disappointing for the women where's the fifth piece and Boris led the men congratulations to victory at dinner service while Nonna you're cooking out of it perfectly yes yes was a ray of sunshine for the red team cause Emily and Melissa's performances Sunday mash work dark and gloomy put your team in the shade in the blue kitchen yes chef working now chef Curtis couldn't cut it on the sushi it's not good enough for me and Vinnie's plan to speed things up you guys order sides you're gonna be out till next Tuesday backfire you do not decide what goes out of this kitchen I have no faith that he's gonna be able to get the sides out Chef Ramsay had had enough of the blue team - yeah and the blue team we're a waste to life that had enough of Raj the women completed their first dinner service men you lost and the men nominated brushed and for us for elimination but there was one performance that Chef Ramsay could not forgive or forget Curtis give me a jacket leave Hell's Kitchen [Music] dragging down the kitchen because we're all trying really hard I think she needs to go back and work in that nursing home that she came from I'm not here to make [ __ ] friends while there's real animosity developing within the teams there's one chef who's not letting all this negativity dampen his spirits deep breaths difference I know that the guys of my team have absolutely no chance so they're doing anything they can to get rid of me why the guy is here to be an anchor toss I'm gonna have to learn to work with him somebody's got to get him in line and you guys aren't getting through was somewhat curious as to why after looking carefully and the results of these tests it's become very clear that physically there's nothing wrong with you you're all fit and healthy it means it's a mental block upstairs between the ears and the person is gonna become the head chef at the LA market needs to be mentally strong now listen to me this is your next challenge we are gonna be making a amazing breakfast for these talented paramedics but not just these two tables we've been invited a few of their friends as well ladies and gentlemen wonderful good morning nice to see Chef Ramsay invites in the rest of the MTS they're just coming in all in their uniforms conscious suit I don't even know if there were any EMTs left in LA or if Chef Ramsay had them all in our dining room remember it's a race are you ready yes into the kitchen now off the ocean for today's challenge each kitchen will have to cook breakfast for 50 hungry EMTs the menu consists of two options an egg white omelet with turkey bacon roasted tomatoes and toast and the second option scrambled eggs french toast bacon and sausage Chef Ramsay sensing problems among the chef's is testing each kitchens ability to work as a team I need to see a team effort okay the team that serves their side of the dining room first wins the challenge how about freezing okay ladies here we go can't send anything out into the fruit salads garden we do not want to lose any more challenges hey we can do this I got pineapple she's doing cantaloupes we need to slice the bread for the French toast I said we get two guys on fruit it's got to go first we cannot send anything out until the fruit has gone so naturally there should be two or three of you on the fruit who's sliding over and we need fruit cut right away nobody slid over nobody help me I was doing my thing I was doing this the best I can out there sometimes we don't get along but we're actually working together and we're listening to each other it's just a such a good feeling service please let's go let's go let's go the ladies have sent two bowls of fruit settle hurry up guys yes Raj we need egg whites right away brother no we don't we need the [ __ ] fruit right over roots gotta go hi guys where's the [ __ ] pineapple my fault that's my friend yes yeah bring it back they're not be able to put together a fruit salad is pretty embarrassing for a professional let's go six fruit six fruit while the welcoming fruit bowls have finally left the blue kitchen the women are starting to fill orders six-feet chose 100 blades on your first table yes we just worked like a machine scrambling experimenting we have to work together we can win this the women hoping to build on their victory in last night's dinner service push out their first orders great and over on the blue side the men are just trying to keep up the girls ascended tables faster than you are right now they got three tables out you don't even have one out yet sitting here push this down come on burnt on the bottom trying to cover it up in the fold but I don't want so much color on egg white only supposed to be egg white yes let's go I'm not serving that no chance it's an omelet for crying out loud eggs aren't hard it's like screwed up oiled water you're an idiot start it over again Boris yes chef your eyesight is perfect I'm gonna check this morning standards while the men concentrate on remaking their first order guys get me the spatula right there roadies thank you sorry guys over in the red kitchen the women are focused on - bacon - bacon I was like looked at Emily and I seen her stupid face and I was like she's not [ __ ] doing anything I got it so I go to the oven chef's the bake it's [ __ ] Burt now Emily couldn't even watch the have something to cheer about meanwhile over on the blue side it's a completely different story [Music] where's the scrambled egg okay [Music] hey guys guys come in all in come in quick taste it taste no salt there's no pepper and I'm like whatever okay go go I thought I seasoned it chef correctly but no obviously I didn't why is he cooking scrambled egg what he can't even seasoned it I try to make some sense out of this intense chaos cool off somehow I tried to clear my head by sticking my head in the refrigerator but I couldn't rush maybe a fat [ __ ] ass somebody take control please come on guys let's keep pushing turkey Bacon's going in we got this come on keep movin