Easy Mini Cheesecake

So I'm going to show you guys how to make a super summer-y dish today Last week I was so busy that I couldn't shoot a video for you guys. When you're done, leave it aside like how your crush abandoned you for that one hot person :) I'll be using 200g of creamcheese for this recipe. That's enough for about 6 cupcake liners Leave the creamcheese to cool down in room temperature before mashing it up in a bowl Then, add 50g of sugar (can be changed to taste) and 100g of yoghurt, whether it's sweetened or not doesn't matter And 5ml of lemon juice to add an acidic taste to the cake to break up the creamcheese flavor Now, whisk it up and create the dark and depressing vortex that is your love life :)) Next, I'll crack in an unborn chicken and 1tsp of vanilla extract to make the cake smell nicer :)) Continue to whisk the mixture :) Lastly is 10g of flour of any kind. Remember not to overfill the moulds Bake the cakes in your oven for 160°C for about 15-20 min depending on your oven. And don't forget to preheat your oven first While waiting for the cake to bake, I'll continue to make our second dish today That'll be the "Strongbow Carafe" This is a drink that is a mixture of Strongbow and fruity mix I'll be using ¼ an orange and ½ an apple. You can also change and add fruits you like to this recipe Strongbow is a drink made from fermented apples so it's easy to drink and tastes really good It's super suitable for the hot summer days because of its fruity and refreshing flavor The amount of fruits you're using is totally up to you. Excluding the ones I've just mentioned, I'll also be adding pineapples, strawberries and mangoes Also, small tips from me, you can add strawberry jam to enhance the flavor :) It's super easy to make, too. Cut up the fruits and put it all in your shaker, then put in a layer of ice Then pop a bottle of Strongbow and pour it in.
