Good Job Driver

oK we've got what we came after 191 head so we're gonna put our trucks in gear get up the interstate now I'm on the camera now I'm coming in though good job driver [Music] well we're gonna be right on time 8:30 was kind of our load time and it's GPS is showing us getting there at about 8:30 one so hopefully the other truck will be there or all of two loads out today load it up get back up to the desert horse starts random [Music] all right gates open there's a trunk down here backed up the chute maybe it's my other truck Chantale yeah we'll find out here in a minute [Music] [Music] well that's not a good sign he's not backed up to the shoot and he's got us good open and I know he's not changing his oil so we'll have to find out what he's doing I said I pull up here and my buddy shamed the starters out on his truck so he's get him trying to roll starter right here you know put it in gear pop the clubs started out let's see how that goes hey I bet what gear you put it in a higher gear like yeah like a pretty high gear so the little so it'll roll your wheels wet rather than try it now there you go I had to get it a little higher gear so it would start it you got it going good deal all right let's load cattle [Music] that [Music] [Applause] [Music] good job driver do it all the time you kinda know how to do it pretty quick if you recognize him he was with us last week now maybe two weeks ago horseback on the day that we did the horse racing then he was in Texas Kansas you've been to Kansas since then oh yeah so how many of you go on what are you going tan tan okay okay so we are literally right on the border of the southern border of Arizona on the other side is Mexico and this is the alley right here that they cross cattle from the Mexican side onto the US side and they cross about 1,500 a day right now is about what they're crossing so here's the alley where they pick these cattle on the US side up and they process them or ship them or whatever the request is of the owner that bought the cattle and we're gonna walk up right here and take a little look real quick through the border fence here's the alleyway this is where the cattle come down that white gate right there u.s. customs officials have to come and open it when cattle cross and they only cross at a certain time during the day so we're probably gonna just stop right here I don't want there's a highway right here or a road that the Border Patrol probably drives and I don't think we need to have the Border Patrol coming over here and checking us out but I'm only just a few feet away from Mexican soil right there through that fence you know what I don't see any cameras let's go take a look real quick I'm enough rabble but I want to show you a little of the Mexican side [Applause] so they'll probably show up with lights and sirens anyway here's what it looks like right here through the fence this is the Mexican side now my arm is in Mexico anyway you really can't see much right there other than just another alley on the Mexican side and then when they swing these gates across it creates an alley all the way across the border and then they bring the cattle down here process them so that's a little look at how cattle are crossed on the southern border from Mexico into Arizona I bet those cattle get to rolling off this hill right here oK we've got what we came after 191 head so we're gonna put our trucks in gear get up the interstate get these cattle turned out before it rains they're supposed to rain today on our desert again it'll be awesome if it does so we're gonna get up there hopefully and beat the rain [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] whoo I just about turned him back okay so we're gonna get a count on these cattle I have 95 there should be 96 right here here we can bring this gate to we're gonna put these two put these two gates together right here count these cattle across just to make sure we have 96 in this bunch pretty sure we do but I don't know I get kind of I get kind of crazy about counting cattle counting between us between us dad [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] she's Tattler laying down nice and content and we are gonna open the gate let him out we went up to the restaurant up there and got us a little bite to eat while we just let these cattle sit so they could get used to being in this Corral now we're just easing back through them here we're gonna open up this gate to the outside [Music] all righty there's half of them we're just kind of walking rough out there I think I'll stop here in a minute they're dropping just a little bit yeah they're pretty well stopped out there we're just like these other cattle kind of find their way out [Applause] [Music] Jack are you off that's a pretty busy street you're standing in the middle of though I was that I was out here on the phone you're on the cam now I'm on the camera now I'm coming in though [Music]