important write that off wipe it off he's on fire oh no who's in control here while the blue team can't get out of the starting blocks you don't need four guys up french toast the red team is racing to the finish line you see last table [Music] [Applause] well done each of you para one of the guys and get their breakfast out with the women coming to the rescue the men finally finish serving breakfast to the remaining EMTs ladies well done great finish down embarrassing that was teamwork well done you deserve a special day you're heading to Santa Monica where you'll be having lunch poolside trendiest hotels yes the Viceroy stunning beautiful and quite cool not only that but there's a big surprise that will take place before that which I don't want to spoil it now because it's it's it's quite unique enjoy every minute of it because you deserve it well done when we gonna be outside we got to be cooped up in Hell's Kitchen anymore guys hey I've never seen such a disorganized team working as individuals traffic yeah sure what did you see in there no communication at all whatsoever everything just broke down right in front of us well I tried to but everybody just went ahead and did their own thing anyway and that's what you guys did huh he's basically screaming at us to get together as a team and it's a bunch of individual still exactly rights the blue team's complete disaster Raj is bringing the team down he spent half the time in the cooler the guy's not contributed at all I just can't take it anymore so take advantage of what's happening today because you can expend a lot of time together we'll be serving unique cocktails for the very first time in Hell's Kitchen tomorrow night Priya punishment today I want 250 beautiful stemware polished ready for those cocktails but there's more I want you cleaning the kitchens sure the last today was tough I've been to clean kitchens definitely sucks take advantage of this time together and regroup because you [ __ ] need it move hopefully we get our act together and start functioning as a team if we don't do that we're done it'll be all that Chef Ramsay is looking for a [ __ ] strong prep cook so what also in there where's your list from last night why I'm gonna waste my [ __ ] time writing a [ __ ] prep list it's just ridiculous Oh Sabrina did you already put the risotto in there Sabrina when it comes to prep she just doesn't seem that she's focused and right now I am very very nervous about her performance tonight while the women were able to complete their last dinner service my lady this coat this year's men's team has had two of the worst dinner services ever right gentlemen so far your history in Hell's Kitchen has been a disaster the weakest start ever it is comeback night Raj I'm giving up on you however push it tonight yes chef come back yes chef and stay out the [ __ ] fridge [Music] as always here in Hell's Kitchen we like to sort of raise the bar keeping it somewhat trendy tonight so the very first time each guest will receive a stunning delicious connery cocktail or first degree kitchen we'll be making minutes out and the skull is already cooked I don't know four minutes scallops you can't cook ahead of time when they're ready they need to go out Raj please make sure those are perfect dude I cannot their first appetizers out I have an excellent allit more so I'm tiny [ __ ] I don't know what's up with that girl's taste buds but she could not stop for the life of her I almost wanted to like just pour in the song yes service please it's only 18 minutes into dinner service and the red team's first appetizers are making their way out to the dining room unfortunately they don't stay there for long what's more that red team salty Wow Emily's just unbelievable I shouldn't even account on her to do [ __ ] for me she just don't know how to do anything taste taste taste I don't think so with both kitchens having setbacks on the appetizer section you guys dinner you want dinner the pressure shifts to Sabrina and Tripp who are supposed to be making welcoming culinary cocktails for the diners no we need to get them out okay James it's like right in your face like come on we need the cocktails we need to cook too come on get a move on I don't need to be told what to do hurry up I have the one season bartender working you know in Hell's Kitchen ladies and gentlemen it is cocktail time Trev and Sabrina have finally please James in the dining room back in the kitchens please tell 21 and table tennis both teams have finally pleased Chef Ramsay this is our result Oh Thank You chef perfect I like it one hour into dinner service the blue team from the Sam is ready has moved on to entrees is perfect I personally cooked thousands and thousands of thousands of piece of salmon of my life what's that in there what that boys that stuck he's putting in that someone it's supposed to girl bingo gulsta with no help from Emily no no rallies on garnish and completes the sides meanwhile in the blue kitchen it's time for Boris to step into the spotlight Wellington feed your rat how long I have 30 seconds on the beat okay let's go if chef one Ramsay wants medium-rare me then chef Gordon Ramsay gets medium-rare meat I'm a man of integrity he's not getting raw meat for me boys is successful meanwhile in the blue kitchen Raj is eager to finally impress Chef Ramsay about delays this guy may be a little too eager how many cooks 1 2 3 when I get a busy I just start firing everything so when they need it I got it what are you doing playing the odds maybe what will be good out of three but this is Chef Ramsay's Kitchen you can't do that why don't I try to fire three tables donkey good you can't serve this to anybody he's not gonna take that Raj cooked three bovis holes before they were even remotely close to needing them so special we've been out of the so obvious I can't pick a winning team it's impossible so I'm gonna revert to the customer comment cards because I need to know what they're