need to we need to come to some kind of arrangement he's gonna be on a 5150 hold right now it's a three-day mental evaluation so he's mandatory for 72 hours gonna go down to mental health facility okay we're not gonna charge him with a crime we're not gonna place him under arrest but we are gonna detain him for 5150 we can take him off your progress from there obviously we can issue a trespass to him but he's not he's not gonna understand that okay okay okay I mean for your family you guys need to contact someone whoever you know needs to take care of this guy because you know what if here's the thing right you don't call us he's out at so let's say somebody else's shed and we don't have the information he's got a mental illness right he comes with a knife or something and he gets shot and killed that's the problem here right is that he's gonna put himself in a position law enforcement to get killed okay so you guys need to make sure that you're he's got a mother yes you should by himself or he live by himself I think she's trying to get him more on his own okay I will she just started trying this like a month a half ago yeah so I'll call her and be like yeah we had we tased him tonight because he slammed he's some one of my deputies I mean he's a big guy you know look at us he's free outweighs all three of us combined he's got a lot of strength yeah yeah yeah I hear you
