challenge they did little to show they were worthy this is a seafood pancake it's turned to piss Mardi Gras scumbo jaws so sorry you don't like it the next morning Antonia had a mysterious illness with me and left Hell's Kitchen for good at dinner service Lisa was slow what's happening here Sabrina was selfish he's my food [ __ ] everybody else Rajesh was confused we have a it was the worst opening nights tables are leaving in Hell's Kitchen history and there's no winning team Raj Trev Sabrina and Lisa were nominated for elimination Sabrina trashed her team I think that no does she go home she snores she's good for nothing what saved herself seasick Thank You Jackie and Lisa had the unfortunate distinction of being the first to leave Hell's Kitchen [Applause] [Music] [Music] am NOT gonna allow us to implode just bring it tomorrow ROG I will I will and then you got nothing to worry about we need to put this [ __ ] behind us I mean to let ROG in and if we don't get the job done we're gonna bury ourselves you may be too surrounded I told you you did you did say it I know that people clearly just don't like me but I'm not here for them and I can't stay in this she'd like to say she broke down Sabrina through Nona under a bus I think that Nona should go home chef she snores and it keeps us all away and I honestly believe she's good for nothing show whatever yes that's just what a [ __ ] child does everybody snores give me a break you're a infant [Music] after a grueling dinner service it seems like nothing can wake this group up that is until Chef Ramsay sends a wake-up call good morning last night service was memorable for all the wrong reason who's bleeding it's that huge a Raj was breathing a little bit creepy like it sounded like a bacon jerk slow down yes chef okay first of all after service last night I made a phone call it's a very dear friend of mine this man is an international superstar we've just received a mission his stars please welcome [Music] smokes coming through Asian marching bands doing their thing and I'm freaking out Masaharu Morimoto chef morimoto sushi dishes are exquisite masterpieces your next challenge is to recreate chef morimoto's salmon cucumber avocado roll and the tune of the Gary I've never touched sushi in my life I've never worked with Chinese food ever listen watch and learn so now in this attention to detail challenge the chefs will be recreating two of Chef Morimoto's specialties for the tuna nigiri they must form the rice making a layer then cut the tuna into even slices each size exact same thickness and finally add wasabi to create the finished piece of sushi that's how you make the tuna nigiri I'm from the south we really don't have you know so chill I know I have to pay attention to everything in addition they must make an inside-out salmon wall by cutting the salmon slicing the cucumbers and finally rolling and cutting it into five even pieces in the center look how perfect they are just that there's no excuses Chef Morimoto has brought Miyabi Morimoto edition sushi knives by handfuls the best of the best and any bonus the team that wins the challenge will keep their knives the winning team gets the knives and that's great those knives are so incredible you're like you guys okay let's thank my mother for coming this morning absolute pleasure thank you so much it was so amazing Chef Morimoto he's a sushi master and this was clearly something special no you can do this in Paris the person beside you is your partner are you ready ten minutes from now off you go [Music] for today's challenge each pair will have ten minutes to make nine perfect pieces of sushi pure attention to detail fish for tuna nigiri to the rice boom boom boom boom and five pieces of salmon wall there's Paris Gil I'm with the Asian ship she has to know how to make sushi not rolling right it's a [ __ ] master um getting a little nervous now halfway back come on it's a lot harder than it looks now we'll get the rest on the outside you get a ruling that is not even right man look like a Dookie row instead of a sushi roll and roll about good enough minute keep it up bro focus and move Bobby wasabi wasabi 20 seconds to go I'm missing Rosner or miss everyone no let's go three two one and stop gentlemen clearly your team has the extra player you've got 10 seconds decides which pair is the weakest link quickly 10th we are no brownie chef because I know we suck first pair show person should take you long that one did it no [ __ ] show me what you have got embarrassing okay let's start with the ladies but women are hoping that executive sous-chef Melissa and executive chef Gail can get them off to a solid start 1 2 3 4 where's the fifth piece alright I don't know where the fifth piece my chest [Music] did you bite that notice out out you think I'd be able to know how to make sushi out but I can't not Japanese you slice that I did chef out oh my gosh out a grand total zero let's go with Melissa and Gail clearly digging a hole for their team thank you relief you can count to five the pressure now shifts to sous chefs Nona and Jillian it's cut beautifully yeah it's in one again peaceful in in yes good job Thank You chef eight out of nine let's go with Jillian and Nona getting a near-perfect score it's up to senior home executive chef Emily and prep chef Sabrina to keep the momentum going nice do you see done in salmon sliced beautiful it's in beautiful we have a really big chance here dude we got this seven out of nine in spite of a horrible start by Melissa and Gail the women managed to get 15 points let's go first up for the men children's camp chef Louie and law firm chef Rob Rawls cut peacefully nice avocado and it's there in beautiful the rolls were perfect the knife cuts were perfect useful and inside I was doing a little happy dance oh no wasabi out out Rob they should have immediately already been in your head to put wasabi on the tuna those