this film Begins by showing Ava suddenly waking up in the middle of the night after remembering her father's death 12 years ago at that time Ava who was only 14 years old witnessed her father being killed by two Intruders who entered the house after that traumatic event she had to live a rough life to break free from alcohol and drug addiction until now Ava often misses her father especially when her father who was a criminal in con icut taught her martial arts so that she could fight criminals who might Target her at any time after Ava successfully rises from her dark life she later marries Derek Grant whom she first met at a Narcotics Anonymous meeting with Direct's background from an affluent family his father Robert initially doubts Ava because they do not know much about her past nevertheless direct defends Ava and convinces his parents that Ava is a good woman until D finally marries Ava in Arlington sometime later they go on their honeymoon to a Caribbean Island where durk's family has a summer home upon arriving at D's family home on the beach they'd both see a row of photos of dur at the age of three with his mother who was known have passed away a few years ago shortly after Ava and D enjoy their honeymoon by engaging in various activities around the island from fishing in water sports to Island tours the next day the newly Woods go to a restaurant where him threw Omar to the ground before killing him because of Ava's actions she was eventually captured Again by the police and considered the cause of the chaos on the island she then got into the police car initially thinking it would take her to the police station but in in the middle of the journey she realized that the police were intentionally taking her to the forest to be killed when the police got out of the car and dug a grade for Ava who was still inside the car she quietly managed to free herself from her handcuffs and then killed the police officers sometime later ran was startled by a call from Ava asking him to enter his daughter's room upon entering the room Raman was shocked to see Ava who had sneaked in and was pointing a gun at his sleeping daughter realizing he was cornered raymon finally confessed that D had died in the operating room on the day of the accident Raymond admitted that he had to cover up the case because he owed a debt to elbar the doctor in charge of Direct's operation who had saved his daughter's life in the past after telling everything Raman feeling guilty towards Ava and DK secretly decided to do the unthinkable and leave bloody footprints on the floor which Ava later saw when she left his house after that AAR returned to Manny's house while crying because she had to accept the fact that DK had died knowing this Manny tried to comfort her the next morning Ava decided to seek revenge by going to the hospital entrance where she attacked the receptionist who had lied to her before quickly Ava strangled her victim to death threatened to seek revenge against Ava and jumped out of the car to join his henchmen who were chasing them after that with Manny's guidance through text messages Ava managed to evade sylvio's gang and met Manny who invited them both to hide in a village shortly after Sylvio appeared to have reached the village and asked the residents about Ava and others whereabouts one of the residents informed Sylvio about Ava's location so the gangsters immediately surrounded the house where Manny and the others were hiding without hesitation Ava and direct killed each gangster who came until she finally confronted Sylvio directly the residents gathered to watch the fight and when the police arrived Ava had already taken Sylvia hostage who asked the police to arrest her because he had paid them off shortly after big Biz arrived at the scene and asked everyone not to cause chaos that could ruin tourism on the Island which was the livelihood of the residents big Biz tried to persuade Ava to surrender the knife she used to hold Sylvia hostage and she finally gave it to him which big Biz then used to kill Sylvio in front of everyone big Biz then asked Ava and direct to leave the island immediately even ordering the police to return to the station with the promise of paying them double what Sylvio had paid in the end the film showed Ava and Derek leaving the Caribbean island using a speedboat moreal lesson from the story always make sure the zipper on your pants is strong enough before going ziplining or you might find yourself in a tangled mess and if a gangster asks for your
