first of all we want to report that there were a minimun a minimum of four ladies that received the power of the Holy Ghost doing the session the word was so piercing and I'm not saying it because I brought the word but I am saying it because I was there 61 and one say the Spirit of the Lord is upon me and he's given me supernatural power to do some things and I was connected to supernatural women we left there with the final word to the ladies as it relates to the young Leadership Conference I charged them to stand as Mary's we are the Elizabeth's with the older generation they're the Mary's and the unique thing about Mary and Elizabeth their age did not keep them from doing the same thing and not only the same thing but a thing that neither one of them qualified to do Mary was too young Elizabeth was too old but when God speaks a word in your belly that you've been chosen to carry the gospel you've been chosen to carry his word nothing can stop you so we celebrated each other from the fact that when Mary took the uber to Elizabeth's house the moment Mary's got to Elizabeth Elizabeth was excited there's a woman in ministry I charged them do not run to anyone that can not celebrate you're doing your infant stage and I need you to celebrate me once my name is in lights but I need you to celebrate me on the way as Elizabeth dear Mary and then when Mary spoke to Elizabeth the Bible said John the Baptist was eavesdropping and when he heard what she said John the Baptist began to leap in Elizabeth because of what Mary said women and ministry must hang with when that when they speak to them something leaps on the inside and the last thing is that Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Ghost women in ministry have power to stay there until there is a transformation it was a powerful move we left there with new strength new energy new revelation new appetite and a fresh win of the Holy Ghost well we just had to say okay it's over we passed that time let's get out of here and just just I'm sure like she said other sessions but I can say this about women in ministry because there's something so powerful in the voice of a woman there's a lot of noise noise in the atmosphere God's looking for sound and he's raising up an army of feminine warriors who were cry loud and spare not it was evident at the young Leadership Conference there's a sound in this atmosphere God has kissed this conference Wow Wow I'm sorry ah there it is do you think it uses to feel that you absolutely feel that I know we're doing an interview and it just you feel that looking at a message that we want to get across to those who weren't able to attend the young leaders conference and especially women were in ministry what would you say to them about considering this is a place that you need the things that would have pissed this atmosphere its approach to a message or that woman that's going to see this video to say sign up we had no news conference 2019 what would you recommend for those 2019 is the year of a fresh start for so many women we're in the latter part of 2018 this conference is said in the third quarter of the year from the third quarter we go to the fourth quarter October November December we all know that the fourth quarter is about victory they will exit 2018 victorious hungry for something more appetites will not be satisfied with status quo doing it the way we've been doing it all the time will not be an option because there's a cry in the atmosphere this conference is just the luncheon path to 2019 I don't care who you are what you're calling be in our callings are not behind the pulpit as I told the ladies your life it's a pulpit live the life do not have a prayer time have a prayer life because your life is a pulpit 2019 you want to come when your spirit can be fed your mind your faith can be agitated this conference is about agitating faith so you can do something be b.i.g to believe in God and nothing should be impossible so make ready now there's no other place to be other than at the young leaders conference 2019 is designed with you in mind