are the little blunders that are gonna [ __ ] us down the road it's too thick of one size out no asabi not good enough full out of nine with a mediocre start a four acceptable sushi it's time to see if sous chef Russell and personal chef Raj Cole who can get things moving in the right direction what's that I've got a mush where's the salmon if all got pushed in the middle out in in in [Music] out who did the nigiri tuna me chef Raj chef I know it's harsh nice first unit in no wasabi out it's perfect but what's all but yes or no yes no you left out the wasabi jackass full for Roz and Russell two four six eight let's go catering chef Boris and line cook Vinnie need almost all of their pieces to be perfect for the blue team to win nine pcs here and you're seven away from tying roll nice in in in in yeah three four tie for four winds oh my god I am so nervous she comes there in well shame out nice in the girls team is rude useful in it's a tie one piece left it's molded Beachley has he got wasabi in there come on Horace please tell me you didn't forget the wasabi is in congratulations you'll be joining me at the very exclusive cellar 360 where we'll be doing the most amazing wine tasting however slight issue because it's not in Los Angeles it's in San Francisco and Daytona Talladega but San Francisco hello ladies for the first time ever in Hell's Kitchen will be serving sushi and you I'm going to be prepping it we heads down and get it done gentlemen hurry up get changed we got a flight to catch off you go well done ladies upstairs the dorm change into your chef Jackie's not doing the punishment enjoying Chef Ramsay's company it's gonna be a good day I'm ashamed of myself I should have been paying attention I should have not let my nerves get to me feel sorry got it [Music] morning okay so it's gonna be a long day there's a lot of stuff to do so let's get started I would definitely blame Gail and Melissa for our loss today all they had to do is make two pieces dude the guys leave already who cares [Music] while the women begin their punishing task is that away Chef Ramsay wants the men to enjoy themselves excellent thank you thank you but he does have one rule I'm not sitting next to Raj one minute you're in the kitchen with Chef Morimoto dream in its own self and then an hour later you're in San Francisco this country boy is on cloud excellence right welcome to Scylla 360 a home run you have a heart attack I love wine and I love wine tasting welcome to tell 360 guys beautiful San Francisco what we start off with first well first of all you have is the rose man a snake Pinot Grigio taste that look at the flavors like with food you got to know your wines because one of you will be our rose man estate ambassador and try these raisins and then try the white wine look how they react on your palate tell me there's a wine tasting and this is really for education of the palate but for me it was like oh my god I need a glass of wine I try to really only drink once a week I'm supposed to sip it not golpes but you know I drink pretty heavily that once a week all right guys enjoy that okay I'll be back to Hell's Kitchen I've arranged a stunning sunset dinner are the water bar restaurants and you drink some water cheers congratulations tonight thought for the girls the guys are gonna love to hear about our day today this stuff needs to be team will become an assistant maitre d ladies Gillian Thank You chef gentlemen Vinnie could be you yes lastly we do my best for my guys in the kitchen and do whatever I possibly can turn on the charm assistant maitre d's I have a phenomenal rosemont Pinot Noir in addition to his regular menu we are having a sushi special tonight Chef Ramsay has added a salmon roll appetizer hoping this get her kitchen off to a good start Gillian delivers her first ticket quickly [ __ ] you know Gillian says a table of two that got three desserts well your handshake is a badly tonight is not about being nervous holy crap how am I supposed to not be nervous and when I gotta go out in the dining room and try to be a Maitre D' something I've never done before your big girl now yes let's go one special sushi one risotto we'll sell it one scallops yes while the red team is off and running the blue team is just a little what Vinnie's doing but I need some tickets in here yes yes chef waiting yo is that table 20 the first one I've got no ticket say yes yes chef its card I know I screwed the soil up but I'm telling you I'm gonna get the order right entrees unfortunately for the blue team it takes Feeny over 30 minutes to deliver his first ticket Vinnie are you trying to sabotage your own team no no understand what you're doing own up to it yes chef I know the four cubs away 23 yes - dr. kitchen Gail is doing her best to get Chef Ramsay's stamp of approval at the battle back from yesterday's challenge I have to stay focused and prove to Ramsey prove with everyone that I can cook I'm walking up definitely concerned about apps tonight you know because if you look that up then we're screwed [Music] you made a breeze also I did chef very nice with Gale on appetizers and Sabrina on sushi please the red team is off to a good start and food is leaving the kitchen in a timely manner when sushi one chowder yes chef let's go go into the past sushi with the blue team already lagging behind because of any Curtis is trying to get his kitchen back on track Curtis working on against ya fuckles gentlemen gentlemen gentlemen fat [ __ ] fat [ __ ] look at that there look at that look look come here you it's not good enough for me it's not good enough for me yes chef working no chef Sushi's coming back seriously you're not cooking anything you think that I'm gonna [ __ ] you can't come back with sushi god forbids has resulted in only one table of appetizers being served by the blue kitchen she's me I'm so sorry meanwhile the red team has successfully moved on to