lyrical songs on the soundtrack anyway weird little roll pop jump there uh anyway and you may be thinking grapefruit i thought you said you were going to use the wrestler one to open up a rhythm heaven's stream and i am but uh the plan is to do that for i i will say this one of these two things will happen i will either do rhythm heaven repainted or we will do co-op multiplayer or whatever whatever multiplayer there is with lark we may do both of those things or at least one of them can't guarantee both though is all i'm saying and i'll probably be using that for that because that is more pertinent is i actually i don't even know if ringside is from rhythm heaven fever i i just kind of assumed it was uh okay it's raining out it is truly the lazy afternoon so to those of you who sense everyone has rhythm i played through this part just to make sure that everything was synced up i know the first game is karate man i played it a bunch of times trying to get the settings right if you're conscious of your rhythm sense it'll steadily improve first let's take a quick look at your current rhythm sense and i sped through this part at first this is very similar to what we saw in rhythm evan fever uh this machine looks like a cartoon clock from like banjo-kazooie or some what am i thinking of whatever let's find out how good your rhythm is so this is going to be real boring you guys ready for this ready buckle up for the next like five minutes [Music] calm down there cowboy [Music] it sounded perfect but look at that look at that piece of paper so this is very similar to the first game except we don't have the cute little characters going this is what early and late means human music let's move on to the second test i think it grades you at the end of this and when i sped through it to do like just tests to see if it was gonna be responsive enough it was like zero nothing good day sir because i just sped through it so i wanna see what i get now so it's there is still a tiny bit of lag but you can sort of account for it in your brain you know all right buckle up oh early it was like the best one yet good nice look at that graph poggers nice wow that one was with lag oh god emulator has lag for this specific game what oh you mean for for rhythm 10 goku in general not drum lessons it just sounds like because it's constantly lagging i just need to like shift my brain like half a second into the future you know when you're playing you know what what gave me amazing practice playing team fortress 2. yeah i saw that up there like this i feel like this should be fun but i i feel like this would be fun on actual hardware but that's that's going to be a bit of a bugaboo with this whole game that's why we're probably going to take more of a skimming through it rather than clearing everything thoroughly it's okay i'll tell you what it is it's when i press the button the note happens like half a second later and it throws me off so much have you guys ever had the thing that you talk into it you talk into the microphone and it plays your speech back to you they're so slightly delayed and you sound like a drunken idiot that's what this is because when i press the button the note just comes out like a tiny little bit of a second too or like too late it like we'll try to get through this one wait oh you can hear it happening nope nope i'm not gonna play this nope nope get me out of here nope emulation this i'm sorry emulation puts on a sandpaper condom and that one sorry the rest of them it's like a little easier to adapt but that one it is ooh i could do i could do i could just do it on the table that would be much easier anyway no i am having fun with this though it's a little you know jank because you're emulating a translated game but uh it's still cool the humble beginnings right the humble beginnings but uh yeah i feel like i'll beat this game we'll see the stuff but we won't go too crazy with the completion and we might not get like all the medals to see all the extra games and like that but i've heard uh people people were saying earlier that the ds1 and megamix are both really really really good and that's what i've heard too and that's what i expect frankly but it's awesome seeing the earlier versions of some of the mini games like early night walk uh i guess we gotta see the original of that built to scale was just totally different too and samurai slice wasn't that similar either and we got to see some classics the onion one rhythm tweezers i feel like that's that's a classic i feel like i've heard about spaceball a lot but uh yeah it's fun very fun [Music] humble's a real nice way to say it uh yeah i'm using using visual boy advance which i always up and call it virtual boy advance [Music] but uh yeah pretty cool pretty cool stuff it's got good music got the remixes are so weird though i feel like this is before they really figured out the science of the remix the first one was good but the rest of them were all kind of like weird [Music] i guess the fourth one was by far the weirdest one quiz it quiz is that just the worst rhythm heaven minigame ever we'll see when i play the series the emulator might be the issue uh yeah the issue is that i'm emulating it yeah uh listen whenever i say anything about oh i'm having issues with this emulator people are like oh why are you using that one and it's like even if i'm using like the literal most like well-known most used most like actual like good emulator but i i'm sure i don't know if anybody wants to if anybody's super interested in this and uh wants to contact me about a better emulator than sure but i kind of feel like we're not going to get much better than this the lag on this was worse before i around with some settings and made it a little bit better but i feel like yeah somebody said vba is the gold standard i feel like this is like the best game boy advance emulator honestly but uh oh well it's not the end of the world and i'm still having fun with most of this so cool shame about drum practice though all right uh guys there is a possibility actually let me check my facebook messages right now there's a possibility there will be a lark stream today if not today then soon um messenger on my phone does this really cool thing where it literally won't show me the messages it won't give me notifications for messages but also if like i have to click on the specific chat [Music] i have to click on the specific chat window for it to reluctantly tell me that there are new messages and show
