do about mom and dad they get no he he breached a no-contact order okay it was and it was you got a note it was a temporary restraining order for assault for a domestic no the dad kicked me when he was in handcuffs when I went to pull out of the car he kicked me when he was in handcuffs and the mom just is on obstruction no she did she was just mouthy and she was obstructing us from getting sergeant you're being arrested for assaulting a peace officer it's cameras yep absolutely and you know what I'm gonna do you the benefit when we get down to the station we'll review it together okay in front of the detectives yeah in the determination we made at that point whether or not my recollection was accurate or if it was confused and if my recollect and if you believe my recollection is confused I'm happy to show you the footage I'm happy to go down that road okay and I appreciate your stance I appreciate your stance however I have a different recollection of the events so we'll doing this to my family on my property and upsetting my animals and upsetting my whole family this could have gone really easily no gonna just take him down in the car for questioning he violated is no contact so obvious he's gonna get a parole violation but maybe there's more to the story that I don't know that's why I didn't jump to conclusions I didn't say you did this I didn't say no you're under arrest - a lot of conclusion else when we get a phone call you know he's on parole okay you know he's on probation sorry you know he's on probation you know he violated a no-contact as he admitted it he's on a no-contact for a good reason for the assault okay with all that in mind we get the call from Ashley says that he violated the no-contact he admits it right I can arrest him based
