long shall I suffer you bring him unto me that's it I stir there so the story Jesus takes up three disciples to the mountaintop see there's always the twelve then the three then the one all right and he takes the three to the mountain upon coming back down he saw that there was some commotion with the other disciples and when he came close I asked them what is going on and then they a man stood up and said master I brought my son who has a lunatic spirit and every time that spirit will cast him into the fire and cause that caused him to tear himself and do crazy things you see if you don't know your place as a Christian you play nice with the devil but the devil never plays nice with you The Devil's intent is never to smile with you and you know try to make you feel good his only mission on the planet is to steal kill and to destroy so when you lose a prayer life you are telling the devil I'm playing nice with you are you still here look at what the devil was doing to this young man didn't care that was the man's only son didn't care he doesn't care that you just started the business it doesn't care that's your only child he doesn't care he would do whatever it takes to make sure you end up in destruction if you understand the agenda of the devil you will never play nice with him every day would be a day of prayer every day would be a day you will not take fasting lightly you will not take the things of the Spirit likely some of you the reason you take the things of the Spirit lightly is because you think that the devil you know is so nice you know you don't understand his agenda if God opens your eyes to see the plots of the enemy against your life just for a single day you'll be praying it from morning tonight but because some of us don't understand the battles in the realms of the Spirit we take life easy life is spiritual brothers and sisters are you still here life is spiritual it's not eating drinking laughing you know it's that's big it's beyond that hallelujah imagine what the Spirit was doing to this young man and then the Bible says when he came to them they said the man said I asked the disciples to cast the spirit out of the young man and they could not not they would not they could not meaning they tried and he didn't work they prayed and he didn't work have you ever been in that place where you're praying and it's not working no matter what you try no matter how much you try you can stand by nothing goes nothing happens nothing was working and if you read that text it seems like they were doing it several times they were trying it again and again and again but the question I always ask myself is why I keep trying when you see that it's not working it means your strategy is wrong you know many people don't realize that to pray as we ought meaning there is a way of praying concerning certain things that's why it says we are limited in certain areas we are limited there is a way to pray for your finances there's a way to pray for your family there's a way to pray for your job there's a way to pray for things that concern your life not every prayer should go the same in everything that you pray for some of you pray the same way for everything that's why you don't get results he says we know not what we ought to pray what to pray as we ought there's a way of praying I still here what should I pray about how should I provide and print on my finances how should I prove and I'm praying for my children for my marriage that's a way of praying for that particular thing glory to God I still with me I still with me so the Bible says when Jesus came to them I want you to read the last two verses of Mark chapter 9 much of the night that's verse 18 and 19 yes verse 18 and 19 hallelujah and whatsoever he taketh him he tears him and he foaming and gashes with his teeth and pitiful way and I spoke to the disciples that they should cast him out and they could not he answered him and saith o faithless generation how long shall I be with you how long shall I suffer you bring him unto me o faithless generation o feed less generation are you still here Oh faithless generation somebody say glory to God glory to God you know the issue many times is that we are taught to pray but we are never taught to believe we have been trained to pray that's why anytime you get into a situation you want to pray because it's so much in us that when you're in trouble start praying but nobody ever taught you to believe or how to believe for what you're praying for in mark chapter 11 verse 24 it tells us that whatsoever things ye desire when ye pray believe that you receive and you shall have so there's the praying part of what you desire and then there's the believing part of what you desire but many a times we focus on the plain part we just pray whether or not we think is going to happen doesn't matter as long as we prayed but you're not only asked to pray you are asked to also believe when you pray I sued me you're asked to believe when you pray so Jesus comes to his disciples and they are not able to cast out this devil he says how long shall I be with you and then Jesus did dawn on him oh Jesus he realized something that the faithlessness of these people was not an individual problem it was a generational problem he says the reason you don't have faith is because you'll end it from your father's I don't know if you're still here your mother's your aunt is your uncle's is it there's a higher battle you're facing than a personal battle of faith I don't know if you're I don't know if I have people here there's a higher problem it says it's a generation of faithlessness it's a generation of faithlessness this thing comes from a lineage you have inherited it yeah yeah the reason