the cross to pay for your sins and do you believe in your heart that he was raised from the dead if you believe you will receive the greatest gift the gift of eternal life but you may die you will live forever and if you're alive when he
