chapter 25 the great book of Genesis in the beginning you know it is a beautiful thing when you see our Father his hand upon the genealogy and that's what Genesis means and from the beginning this the event one man's family that's Adams as it would come forth if Adam I should say correctly bringing forth the Christ child that would be a blessing to all people whosoever would believe upon him but it was necessary that that lineage be kept pure from Eve all the way on through to Mary that that child could Christ child could be born of Earth Haddam that seed without any any other mixture or anything else and how God would bring this to pass is a beautiful thing let's let's get to it if we main chapter 25 I think now is married to Rebecca and we have the foundation and the family for you neither shall thy seed be called and so it is chapter 25 we find out that Abraham had another wife what was her name verse 1 then again Abraham took a wife and her name was Katara it means incense and verse 2 and she bare him simran the celebrity celebrity and jock Shan and Eden and Midian and ish Bach and schewe it's really important that you remember this name Midian Midian was the son of abraham by cateura and then you could easily understand why that in Exodus in in chapter 18 verse 1 what did you find who did Moses really marry you see this brings about a lot of confusion as far as keeping the lineage pure chapter 18 the great book of Exodus you're not going to have it listen to me a moment when Jethro the priest of Midian that's the son and the offspring of Abraham baka Torah Moses his father-in-law now who did Moses marry then a daughter of median who was a daughter of Abraham heard of all that God had done for Moses for Israel his people and that the Lord had brought Israel out of Egypt now in some places you would read Moses married aconite it was only because Jethro the media night and to be a median priest you had to be a full-blood media night that's to say a child of Abraham and naturally he being that priest they lived in the land were in the Kenites dwelt and the Canaanites as well and naturally by geographical location was he called that name in other place it would be say it would be said that Moses married a a Ethiopian because they came from Ethiopia they lived there it's a geographical identifier not by race myself I'll use myself as an example I'm an Arkansas why because my residence is in Arkansas but at the same time you can correctly say I am an American a proud American why because I'm a citizen natural born of this great nation America but yet at the same time my tribe is Irish from Ireland which which is of the ten tribes of the house of Israel that God never has never lost and through them God blesses many many people from those ten tribes but it's important that you pay attention to your heritage because that's important to God he gave it to you so so this is very important because the birth of Christ in its purity is necessary to understand the teachings for the record is accurate in God's Word it's just do you have the ability to follow it and with those helps it's quite simple anyone can follow it so returning into chapter 25 will pick it up with verse 3 and it reads injunction began Sheba and Eden and the sons of D Dan were a Sherman and the two Russian and the lien and verse 4 and the sons of median this would be the from which Moses would have married II thought and Aoife and he not and abide death and El daya all these were the children of keturah her Abraham's offspring his children so we can see that God's promise to Abraham is well-founded that he would be he would be the father of many nations because he was verse 5 and Abraham gave all that he had and Isaac because an Isaac our seed would be called and this is this word I think in the seed being called have you ever heard of sack sons or Isaac sons that's not difficult to follow when you trace the lineage verse 6 but unto the sons of the concubines which Abraham had Abraham gave gifts and sent him away from Isaac his son while he yet lived eastward into the east country at least he did them a little better off than he did Hagar the Arabian where all he gave her was a bottle of water and some bread and but the others he gave gifts and and sent them away but cleared the way that in Isaac this seed would be called who was the husband of Rebecca verse seven and these are the days of the years of Abraham's life which he lived an hundred threescore and fifteen years that's a hundred and seventy five years now think about it what happened way back in chapter 12 verse 4 can you remember when God gave Abraham the blessing he was 75 years old he's now at the end of his years a hundred and seventy five what what is a hundred symbolic of in in numerix a hundred is symbolic of God's chosen people and God's chosen people these tribes that came forth from the loins of this one Abraham make up that promise the children of the promise that's what the hundred stands one hundred stands for man well that's just an accident no it is that God's plan is perfect if you were able to understand it verse 8 and then Abraham gave up the ghost men died in a good old age and old man and full of years and was gathered to his people they this is the funeral we're gonna verse 9 and his sons Isaac and Ishmael Ishmael came back for the funeral buried him in the Cave of Machpelah in the field of Ephraim the son of Zohar the hittite which is before Mamre which is Hebron if you'll remember and as we know that that cave and that burial place is still very present to this day and men fight over it quite frankly the control of it that is to say and and so it is that he was taken to that place and as you know as we discovered that he and Zahra buried there with the me others makes up the acrostic Israel of which he was the father basically through Isaac verse 10 the field which Abraham purchased of the sons of Heth there was Abraham be read and Sarah his wife this is why it was so important that he had the deed the proper ownership to that field that it belonged to our people always has always will verse 11 and it came to pass after the death of Abraham that God blessed his son isaac and isaac dwelt by the well the horror which is to say the well of the Living God verse 12 now these are the generations of Ishmael Abraham's son whom Hagar the Egyptian Sarah's handmaid bare unto Abraham and this makes up the Arab nations of today 13 and these are the names of the sons of Ishmael by their names according to their generations the firstborn of Ishmael is the beth dot and Kedar and advil and libsyn verse 14 and Mishnah and duma and nasa verse 15 hadar and kima Jeeter nefesh and khaddama these are the sons of ishmael in verse 16 and these are their names by their towns and