you're struggling to believe God for that house is because you saw your mama couldn't believe God for a house you're struggling to believe God to heal your body is because every time your mama your parents got sick they found a doctor they went to look for the doctor not a man of God you're not here Jesus says only faithless generation how did faithlessness enter that generation because they took it from the previous generation so what do you have to start doing is visiting the roots I used to hear I still hear Oh faithless generation how long shall I be with thee how long shall I suffer you Jesus is wandering I've been here a long time by now you should have known how to do this you should have known how to pray and cast out Devils Jesus this could not be a normal issue since how can Jesus walk with you for this long and you still don't know how to cast out a small devil how can Jesus be with you for this longer time and you still can cast out the demon some Christians are still scared of devils and they've been Christians for a while they're still scared of demons and they've been Christians for what how can you walk with God for so long it can be a personal thing it's a generational thing it's a generational thing it's somebody listening to me one of the teachings that I believe must always continue in the church is the teaching of faith because I see God's people constantly having battles with their faith not knowing when I pray am i in faith when am i in faith am I really believing or not so they just pray and hope something may happen and wish God will answer them if you don't know that God is gonna answer you is better never to pray I just said something in when I pray it is the conviction that I'm going to get an answer that's causing me to bring I know that I'm about to solve a problem and if I open my mouth something is about to change because we're the word of a king is the Bible says there is power and then the Bible tells you oh my god he has made us kings and priests unto God so in my mouth there's a word of power such that when I speak something has to happen when a king to speak something has to happen you are a king unto God whenever you open your mouth something has to happen this is your calling in Christ this is your calling in Christ you don't just speak for nothing hiiiiii say I don't speak for nothing I don't speak for now I don't speak for nothing see I'm a king ladies don't say Queen the spirit has no gender see I'm a king okay hallelujah hallelujah are you catching this I said are you catching this Jesus exposed something here when I was reading this is it just came to my spirit you see there is reading the Bible and then you read the Bible prophetically you understand you enter into the scripture it says it is because your generation is faithless that you are able to perform this how you grew up in packs the way you are right now when you saw when your parents were going through difficult moments and instead of believing God for Supernatural supply they took a loan you came under that cloak of unbelief when you faced challenges you remember something within you it's like engineered in your spirit that that's the only way I can solve a problem of financial difficulties there was no sense of let me believe God for Supernatural supply it was not in you I you saw what your parents were doing when there was difficulties in marriage you saw how they responded so you got married and the same faithlessness entered you now you find it difficult to work out small things with your husband with your wife why because you didn't see that in the generation before God wants to deliver somebody from a faithless generation I will see I used to hear I used to hear they were a faithless generation because right from the time God was dealing with Israel let's just go back to Egypt for many years they cried out and said MA they said Lord when will you deliver us when will you bring the prophecy of Joseph to pass there after four hundred years you would take us out here that was the promise of God but it went further than 400 years if you read your Bible correctly somehow someway God delivered them took them out of Egypt by strong hand as they were going out of Egypt rejoicing they got to the Red Sea they started complaining they started murmuring speaking against the Lord's anointed they said you brought us here for Egypt to finish us they forgot how God brought them out with ten amazing miracles that he wrought in Egypt to prove to Egypt that he was God over every nation they forgot that they had been there for hundred years and God came and brought them out sometimes when you get to a problem what cures your faithlessness is to remember what God had done before but we're dealing with a faithless generation how they came to this some way somehow the Red Sea parted before him and they went through gloriously walking on dry land oh my god imagine you you you going through the Red Sea it's like this walls of water on either side and you're walking through like nobody's business that can only be the King of Kings Lord of lords they I am that I am what a glorious sight on dry ground nobody singing into the mud because of the water that you know moisturize the soil nobody it was dry grounds do you understand meaning every water even down deep in the ground spotted that antenna iiiiii and God brought them to the other side when they got to the other side they said we don't have food imagine the faithlessness of this generation Lord your brother's here we should have stayed that we need manna we need bread high if you had God what would you think this is why God told Moses you see I'm tired of these people get out of my way let me finish them what