entrees I propose I've now got yes you'd like this come on guys come on with Nona on fish and Emily on meat beef out of the oven good that supposed to be mid well me and Wow there appears to be just one small problem that's rare Yass oh I'm screwed I have to start over what a [ __ ] shame because the [ __ ] beef section you're cooking halibut perfectly yes she's getting [ __ ] trash yes yes unbelievable hope you happy with her yes chef not really it's 90 minutes into dinner service and food has been ridiculously slow leaving the blue kitchen hello guys but Vinny has a plan to speed things up I'm gonna be perfectly honest with you if you guys order sides you're gonna be a till next Tuesday why I have zero confidence that Raj is getting out varnishes inside no sighs listen we came up with a little bit of a clever idea how's the services even asides No let me go and speak to the chef about this can just check them out no sides on there I've got a wife come over here chef yes one of his tables he's telling them they can only the kind of side orders cuz it takes too long to get out of the kitchen what I said was I'd be happy to bring him to you it's not what I told you why that is not what I told what did you tell them exactly what I told them was this I said I'm telling you the truth sides are delicious but it's gonna take a lot longer if you want sides so stop everybody now captain Vinnie is telling the customers not all the sides come here did you tell him not to all the sides of course not why would I say that I'm [ __ ] shot at me [ __ ] you told him that don't push the side so why is you're not taking the orders I have no idea but look at these sides he's already he's okay don't enroll [ __ ] yeah I do want to know the truth the truth is I have no faith that mistakes and served half their entrees and Melissa on garnish is looking to keep things running smoothly deepen sauce chef Ronnie mash yeah sure hey hold on hold on I guess better one there stone cold and secondly we don't even need them there's a Wellington up chef [Music] c'mere you one salmon one halibut one chicken one pea where's the Wellington Wellington's come out where is the Wellington Curtis I just have to be honest Curtis kind of post behind and you know it's nothing personal who are you going with I'm gonna pick you Curtis no hard feelings that's it right Raj and Curtis sorry bro my teammates put me up there well guess what every single body had a bad night it wasn't just me and I given up I was still a little bit clueless about the menu but honestly with Boris the last two services there's been problems it plays out one thing I did notice tonight when Boris Hannah shoved me out of the way and started doing the [ __ ] scallops I said I got this handled Boris didn't really end in my mic but then as soon as his name started getting mentioned I started thinking about all the things oh yeah he didn't try to muscle me out of my own station today [Music] right boys yes chef who's the first nominee and why first nominee and the men's team tonight chef is Raj he's done nothing but sabotage us drag us down and just did not contribute to a single thing that is a lie I mean that's a ridiculous accusation don't even waste your breath the seven of us pictured twice I'd be crying upstairs if I was you I'd be humiliated clearly a lot of team harmony here trip second nominee and why after listening to my fellow teammates here it's a general consensus it's Horace why he shoved me right off of the scallops tonight and he thinks he's Superman and he can do everything Boris Raj step forward [Music] unbelievable wait a second somebody else needs to be up here vini step forward I am pissed you have no right to recommend to the guests not to have a side with an entree after my first table waited nearly 2 hours for their appetizers I just wanted them to have an opportunity to experience some of your food that's what they came here for entrees on that menu are designed to go with sides is that clear yes yeah tell me why you think should stay in Hell's Kitchen I'm sorry for my mistake I make a mistake I make a mistake once and only once rush why do you think you should stay in Hell's Kitchen I should stay in Hell's Kitchen Chef because I am being falsely accused and I'm getting more for me with everything and it's gonna be good it just I need a little more time I'm a slow learner you're 40 [ __ ] 9 I need a father yes you Boris yes chef why should you stay in Hell's Kitchen I'm a strong team player I'm one of the stronger chefs here in a time of need I worked very hard to help my teammates out and I'm gonna be the last man standing chef okay I've seen enough the person leaving Hell's Kitchen is Curtis get your ass over here because you completely destroyed the slim possibility of the blue team succeeding this evening give me a jacket and leave Hell's Kitchen please [Music] words can't even describe how I feel right now I mean this experience means so much to me so much to my family I'm sorry dedicated to the best but I swear to god I'll make it up to you get a good night's sleep because seven of you need to fight back quickly [ __ ] off the blue team should get used to getting their asses kicked they're like little dominoes and the red team's gonna knock each one and out I'm there scrambling trying to save my [ __ ] guys asses they threw me under not only the bus that you're under train the plane the helicopter and like [ __ ] buggy I know that the guys in my team are [ __ ] in their pants knowing that Raj is going to destroy them [Music] Casas might have been a good old boy but unfortunately it wasn't good at cooking [Music] next time somebody take control on Hell's Kitchen this is gonna be real ugly it's Sabrina's got some [ __ ] boss in an all-out war with her teammates all these [ __ ] don't deserve to be here I know the blue team what the [ __ ] have you done so far shut up the fighting reaches
