hello fellow Tech enthusiasts are you ready in this video to dive into the world of AI generated artwork today we're exploring the world of focus or Focus depending on how you actually say that which is a free AI image generator that's as easy to use as it is fascinating by the end of this video you'll be creating your own unique AI generated images right from your machine this model is absolutely free it is super easy to download and to use so without further Ado let's get started so the first things first we need to get our hands on the program locally to create these AI generated images we're going to go to this link and we're going to click uh click here to download all of these links will be available in the description and once you download this uh everything's going to load itself you're going to unzip this package on your your desktop and then you're going to click this run.bat and that will automatically open the uh image generator for you and you can look around the website you can see here that there are some uh example images of just kind of a um un cherry-picked it says prompt of a forest elf we actually do this later on the video so make sure to stick around to check that out it's drastically Sim similar to what you'll see here uh so what you'll see is after downloading this and letting it unzip onto your desktop and uh clicking the run.bat file this will uh boot up in your uh browser locally so this is the main interface you have a couple of things here you have the main image generator box you have the prompt area the generate button you have the input image the advanced tab um and over to the right here you have a couple parameters that will be very helpful for you uh you have the settings so you can do your uh speed your quality of your image generated you have your aspect ratio how many images you would like this model to generate for you at a time um there's also uh a negative prompt area so if you would like to negate things so the negative prompt means you want to leave out of the image so say you wanted to create a specific style of image of a waterfall but you wanted no trees in the landscape image just put trees in the negative prompt area and realistically the model will leave trees out um this thing isn't perfect you do have to fine-tune things so but that's what the negative prompt area does also you have the style tab which all of these different styles are different types of images that you can generate you can have multiple style selected to create your own style or you can have single Styles selected if you like to have the image exactly like the style shown um what we're going to do for majority of uh this video is we're going to leave this with the focus V2 the uh Focus uh sharp all the ones that you have pre- defaulted to be selected when opening this program for the first time um I think they generate really really good models this use or images rather this uses the Juggernaut model and that's something we can cover in future videos Okay so let's go here let's do an image generation of a unicorn riding a motorcycle and we'll see what that looks like uh the model will send the generation in my case to the GPU cuz I'm running on a Windows machine with a GPU and here we go we have the first image of a unicorn riding a motorcycle pretty pretty incredible uh right off the bat uh no skills needed pretty amazing artwork that you can utilize and generate you can also do revisions and edit uh images which we can cover in other later videos we touch on that just a little bit in this video but let's keep on going so down here we have this thing called the history log all the images that you generate in a current session will be logged in this output of the history log there's also a output folder in the root folder of what you downloaded to actually get this onto your computer and you can always look in there for any uh previous outputs that you've had so let's go ahead and try a another generation let's get rid of that and why don't we try we'll try something with a beagle in a raincoat and being grumpy click generate and here we go so here's an image of a beagle uh we have two beagles that's why I chose the Beagle I love beagle dogs um and there's other aspects of this called in paint and out paint now you can take an image and you can just drag and drop an image into the uh category you have to have the advanced tab selected in order to do this so if you toggle the advanced tab in the bottom left on and off you'll you'll then get these extra selector panes to utilize but basically in paint or out paint so right now we're going to extend the borders of this image to uh inpaint a larger scene so I'm going to select the Left Right top and bottom and it'll basically take the image that I input and uh inpaint the scene to make this image a little bit larger so that your perspective sees a little bit more scope of the scene so we'll go ahead and click that click generate and as you can see already it's pretty much uh automatically creating a perfect extended scene of this image so here's the original there's the extended pretty incredible it's really all about your creativity you can do a lot of things here so let's do another one about a Jedi and a double-bladed lightsaber now the model doesn't always get uh things like this correctly the first time so you might have to do a couple revisions to do this as you can see yes um it only did one uh lightsaber blade you can see it almost wanted to do the second there but it did not so here's the first image and the second image pretty good as you can tell the hands aren't very good as well so it's kind of one of the things about this model is you have to be careful um and pay attention to the details of the images you might need to have a little bit of luck involved here or you can modify images but as it struggles with things like hands um uh orientations of body parts like looking off to the left or right things like that uh here we have the uh death star or a planetary light gray space thing uh does a pretty good job with this type of artwork uh so here just like in the main page of the website where we downloaded this model or this tool to create images uh they had in their Forest elf uner picked images of what the base model would generate so what we're going to do is we're going going to recreate that here and see what we get so just like the website showed almost uncanned it's exquisitely detailed this is a perfect image there's I don't see anything right off the top of my head wrong with this it it looks incredible and uh what we also can do is we can go over some details of using some of the advanced parameters of modifying an image so let's change this um this elf tunic here to be baby blue so basically what you would do is you would go to the uh Advance tab make sure that is clicked and then you would click the in paint slout paint um and what you're going to do is you're going to modify a detail and then you're going to click your little brush selector and you're going to highlight everything that you would like to alter and the more you highlight the easier it is for the image to be altered so you don't want to leave out like a side of her arm or not get all of the tunic but as you can see It'll take the tunic and it will uh convert the green tunic into a blue tunic you can do any other color you could do a style of tunic uh so pretty incredible so we also can do something called facee swap so if you click in the uh input prompt you can face swap an image so you give it an input image you can drag and drop from the created images that you've had into that category or you can upload your own images but you click face swap and then you can give it either a different prompt or you can have no prompt and just click generate uh but it will take the face of your subject and it will swap it into a uh new character so what we're going to be doing is trying to do a elf with a bow drawn now it's not perfect you can tweak this to make uh the face swap a little bit more accurate but not too bad right off the bat and let's do another we'll keep the image prompt face swapped but we'll do something about an elf sitting on a log so here's an elf sitting on a log the face is relatively similar so pretty good job uh without having any extra tweaks or anything like that uh pretty awesome now what we'll do is I'll show you just kind of a run through of some of the other images that I've generated in this session here here um these aren't by means the best images I've generated but uh these are all one shot one go no modification just basic prompts with the default model um I think I have a couple in here that I chose like pop art or graphic art something like that um but you can really do anything that you you would ever want to imagine with this it's pretty incredible uh so this first image is a Darth Vader style then we have a couple of landscape landscape scenes uh pretty awesome uh pretty awesome job that this model does generating landscape scenes um I come from a background in photography and you know six years ago you would have no idea that this was generated by AI you would think this is an Instagram post that you know some photographer just edited in Lightroom in Photoshop it's pretty cool so we have a water scene here kind of looks like uh fall season in Canada almost um we have a bear scene with a trout jumping out of the water we have a little graphic pop art design of a mushroom and then we have a scene of a woman standing above a Scenic landscape with a river running through the valley so that looks super realistic I would never know you know given a couple years ago I would never think this was a fake image and then we have another image of a beagle in the snow pretty realistic and again a couple other uh portrait shots kind of Instagram esque uh in front of some lscape and this last image I generated it's Abraham Lincoln holding a plate of tacos so you can get as wild as you want here it's it's pretty incredible so there you have it you are ready to generate your own images it's pretty amazing what you can create with a few word prompts and a generative AI tool so that is all for today folks I hope you enjoyed this quick journey into the world of AI image generation if you found this video helpful at all please give this video a thumbs up consider subscribing and for more Tech magic I'll see you guys in the next video