kind of people are these can they remember what I've already done can they see the miracles I've already created for them what is bread what is bread that I cannot do what is your bills that God mockery of God who had done all these things before you see how the faith lesson has begun and then God gave them fish didn't stop them they continued with their faithlessness because when it was time for them to get into the land God promised only two people agreed with God the Bible says Moses sent spies to spy the land of Canaan so that excuse me so that these people can get into what he had promised them and he sent them into the land and said to them go spy this land listen this always boggles my mind they twelve went ten came back saying listen the land it is good we found everything there but we also found trouble there are giants there are giants in that land there is no way we can get in there's no way we can acquire this land that Giants are huge and then they made a statement he says we were like grasshoppers before their eyes you went in a spice when you go into a place as a spy and you come back out meaning nobody saw you no one took notice only Rahab that's it no one took notice but this tent came back and says we were like grasshoppers before their eyes yet they were never seen by the Giants but they were - who operated from a spirit of faith after tonight there is a spirit of faith that has been released in the area - there is a spirit of faith that is released into you see that no challenge will be too big for you no adversity will be so too strong for you see I said no adversity will be too strong for you see they too said something I like it he says we will have them as bread oh my god we will have them as bread for us how do you see a problem do you see it as a giant or as a bread how do you see that challenge that you have right now is it a giant or is it bread because that determines how you respond your response is always based on your perspective of your problem you can respond better than you see it's what you see that causes you to respond if you think the marriage is failing the marriage is failing if you see that you are unable next generation this is why I came to talk about a generation of faith or generational faith being able to transfer the life of faith to those who are coming after you so that they don't begin to operate in the same negative thinking the same way of looking at problems like you did there must be a transfer of faith there must be a legacy of faith that you live learn this understand this you are a message meaning people are watching your every move how you are responding to everything your children are listening to you how you talk they are listening to you if you talk broke they are listening to the same thing you talk sickness they are listening to the same things you talk defeat we are listening to the same thing you talk the brick every time they hear you speak I'm depressed and depressed oh I can't face it this is too much for me that's you're talking so they grow up thinking that's how I address my problems from tonight I came to awaken the spirit of faith from within yes oh yeah yeah yeah yeah so that you can you can start making generational transfers do you understand when you get sick let your kids see you lay hands on yourself and say I command you to believe he says whatsoever you ask according to his will he says and we know we have this conflict whatsoever we ask according to his will he hears us meaning knowing his will must come before asking because you are asking according to his wheel you don't go to God and say if it is your will if you don't know nothing is happening I don't know if I'm talking to the right people you've got to be aware as short persuaded that this is the will of God for me and this is why I come boldly to ask whatsoever you've got to be you've got to know it whatsoever you ask according to his will so know the will of God before you ask and you should know that God wants you reach see you should know that God wants you where you should know that God wants you protected see you should know that God wants you bless everything that's his will you should know that God is I'm talking to my sisters here God wants you to have the right partner God wants you to be in the right situation somebody say God God really if you understand what I'm saying listen this is the believer is supposed to believe the one who should doubt what God can do is the unbeliever that's why they are labeled on believer but when you see believer start having unbelief Jesus s is a generational thing so I just want God happy my ceiling you know I don't I don't deal with God on that basis I don't I don't remember last when I pray lord have mercy I know my rights oh you're not hearing imagine your daughter coming to you and say Papa have mercy I really want school fees have mercy how'd that make you feel she would come Boland say I made the steel listen if a non-believer is enjoying your father's property it's a faithless generation that is working I'm just trying to talk to you that's the problem we've made it okay for the unbeliever to have what God owns not you that's why the preacher owns the jet oh Jesus the news media goes crazy as if it was created for them the Bible says that this everything that was created was made for you hallelujah God's biggest obsession is what Jesus had so much of a pain about this generation that when he was called one time to pray for a young lady that passed on when he came to the house he said she sleeps and they busted out laughing and then he sent everybody out long story short she came back to life some years or months whatever later his friend Lazarus dies and Jesus