by their castles twelve princes according to their Nations and of course this makes up the Arab nations even at today that from them would come those tribes of the Ptolemaic Kingdom many others that we have with us even to this day verse 17 and these are the years of the life of Ishmael and hundred and thirty and seven years and he gave up the ghost and died and was gathered unto his people you will notice he wasn't buried in that case but he was gathered to his own people the Arab nations verse 18 and they dwelt from Cabala unto sir and that is before Egypt as thou goest towards Assyria and he died in the presence of all his brethren do you remember do you remember sure do you remember what happened at that wall that's what Shura means as a wall that's where Hagar went and laid that child away from her - so she didn't see would not see nor hear him died and then God showed her the well and gave her that living water whereby you have the Arab nations of today and and so it is and the land given to him allotted to him still to this day verse 19 these are the generations of Isaac Abraham's son Abraham begat Isaac and and their twenty and Isaac was forty years old when he took Rebekah to wife the daughter of Bethuel the Syrian of paid den Iran the sister to Laban the Syrian now you see here's where you pay attention you know that we've already covered back in chapter 20 for the generations of Laban Rebecca and and their father the brother of Abraham and his 12 children and and we we know that their generations were given named and they were not Syrians they were they were the people of F ha dong but they lived in that area and where is the Syrian air well it's where Egypt would be today the land that the land Abraham left from and the land that he left from of course it would be her would be in the land of the Assyrian or of her which would be of old Babylonian that's where he came from when God sent him away verse 21 to continue and Isaac entered in treated rather the Lord for his wife because she was barren and the Lord was entreated of him and Rebecca his wife conceived it would seem that it went when a special child is born and that's what's going to happen here there will be two two nations will be in the womb of this one Rebecca that when it's a special birth that would seem that God Himself gives that divine intervention that is necessary that brings forth this historical moment that would bring forth the in the womb of one girl two nations and those two nations as we will find out when we finished the 27th chapter make up the superpowers of superpowers even in these end times so god nothing happens by accident with our Father he has a plan and that plan always runs on schedule absolute so Rebecca conceived by God's intervention verse 22 what happened then and the children struggled together within her were twins and she said if it be so why am i done and she went to inquire of the Lord I mean they weren't just a little kid here in a nudge there and a bump here there was war in her room these two fought it out even even while they were in the womb verse 23 and the Lord said unto her two nations are in thy womb and two manner of people shall be separated from thy bowels and the one people shall be stronger than the other people and the elder shall serve the younger the elder of course will be Esau and the younger of course will be Jacob or yeh verse 24 and when her days to be delivered were fulfilled behold there were twins in her womb naturally they were fighting 25 and the first came out red all over like an hairy garment and they called his name Esau why would they call him Esau because that means hairy and boy he was hairy and he was red and he is a red nation even to this day it's called Russia 26 and after that came his brother out and his hand took Holt of Esau's heel and his name was called Jacob or yea kaprun and Isaac was threescore years old when she bare them he was 60 years old when this happened and but you could understand why they received their names because Jacob means heel grabber or supplanter or overreach not because he was he was only going to take care of himself they they fought and and so it was and naturally Jacob is as makes up the Christian nations of today those that follow the Lord God Almighty and and as well as the house of Judah which covers the the area that Jew decline has entitled to 27 to continue and the boys grew and esau was a cunning hunter he was good at it a man of the field and jacob was a plain man dwelling in tents he was playing means he was upright he was pure he always tried to do what was right 28 he was civilized in other words and Isaac loved Esau because he did eat of his Vincent loved it but Rebecca loved gingka 29 and Jacob sawed pottage assad is a it means that to see or to boil and Esau came from the field and he was faint and didn't have any luck hunting he was starving probably because there was a famine in the land coming 430 and he saw said to Jacob feed me I pray thee with that same red pottage what I am thinking and therefore was his name was his name called Eden which means it means red and it carries that red to this day and and it's called Edom for one that knows the migrations of the people Russia verse 31 and Jacob said sell me this day thy birthright I mean he's got the food now this documents to you why Esau was hated by God he didn't give two flips about his heritage he didn't he didn't care about it now in this earth age and he didn't create he didn't care about it even in the first Earth Day CH he was on the bad side our Heavenly Father even from the first Earth Age why because he didn't care anything about his heritage he did love Almighty God in other words his birthright verse 32 and he saw said behold I am at the point to die and what profit shall this brick right do me if I die I lose it anyway so why not take it 33 and Jacob said swear to me this day and he's swearing to him and he sold his birthright unto Jacob so good for a bowl of mush can you imagine that the elder of the family the elder of Rebecca's pregnancy his birthright sure and sound and he sold it for a bowl of mush whereby in this one I think the sea would be be blessed after the world and he sold it for a bowl of mush because he cared nothing about Almighty God and the heritage that goes the inheritance that goes along with it verse 34 then jacob gave esau bread and pottage for of lentils and he did eat and drink and rose up in win his way thus Esau despised his birthright now don't ever forget that it's important because a lot of people this goes on even in the New Testament and and a lot of people can't understand why God could hate a little baby that was still a Nerio and his mother's womb because he knew the soul he had placed in that child you