FULL FACE USING VERY EXPIRED MAKEUP !! why was the moldy eyebrow pencil so good tho??

everyone so today we are going to be doing a full face not one brand we are doing a full face of very very expired makeup now I'm gonna open this up with I honestly don't really look at expiry dates on my makeup kind of just use it till it's empty or until I don't use it anymore and then it kind of just gets put in a drawer that's actually where all of this makeup came from I recently went through all of my makeup drawers and I was going to get rid of a whole bunch of makeup throw out some expired makeup and then I was like that could be a good video so I'm not sure if anyone on YouTube has done this before I'm very very excited I'm really excited to tell you guys a few the stories about these makeup products because some of these are actually I would say close to 7 years old and some of it is like with my first experiences with makeup so I'm very excited to dive in I'm looking at all of it right now but okay without further ado let's get right into the video I don't want to ramble on I'm honestly so excited so let's get started okay so the first product we're gonna start off with I'm sure a lot of you are gonna recognize a lip balm like this this is the Paul Frank lip smackers coconut cream lip balm if this doesn't scream the grade 6 Mia I don't know what does so there's this little monkey everybody remembers Paul Frank I'm sure everybody had to have had a little lip smacker at some point and this is for sure seven years old but surprisingly it's actually still really soft and glides on I thought it was gonna be like rock hard like tugging at my lips it's actually pretty good doesn't smell as much like coconuts anymore more just smells like nothing so okay you best believe I had this lip balm in every single pocket of my Jay Kings in grade 6 so now we're gonna move on into primer I have this day flawless 15 hour primer from if it now this is actually a sample size I think I don't really have very many expired primers because I only started using primers like this year so this is the only one I have that's expired I did give it a try in grade eight oh it's actually very expired looking it's kind of like cresting about so okay so I'm just gonna put this on oh yeah this is what I thought the lip balm was gonna feel like it's like pulling and tugging sometimes you can tell with like products like this that they're expired just because they stopped working like they should so like for instance this isn't really gliding on anymore hello red face Mia she's coming out she's coming out to play oh no this primer is very very dried up to give you a timeframe on that I think that I had that in grade eight so how long ago was that actually should figure out this so that's five years ago so holy I'm actually so surprised with how amazing that lip balm feels I'm definitely not throwing this out like expired or not I'm keeping it it feels so good on my lips alright we'll see how that primer works it actually does feel like it did some poor filling on my nose because we are moving on to foundation now I have two foundations I have the hard candy camouflage glamoflage my bad foundation I really do want to do a full face of hard candy products but for now we'll just use this and then the Tarte Amazonian clay full coverage foundation if both of these both very expired this one I actually lost and repurchased and then found the old one and now we're using it the reason I actually used this foundation in high school was actually because I was so so so pale no drugstore foundations would match me this was when I didn't fake tan and this foundation was one of the only ones I could find that went this light of a color so if you're super super pale this foundation will match you this was probably one of the first like high-end foundations I bought I'm gonna mix these though because I'm kind of a weird shade I'm not super pale but I'm not super faked and it's weird oh no it's the pump jammed okay this foundation is not usually that thick that really came out quite thick then we got this one you guys probably honestly if you've been following me for a long time saw this in my videos like three years ago please excuse of my ears are like super red from my earrings they just have to suck it up because I wanted to start wearing earrings more so I kind of had to like pierce through the hole because it had started to grow in I'm actually going to be using my Clarisonic this isn't an expired product it's actually brand new to me and I've never tried this brush head before so I'm excited to give it a try I love Clarisonic so we'll see if I like the brush head both these foundations are both very full coverage so I'm curious to see how they mix together they look to be blending alright these foundations are definitely not doing the most for my skin but we're gonna continue that applied really really nice on my forehead actually really really like the way this apply doing my foundation with this glamoflage definitely it brought back a few memories as well as with the Tarte I remember eventually stopping using them because they were a little bit too powdery on my skin and that's definitely what I'm seeing right now I also should do right here actually come on Judy's pain we have a few concealers so I have the naked skin this is super expired and it says it's date on here is nine months if you don't know how to tell usually make a products will have this little container thing and then a number and then beside it and that basically means the amount of months though the longest I've ever seen is 24 months but this concealer I stopped using because I ran out of it mm-hmm so we're just gonna drag it along the sides even though knowing me I probably already did that oh that is so crusty okay oh wow that actually blended in decent okay and then I have this NYX above-and-beyond full coverage concealer which I'm going to use to kind of balance out my eyelids as you can see I have very very purpley veiny eyelids I honestly wish I didn't because they kind of spook me a little like they're very intense today I can hardly look at them so okay I've got to cover that up all right list I already know is going to be hard as a rock oh my goodness but it's not I definitely thought that was going to be like almost impossible to get out oh wow it's actually not too bad I think this is just on the cusp of being expired or like maybe six months over cuz it says 18 months on here I probably got this a little over two years ago good math I'm pretty sure it's longer than six months well that's a