Famous Fast Food in Philippines!! JOLLIBEE Full Menu - What to Eat & What NOT to Eat!

hey everyone hope you're having an amazing day it's Mark Wiens I'm in Cebu the Philippines and I'm walking over to go eat at a place called Jollibee which I'm sure you have heard of it is probably the most famous and the biggest fast food chain started originally in the Philippines and Filipino people are very passionate and very proud of Jollibee and I mean I've been to the Philippines quite a few times and I haven't I think I've had Jollibee once a very very long time ago but I haven't really given Jollibee a chance so we're on our way to go eat jelly bean we're gonna order a bunch of dishes I'm going to show you all the food and there it is Jollibee is right across the street let's go eat at Jollibee [Music] foreign [Music] it is a local Filipino fast food chain they do have locations all around the world now and I believe that I was just reading there's over 1 500 locations but it started right here in the Philippines I believe in Manila Quezon City Manila it has withheld the step the test of fast food in the Philippines because I mean there's McDonald's there's actually a Burger King right across Street but Jollibee Remains the local Filipino favorite the famous Jollibee mascot hello thank you Jolly B there's always people here at Jollibee they have the menu quite nicely laid out there's the burger section there is the sandwiches section the spaghetti section that's a big section and then you have the rice meals the Jolly spaghetti the rice meals chicken Joy it's not just fried chicken it's chicken joy and then you have the chicken sandwich and some of the all the different combo meals so we'll just get a few different things to try hello can we have one Jolly spaghetti please uh do you have do you have a double dinon yes please do you have the double double bacon champ burger and then the four piece four-piece fried chicken with rice what's your name um my name is very nice to meet you very nice to meet you the staff staff here at Jollibee are very friendly thank you very good service thank you guys thank you hi nice to meet you [Music] okay here's our ready number order number 15. okay oh is this whoa that's a lot of food thank you very much foreign [Music] 1025 pesos of Jollibee which is I just did the conversion at this time it's 18 of Jollibee this is what you get we got the Fried Chicken we got the burger the chicken sandwich spaghetti and a rice meal we're gonna try it all let's start with that spicy fried chicken while it's hot and fresh and they ate a nice they put a nice little oh it's new on the menu okay new Spicy here we go spicy fried chicken maybe we should tear into this see how it looks oh yeah it's pretty juicy very juicy okay now I'm just gonna bite it okay the fried chicken is pretty awesomely good um okay it's not spicy like at all I don't really feel any spice but it is Juicy it is crispy it is salty got some pretty good fried chicken they are famous for their fried chicken and I was reading also that that Jollibee has been named one of the best chain Fried Chickens as well [Music] and I think Fried Chicken is the only thing I had the last time I went to Jollibee like 10 years ago dip into the oh we need to get that they said they had they said they had spicy sauce too right anyway this is the ketchup this is ketchup I'm gonna go ask for the hot sauce you're not it I like about the fried chicken the batter is not too thick not too heavy you know it's really crispy but it could be spicier jelly beans [Music] okay I'm going for the burger next look at how much cheese in there it's so oozing out and this is the the double I think they call it the double bacon champ so there's there should be double patties there's so much cheese you can barely see the patties there's two patties in here there's bacon there's cheese there's lettuce there's tomato yeah there's a lot of fousey cheese [Music] I like how the bacon is crispy the patties are pretty thin not a huge fan of the fast food cheese that kind of tastes like not my favorite let's move into the spaghetti spaghetti and this is one of their famous things here too I think everybody pretty much orders the fried chicken and the spaghetti everything else is optional but the spaghetti is loved and I almost forgot it has hot dogs in it hot dogs there might be some mince meat in here cheese and it's very red very red sauce oh foreign spaghetti for me it's a little bit on the street side sweet Tangy a little bit sour you've got like the tender nuggets of hot dog and meat in there kind of easy to eat but quite sweet I can't remember what this was on the menu is it the pepper beef maybe the pepper beef but this is another dish if you wanna I think what's cool about Jollibee is they have a lot of Western options but they also have a few Filipino dishes on their menu too this is rice with the pepper beef with gravy let's try this out oh that's like tender beef with a brown gravy on it a little bit of pepper that's like kind of like comfort food okay next up for the chicken the chicken sandwich we have well that's a lot of yellowish looking sauce chicken patty oh the chicken patty pills feels quite Hardy and then you got a really soft bun [Music] it's really crispy um you've got kind of this mayonnaise yellowey sauce on it uh but the inside the meat it's real chicken it's it's fleshy [Music] a take a break for some fries look at them and then also they gave us some gravy on the side which I'm not really sure if it's for the fried chicken or if it's for the the rice or if it's just for the dip or for the fries but you do get some brown some brown gravy on the side as well I'll try dipping the fries [Music] come on last Savory dish that we have there here I think it's maybe like an empanada oh wow deep fried definitely deep fried let's crack this open and see what's inside oh it's like a cheesy creamy chicken on the inside I can't quite tell if it's a dessert or savory I like really heavy and really crispy some of the big dishes are not my favorite but the fried chicken really stands out to me I think that's the Highlight here I would definitely come back for the Fried Chicken it's the fried chicken fried chicken and rice with that gravy oh yeah okay I'm going back in for another another of the spicy Jolly Joy Jolly Joy chicken wait what do they call it Jolly MC jolly chicken Jolly chicken jelly Jolly chicken Jolly Joy jolly it's it's there we go should we do a bit of brown gravy [Music] the brown gravy combination [Music] juicy crispy flaky hmm okay let's try the dessert the peach mango pie this is another thing that's popular on their menu for dessert oh it looks almost identical to the last pie that we had same kind of like very crispy fried outside but inside is Peaches and mangoes oh very almost like a jam on the inside [Music] all right that's like so sticky so sweet on the inside and it's so crispy on the outside I'm not huge on sweets that's good a few bites of this at the end of your meal is definitely pleasing and it's like really kind of gooey and yeah you taste the combination of the both the mango and peaches just like melted into a marmalade on the inside and that completes my first full meal at Jollibee in the Philippines bye-bye thank you thank you and you said this is you said this is the first first wow well do you know what you know what year it came to say boo what year did it start 1992 1992 the first 30 years now the first branch in Cebu we came to the right place thank you so much thank you so much okay yes yes okay see you have a great day have a great day okay oh thank you very much oh but that was totally unplanned we had no idea this was the original branch in Cebu the first Branch uh so we came to the right jelly bee and yeah I mean again I'm not so huge on fast food I don't I don't particularly love eating that much fast food but I would say that it was the the fried chicken that really stood out here at Jollibee that was oh hello it was the fried chicken that really stood out here to me um man good balance good crispiness good juiciness and that's gonna complete this little Vlog here in Cebu at Jollibee the first time I've eaten a full meal there and yeah I really have enjoyed our time in Cebu but we're eating all around Cebu there's a lot of videos to come so make sure you stay tuned and