see all souls belong to God and he knew that that soul that he placed in that embryo hated his heritage didn't carry anything about God this goes all the way we're gonna pick it up in Romans you're not going to have it I'm gonna read it to you I'm gonna read from verse 6 and we're going to cover that this whole thing is recorded even today in the New Testament in the Christian word verse 6 of Romans chapter 9 not as though the Word of God hath taken none effect for they are all for not all or Israel which are of Israel they're just not neither because they are the seed of Abraham are they all children but in I think I said in I think shall the seed be called verse 8 that is they which are the children of the flesh which these are not the children these are not the children of God but the children of the promise are accounted for the scene and and so it is the promise made way back in Genesis 21 7 verse 9 for this is the word of promise at this time will I come and Sarah shall have a son 10 and not only this but when Rebecca also had conceived by one even by our Father Isaac from the seed being called 11 for the children that's twins to be not yet born now they're having done any good or evil that the purpose of God according to election might stand not not of works but of him that calleth other words God's the judge wine verse 12 it was said unto her the elder shall serve the younger he saw is gonna serve Jacob verse 13 as it is written Jacob have I loved and Esau have I hated God hating that little child while he was still in his mother's womb right from the first earth age what shall we say then is there unrighteous just with God god forbid mine because God can God knows from before exactly what you've done exactly what your record is it's in the book of life and so it is and you could you can also read this in Malachi chapter 1 in the Minor Prophets where God gives the reason again that he hated Esau right because he cared he cared less about God about his brethren he did he didn't care about anything other than get it done in the earth killing animals hunter and so forth but when it comes to loving his brothers when it comes to serving God he could care less it was not in the record for him so never let it be said that God isn't fair totally well then how could he be fair when he hated the lowly saw and he before he was even born because he saw earned it he was God is always fair and honest and don't you ever accuse him of not being but now do you understand what happened though even though God hated Esau if he had if he had reacted right in this earth age and served God God would have loved him in other words in flesh bodies in the flesh you have the right to build yourself up to love God to change things Christ loved you enough that as we carry forward that he even died on the cross the Emmanuel God with us that you could repent of all your shortcomings your sins and be blessed by the Living God this is why it is written that Abraham would be a blessing to many people or the father of many nations fine because through him would come that Savior the Lord Jesus Christ and that's it when we call him the Savior that's exactly what he is he can save you he could erase all your shortcomings and give you a clean slate of forgiveness to serve Him and to amount to to build yourself up to go ahead so don't weep for Esau in other words Esau brought it on himself and deserves everything he's got coming to him you will hear me say many times that I feel that God being fair that we all are born into what we deserve but we always have the privilege and the opportunity of working all the way to the top no-holds-barred chapter 26 verse 1 as we continue in the great book of Genesis and there was a famine in the land beside the first famine that was in the days of Abraham and I think went unto Abimelech king of the Philistines unto gira that's near meaning a lodging place and these Philistines being that nation thereof - and the Lord appeared unto him and said go not down into Egypt dwell in the land which I shall tell thee of God taking control here verse 3 sojourn in this land and I will be with thee and will bless thee for unto thee and unto thy seed I will give all these countries and I will perform the oath which I swear in to Abraham thy father I'm gonna keep my word and you could always count on that God will keep his word verse 4 and I will make thy seed to multiply as the stars of heaven and were given to thy seed all these countries and in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed well how could that be because Christ would come through that scene and through Christ can all nations be blessed wine but the Savior for salvation but and in as much then as God always keeps his word as numerous as the sands of the sea and the stars of heaven where are they and it is amazing to me that most people will try to put all of that into one tribe when you're twelve tribes they will try to put it all in the tribe of Judah did we read 11 other tribes and those tribes ten of them were taken captive as taken captive 200 years before the house of Judah was and and by the Assyrian and went over the caucasus mountains populated exploded through Europe and many later migrating with that explosion to the Americas and to Canada and naturally being the nations blessed as there were two nations in Rebecca's wound those nations spring forth it's no accident that America is the superpower of superpowers though she's a little lacking today lacking not as a nation but leadership and we bad management we have been so prosperous and much of it wasted it's a it's a shame but a different story different time different story the fact is that the Savior is there and we're blessed always have been well how can you how can you really prove that well how about people knocking our border down and trying to get in I mean from countries all around the world trying to get into these borders into this nature why would they do that it's blessed that's why they can sense it they can feel that they can skid and and unfortunately they don't see the main thing we're blessed for the reason Christ but God's Word will always come to pass as it is written verse five to continue listen very carefully here because you wouldn't know why God does as he does listen because that Abraham obeyed my voice that's one and kept my charge that's two my Commandments that's three my statutes that's four and my laws that's five that's grace that's God's love because Abraham followed him faithfully without without question to be pleasing and knowing that the blessings were there when he obeyed God and let me tell you something today when you obey God the blessings are there are you getting your part don't be robbed please be pleasing to Almighty God