really good coverage it's covering up my veiny eyelids very well concealing pretty much the entire face now alright our base is actually looking pretty rough and I'm a little bit like a too pale I think maybe I'm wrong or just not used to it but I think I need to bronze it up but even before then we're gonna highlight now this is what I'm talking about when I say a product that is probably over seven years old here is the Tri shimmer gold-plated highlighter now at the time that I used this for the first time in my life I did not know it was highlighter I thought it was foundation so go way back in time twelve-year-old Mia first time wanting to try on foundation I went into my mom's old makeup so keep in mind this was old makeup from my mom back when I was 12 and this was in there and I put it all over my face as if it was Foundation and I was like geez foundation doesn't look very good because it's shimmer like it's highlighter but I didn't know that so now fast forward many years I'm going to use it as as it is supposed to be used it is so expired it actually hurts I also remember thinking this was super pigmented so I'll give it a go oh wow it's like really hard like my Beauty Blender is kind of just moving it around it's this really pretty gold it honestly looks like gold flakes I don't know why my mom even had this because she always wore like really natural stuff I don't know what she was using this for really not like blending in it's more just sitting on top of my skin in little flakes which I mean you can't blame it like seven years plus like however long my mom had it then in her old makeup box I gotta say though from a distance it's pretty blinding very very gold and just like I don't know does anyone else think it's hilarious that I had my whole face covered in this you can't make that stuff up my whole face was like this just like super shimmery like my entire face and then a powder highlight to go on top I have the Physicians Formula light bronze pearl actually got this for Christmas I think three years ago so it is in fact expired but this is the type of thing that I probably wouldn't like throw out it would just sit there and I'd use it whenever I want because I don't like I don't take the expiry dates like very seriously I do take them seriously on like mascaras and eyeliners but usually those are dried out by the time the expiry date comes around whereas these I'm more judged based on the smell because you can kind of tell when makeups getting to that point of expiry that it's like okay time to go oh I actually really like it I don't know about the gold flakes it kind of looks like I did it on purpose I don't like that we might have to do an eye look that's a little bit dramatic to match the face also something funny I just thought I'd show off back when I was 13 I had two elf cover sticks and I was so jealous of those contour and highlight duos but I couldn't like afford one so I just glued contour one and the highlight one together make my own duo stick okay now we are going to set our face I have this elf it stayed together so I'm gonna hold it like this not completely tipped I'm going to set under my eyes with I don't know if I should use a beauty blender on this probably not I should probably just use a brush I'm just going to set like all over my face basically so this is what I would do I would just usually powder my whole face with like a covergirl powder or something like that okay now bronzers if you go back to like my first ever videos you'll probably see this one probably a good bronzer for my skin tone and also this elf one I love this one cuz it was so so dark I liked it for contouring so I think I will do that I'm going to bronze with this one and these are super expired as well probably five years give or take we really do bronze up a little I think bronzing will really help our overall complexion right now so I'm gonna kind of go in this bronzer you can tell is really old because it's kind of separating in the pan into these little bumps probably time to go for it but I mean it's still still got the color payoff okay and then we're gonna go in with the elf one and we're going to contour a little bit so I'm just going to do this in the hollows of my cheeks now this is super pigmented because it's actually like a powder foundation I just got the darkest shade so that I could use it as a contour I'm gonna have very snatch cheekbones today now we're gonna snatch the nose see if we can I remember I used to try and snatch my nose with these elf products but it never worked for me let's see if I have the talent to now probably not whoa okay going a little crazy but that's fine what else is new oh my gosh I don't know why but a really really bronzed nose looks so cute to me it kind of looks like a little hoof or like Whoville so okay we're gonna leave it but now we're gonna do our eyebrows so I have a funny product for you guys it is the Annabella eyebrow pencil I stole this from my mom back when I was like 15 or something and it's actually molding now the tip is completely white so I'm pretty sure it's molding super super old but I remember really liking it so we'll see if it still has that kick once we get through the mold of course and also a very old product that I used for my eyebrows and naked basics if you can tell which ones I like them oh yeah so once you break through the little layer you can definitely get some payoff oh my goodness that is like the perfect color too that is a little bit ridiculous here I thought the pencils molded it probably won't work and then look that is pretty freakin good okay you best believe this eyebrow is giving me trouble what else is new this is so difficult win one as well and then the other ones like not not keeping up i brows are completely on and i just want to know why a moldy eyebrow pencil did better than my normal stuff I honestly feel very very I think I might just keep it I just have to moving on we're gonna put on a little bit of blush I know I don't usually but I have this Mac Azalea blossom blush no this is super old and I actually don't ever remember this having any payoff to it I guess you can see like I remember always using it and being like where's the payoff but now that I'm using it it kind of looks like it does so I take it back I take my moldy eyebrow pencil that's actually great all right is everyone ready for me to ruin this look with some eye shadow because there's some reason I just can't do an eye shadow look correctly I have lots of expired hi shadow palettes this Mac one Rimmel this one which is expired in six months it says and