Farewell 4630! A new loader and painting rims!

oh oh that's the power of the straight pipe on there you wouldn't get that kind of performance with a normal muffler that's all to do with the straight pipe so we're gonna stick this son of a and uh probably in i don't know what that is there be probably be one now we got this big thing in mind we're gonna just step it out of the way hey guys how's she going today well rob's making a panoramic picture but we have yellow stuff to paint coming out our ears here today we're gonna look like the simpsons or like we got cirrhosis of the liver one of the two ah so we have the duals for the 50 20. we have the front rims for the 40 20 and we have the 40 20s rims we have the dual spacers for 50 20. [Music] we have the 46 30s duels they never got painted when we did it because i had no intentions of ever putting these uh cast center duels back on but uh chris would like them on and just to keep them on forever and ever and always so we got them strung up and masked and ready to go and then we have the other duel over here for 50 20. so we're gonna be at it for an hour or two here anyways i got the first battery to go rob just gonna have a drink of coffee and he's gonna start painting and i'm gonna keep making batches of paint here because there's going to be lots anyway [Applause] it's snowing like a son of a gun outside here today which is real nice but whatever anyway we're gonna start laying down the locker and we'll talk to you here in a few running out yet [Music] [Music] so oh there we go all nice and yellow i'll just leave it for a few hours here now and let everything dry and then we'll come back and i don't know run the 46 30 in maybe or something like that see what goes me huh no i'm good wow breathe through your eyes you're off so some of you were wondering where rob's safety glasses were the other day and we're cutting off the bin we forgot him at home but uh he's grinding or while you're reeling the dust off the uh tie rods for the duals there so he's got him on now i can't see out of this thing but he does love quest mars like oh this is downright danger shapers [Applause] well ah on the dash all the time a few days later from uh the last part of the video when rob and i were painting there but uh i'm on my way into town look at that doodling there of hoses i gotta try to make we're working on the 4630 there um gotta run into town and we'll get those made and the guy should be laughing i think so get those made no bring it back well quite a bit later here than uh the last time we seen the tractor but i'll take you over everything that's changed here we got a new loader on it one that we picked up premiere baler monitor in it the gp or the joystick and everything is in it [Music] ah yeah loss has changed duels are back on and painted [Music] she's pretty mint now anyway i'll bring it back in a few i want to snap a picture of it with the grapple open [Music] so we got a couple little things we got to fix yet there's a leak that still wants to leak and we got to throw the uh throw the brace on the arm support that goes so we had to customize it a little bit there to work right so anyway we'll bring it back in a few okay it's the next day i know this video is all over the place but we've been uh just jamming on this tractor to get it together here for chris so i haven't had much of a chance to video but we got a second here now so i can show you real quick everything we did again it's ready to go so we've got this new 707 on here and then customize the brace so that it would go around the air intake this is a newer style loader so it's got a quick attach on it and it's got the newer grapple it's it's a nice really nice loader but i wanted to keep ours because it's got uh the big bucket and the uh the manure tines on it or something grandpa ghee had made a few years ago uh the metal is qt so it's really hard and you can't get it in a bar you got to get it in a sheet so there's like a three thousand dollar set of manure tines on that tractor but you cannot bend those things so uh that's why i wanted to keep it because otherwise if the loader went with the tractor i'd had to charge them double what the loader's worth so we picked this one up for uh five grand um and just had to cut the hoses down to length here and then we finished we got the electric valve on and everything works as it should now and uh climb up in the cab here i took my baler monitor out and we got his in because chris has a brand new vermeer baler put the cast center duals back on he wanted them on so painted them up put them on wired up a plug in here for the uh four ways and signal lights on his baler here's the baler plug there um we done a lot but you can't really see it there's all the wiring for the uh the baler and then we had to pull the uh joystick all apart and finish all of the wiring inside of it got the shifting decals and everything on i had ordered them so it took a little while for them to show up but and there's his brand new vermeer monitor pretty sweet i'm gonna be a good fit for him we uh they love this tractor just about as soon as they seen it there when we had brought it home so they had been hinting at wanting to buy it i didn't really want to sell it and then kind of came up with a number that everyone was pretty happy with so amanda and i have something else in the works here for a chore tractor so front wheel assist and the whole nine yards be really nice for a lot of things something the farm has been missing forever never had a front wheel assist not that often that you need it for the stuff we do but for loader work at spring break up and whatnot there in the corrals would be really nice but he's coming to get her here in a little bit so fire it up take her home that's when we'll probably end the video but there'll be uh another one here in the future of it running on their big tub grinder to uh break the engine in they've got a big hay buster grinder there they usually run with their 86 40. but this guy can go on there and scream away for a little while so that'll make a that'll make a good clip i think anyway i guess that's about all i had to show you so we will talk to you in a bit there she goes [Music] [Music] [Music] well so long 46 30. anyways