experiencing mid your diners they love the food but I hated the weight the percentage of customers they're rated they're experienced above average was 54% it's just embarrassing ladies your percentage of diners that found the overall dining experience Bhavesh 50% yeah so you lost ladies go back to the door and think of two individuals you don't want any longer on your team [ __ ] off sucks we lost but now I want to get rid of the people who haven't done anything who aren't an asset to the team pootie over horn I would definitely have to vote for Emily Emily piss sucked at everything she's done since she got here I'm putting Emily up yeah one of my votes will definitely be for Emily Emily that's my vote I'm not ready to go home I deserve to be here and I want another day in the kitchen okay so we know always going up yes yes yes so we just need one more first intimate ID well Fremont's like you're afraid you know when it comes to performing it's like you're afraid to do it Melissa should be up for a nomination she [ __ ] up the fish station and just keeps failing I guess that would have to be my vote for Melissa if you base it on overall performance but Melissa is strong in prep I think Melissa's got the guts there's no question in my mind who is the asset to our team and who's not based on prep I'm gonna have to put up Sabrina are you serious I wasn't even in the [ __ ] kitchen I was in the dining room I would have to go with Sabrina I just think it's stupid to base it off of prep does Chef Ramsay want a prep cook how is that gonna help out you know la markets the kitchen doesn't run if there's no food to cook yeah but he can [ __ ] have somebody else do that whatever I think you guys just vote for me because it's easier because I'm mad at you because I don't step up and prep because I've only been doing it for six months all these [ __ ] they don't know what they're talking about they single me out they always do tour for you and tour for me so now it's up to you yeah it's your vote girl you got a you got a vote how I'm gonna vote for [Music] [Applause] after a difficult deliberation the red team has finally come up with two nominees for elimination Jim yes chef first nominee and why our first nominee was Emily Emily we all felt that she's not really an asset to our team show second nominee and why please the rest of the team they decided to vote for Sabrina what I really don't know chef I didn't vote for Sabrina who did you vote for Melissa chef Melissa yes chef Sabrina wasn't anywhere near service can someone give me a little bit of insight to why she's nominated we feel it's a mixture of a weak link and she does jack-shit during prep she doesn't do her prep list I don't stay awake all night writing a prep list because I understand it I don't need to write it down make a list of it every single day because I get it okay this gives out the way Emily Sabrina step forward [Music] okay Emily yes sir I look at you and there's like blank why should you stay in Hell's Kitchen because I have the drive to make it chef and I'm willing to learn and understand criticism is a way of learning I don't think you've got this stamina required to make it I think I do chef and ready to fight hey Sabrina yes sure your team really wants you up here yeah tell me very quickly why should you stay in Hell's Kitchen I don't think that I should go home I shouldn't be here Melissa should be here who has been consistently horrible the Executive Chef right there Emily yeah she [ __ ] up and she sucks but at least you know she hasn't done as horribly as Melissa take a big deep breath I want to know why you feel you should stay in Hell's Kitchen yeah you I'm here to learn and I'm here to grow I have bigger balls and more determination than any of these [ __ ] girls here oh then put together chef [Music] okay this is a very difficult decision the person leaving Hell's Kitchen is rush do you also beer you big boy are out of your league big time I personally can't go an inch further jacket as the door there big boy I can't believe it's just a shock I didn't get along with anybody I think along with Chef Ramsay they get along with Scott I didn't like the menu but it was a great experience I had a great time I'm really glad I did it relieved man that was that was like a reward thank you Sabrina Emily tonight you get a gift ladies back in line [Music] the prize maybe la Market honesty right now you're not fit for a supermarket let's get that right get some sleep cause we're a tough day get out finally finally we got no more dead weight the game has begun the girls gotta watch out I don't think there's nothing stopping us my goal from here on I'll just continue to fight so Chef Ramsay can see that I can be the one to run la market nothing's gonna stop me when the going gets tough in the kitchen I shed puts his head down and cooks all ROG wanted to do was put his head in the freezer and that's why he's staying Hell's Kitchen was a short one [Music] the winner of Hell's Kitchen will become head chef of the brand-new multi-million dollar restaurant la Market in downtown Los Angeles the celery a quarter of a million dollars and they will also tour the country as the official spokesperson of Rosemount Estate Winery next time on Hell's Kitchen that's the door that big boy rajesh may be gone so new beginning to a fantastic ending but the blue team wastes no time finding a new scapegoat he's not a chef he's a tool to be used well my butter give me a little spray [ __ ] return the fryer I'm done with these guys the red team has the mother of all meltdowns on the team anymore Sabrina takes revenge in the kitchen I'm one manipulative [ __ ] Sabrina took perfectly Jail where's the sous beauty and when Chef Ramsay discovers for plans Sabrina you're just treating me like a [ __ ] idiot he punishes everyone I'm trying to [ __ ] run lost his mind is that about well that's nothing compared to what sabrina has in mind I'm gonna make their lifes in Hell's Kitchen