that's kind of insane for an eyeshadow palette like who's gonna throw out their eyeshadow palette after six months that's kind of crazy I actually bought it off of ebay here it is got it off of ebay back when I was like 12 I think a fun look would be something to do with a little bit of pinks so to start off I'm actually going to take some of the blush and just I do a lot of just neutral eye looks so and the reason I do that is because they're the ones I'm actually like decent at everything else very lost so I'm gonna try today to do something a little bit more exciting and we'll see how it goes I don't want it to be too too dark but I just want it to be colorful wish me luck you guys you're gonna see it all play out here was it the right idea to try this out an expired makeup probably not so we're gonna use the oldest palette I have this one and we're just going to basically be using this line let's work it out I don't even know if I'm gonna be able to do this as if it's a tutorial because I'm so much so just trying it what are you guys think so far should I stop can I go back it's too late for me I have to continue okay I think I don't know what I'm doing but here we go it's kind of like a candy look I was watching scooby-doo the other day and the cotton candy monster inspired this look so I want to try something crazy I have this city color sparkle and shine glitter primer that is expired and also this Mac glitter primer that is expired now I got this so long ago never even used it once I'm pretty sure so we're gonna try and cut this this is so ambitious I'm scared and see if we can get that done so let's see oh my goodness oh my goodness I'm so scared right now okay so I think now I have to just blend that color over the line just so it's not like harsh on this side so I have to open this palette again and just blend like this it's not awful I mean it's it's definitely not even okay but we're trying so now I'm contemplating contemplating glitter glue bought this thinking I'd be ambitious never was we're gonna put that over where I think that's gonna go I don't know if I have to move quick so we just will you take a lip brush oh my gosh see like and just pigments ever actually expire I'm not sure maybe New Year's is rolling around and you wanna do a look with all your expired makeup maybe just do this okay the only thing I see as a problem it's just cuz it's like so copper also pigments are just hard to work with like I just I just like throw my pigment around take this white from this shadow collection on a little brush gonna blend it into the pigment Oh what am i doing you like it looks good from a distance so I'm just gonna continue this video from this far away nobody mind we got it what do you think are you proud of me or disappointed let me know moving on we are going to take the Steve LaRonde I got this actually like a glam bag when I was probably 14 I'm guessing because that's when I had the subscription and I haven't used it and I tested this on my wrist and it's so nice and so that was a terrible swatch it really didn't show it off but it's really nice and pigmented still so I'm sure this is expired okay we're just gonna do pretty generous line I think what everyone says is if you're not using your eyeliner mascara just don't open them yet and then the expiry date kind of like kicks off when you open up a little bit I mean I don't know if that's true well starting to get really thick now I gotta match them wow that is so much better than this eye this eyeliner was amazing I should probably just put in my makeup bag right now okay so now we're moving into the one product that I actually believe has an expiry date for reason and that is mascara mainly I think the expiry date happens after it truly does expire my mascara is either I get rid of them before the expiry date comes up or I can just tell they're coming to the expiry date because they're super dry so I have the roller lash which just I got like a year and a half ago and then this one I have no idea when I got this like probably three years ago so I'm gonna put this on my bottom lashes and maybe a smidge on my top lashes my eyelash lady's gonna kill me I think just like it's still coats them but I just don't think it does as many favors for your lashes when it's all dried up like this a little swoosh I'm sorry I sure hope she's not watching this but okay continuing on full steam ahead I have this Merle Norman lip pencil and I actually when I was probably 13 again I raided my aunt's old makeup because she was gonna throw it away so I was like let me at it so this was in there it's lip pencils as you can see it's very old so I'm just going to line my lips I can usually tell when something's expired when it's lipstick based on the smell cuz it starts to smell really really waxy and this one's definitely there I'd say honestly this could possibly be like 15 years old same sort of thing with I totally thought it was gonna be like hard as a rock but it's actually super smoothing gliding on that's kind of weird it might be the lip balm helping it a little bit to glide all right there we go I over lined quite a bit because I kept like slipping outside the line so that's what we're doing today I have this OCC lip tar in matte and it kind of looks like it's gonna match so I'm gonna put this on at this point this smells very very bad which sucks because this is so big and I don't know how anybody could possibly use this full thing in a year you'd have to wear it pretty much every day these are really really pretty I just never really caught on to them I bought them when they were kind of exciting on YouTube and then I just realized that like lip brushes and stuff like this I don't use that often I just like using like lip balm and of course I do not have a setting spray fuse because I don't have any old settings because once again I just started using spreading spreading spray to today I just started today no this year all right you guys so here is the finished completed makeup look using all expired makeup I really hope you guys enjoyed this video I really had a lot of fun with it it kind of forces you firstly to use products you usually wouldn't and secondly it's kind of fun to like see these products again since they were such a big part of my life a long time ago and when I was first starting out with makeup it was a lot of fun I think this look actually turned out decent definitely a lot different than what I usually do if you guys like seeing me do a little bit more fun colorful makeup looks let me know down below and I will be sure to try and push myself out
