[Music] hello and welcome to goma at home today we're preparing meatball miswa with patola it's a very simple dish a pinata base nothing it will be garlic soup okay so first we'll prepare our pork meatballs now so we did about half kill of pork and then the legendary some egg as our as our binder and then we'll uh cut an really fine yes but that should be enough happy birthday hello die wow thank you you're welcome i didn't it's my birthday episode today okay since it's your birthday i'm gonna help you okay um what do you need help with okay what you do is put this there first yeah your hands are clean yes my hands are okay wash your hands first okay we'll uh mix this um ground pork with the egg as our binder and then onions and then gawat and meatballs i just need a small plate for this to put in lots of pepper you know it's it's very easy to make is it it's super easy and if you're on a budget this will be the best so why do you choose to make this the day i just remembered my lola oh so she always made this for you before okay and how do you know when to stop i just uh you have to do it well make sure now salt and pepper there so you just see them if it's evenly distributed in pepper how are you doing nice to see you okay you're beautiful enough thank you how big that's not so big like this is okay yeah so while you're doing that i'm going to hit this pot this isn't too big this is okay yeah but that's good how many i'll just finish all of that okay so we'll put some uh olive oil to brown our meatballs okay we'll heat it up that's nice [Music] it this kind of big no sorry anyways once you cook it they'll get smaller so we'll start putting this already here and then we'll we'll brown this uh meatballs okay there you go okay i will get rid of this okay and then let's wash your hands [Music] i'll check on this do you know if it's browner wow i'll brown it somewhere on the other side nice okay so i'll take this out always remember that you have to always cook your food with love food will always taste better that way okay so our second batch of uh meatballs with onion so what's my little onion you know so we'll let this brown again [Music] all the caramelization juliana okay that looks good that will be that will all turn to the flavor so while we're waiting for that are you waiting for those are more meatballs yeah but while we're waiting for that to cook to brown yeah i'll do our patola there we go it looks so satisfying can i try it you go you know patola is so it's so juicy can you cook it i love it it's so sweet and then did you know what they do is they dry it out and then and then it's what you use as luffa ah [Music] okay it's so slippery yep oh yeah okay last last little more okay oh nice one [Music] browning [Music] nice nice browning you know why it's more brown this time because [Music] so once it's done wow i'm so good at this we'll do our garlic next you just have to get used to the bar after a while it becomes easy now i like this half yeah and then you cut it to about an inch thick okay and then it then it diminishes in size yes okay nice nicely done yep oh no so what you do let's cut off the edges [Music] perfect mom will like this soup she will she would love this you know okay do i still have this yes you can cut it in half okay yeah make the three pieces yeah perfect okay nice so now our meatballs are brown take this out and then later yeah i like this burnt edge in it uh-huh so at this point we'll put in our garlic it's good to put in lots of garlic because there's a base of our soup so oh good it's a total of about two big garlics i put everything oh that's whole garlic let's brown it a little more to bring out the flavor soup so once our see the the browning of the of the ground pork that was your garlicky smell yeah that smells really good it's not so good no can i eat that huh it's really good you can get one thank you huh yeah pepper and then salt okay so i'm gonna put my brownie garlic nut in a little more one more minute i want it a little more brown how long did you cook this for that's good yeah that's okay now yeah it's really good in fact this alone i know pretty good huh can you imagine the flavor of the ground pork plus the garlic it's the patola mm-hmm it's savory and sweet okay this has flavor oh yeah the potato is sweet [Music] so now we have our base we'll put in some chicken stock you go [Music] and then we let it boil gonna line up together with the meatballs oh you don't put it in when it's boiling now no yeah so when it starts boiling the flavor latin important and popular soup i was hoping you'd save one [Music] hmm so we'll give it about five minutes no five minutes and then we'll just uh let it boil once more boil we'll put in the mix and then we'll put in the pothola and then one more boil and you're done from now until before you serve in less than 10 minutes it's that easy to to make this um miso with meatballs and pathola [Laughter] what is your birthday wish oh my birthday number one at my age you'd always want to ask for good health and happiness more friends and peace in the family have peace and harmony not just with family but the force with friends with friends yeah what's your wish for me i'm like you're still so healthy and so strong but i hope you stay healthy of course so that means eating healthier this year i hope you stay happy and i hope you continue your vision for everything that you do yeah especially for almost especially for your mom yep spoons let's try this out base nothing for the soup yeah more spice yeah you know how salt good it's right for you okay so we'll put in our amiso you take this out let me just put one miss right here oh just one yeah this one yeah because it will expand it will thicken don't you want more noodles you want more we can put more and okay and then we'll put in our patola in my head it's really opaque put in everything everything now yeah give them little mixes to separate the mishwa missions of water my lumber target is separate there you go and [Music] check it out beautiful nice let's uh serve it okay first we'll get our our miswa look at that can i just try the noodles first some big iron okay okay i will get meatballs we'll put into meatballs it looks very pretty okay [Music] let's try it okay you can have a spoon please one for you no just spoon okay let's try it you call for yes i will try the noodles and the everything actually oh ooh it's really good now you can taste the patola but it's not gonna eat it's sweet the potato is
