is a Saturday so Saturday auctions too many people are off working and it's a holiday weekend which means people have time off which means they have time to possibly we're hoping they're with family can buy today we're excited for today's auction because Dean is actually gonna be the auctioneer he loves being filmed and he's a great businessman so want to check him out give him a holler give him a call maybe he can help you with some real estate as well today's auction is absolute it is cash only there's a 10% buyer's premium and there's a $50 refundable deposit so if you buy a unit for $100 it's 110 then we're going to put on $50 so you'll pay today 160 you'll have till Wednesday to clean out the unit you'll get your $50 cleanup feedback if you need to clean the unit longer than that go talk to Jessica we'll make whatever Rachel's weekend you may have to rent the unit but you will be able to get everything out you can't use their dumpsters it doesn't have to be broom swept clean but it does need to be cleaned out again 22 units bad weather and the holiday weekend didn't keep people away there are a ton of people here ton of viewers and subscribers as well there with George right
