don't eat anything here don't eat the freaking fruit and i'm not kidding you will get sick i tried to wash my hands nicole you're busted but i have an idea to do something we've never done before when items and the owner walked out it could easily be stood the other side of the window just directing being a conductor why is it freaking foaming up so bad did they just change it well that's our problem so they just changed the k the beer lines in this bar run about 150 feet you should position the keg in the right place because after 120 feet the glycol inside gets warm and the beer can't possibly be cooled look at the grease on my hand it's leaving look at this it's disgusting ew would you eat this no no if you don't have a microwave i don't know how you're cooking these they're using that pizza oven for everything and it's too hot there's no way in the world that can be cooking properly what is he doing with this water they're defrosting something you're swapping around water in a kitchen with food products all over the place i've never been able to press grease out of a dish look at this [Music] i can't do it i can't do it i can't do it it's like gooey snot i feel like well i don't need to ask you how that was um is this funny to you serving people piles them like this that doesn't look appealing to me right now no right which is ridiculous that just pisses me off hey picked it up the investors owned 60 of this business danny owns 40 of this business danny is get up why don't the investors stand up and do something about it you know the term hostile takeover you guys own sixty percent of this business you control it and you think this is funny aren't you guys think you're acting kind of a little crazy well i'm getting through to you because obviously he can't catch me i'm tuning you out you're tuning me out well tune your customers out also your bar sucks and you're going to stand there and defend it in front of him nothing i'm just saying there's they're a little attached to doing it the way you're doing it just really really you're an irresponsible ass and my wife probably got sick because of you you want to lose their money that's one thing you get normally a potato skin would be fried so it's crisped and then topped off so i'm guessing this is going to be very soggy look at those wings they're not crisp you can see them [Music] um potatoes are doing is boiling food in old oil that's dirty this is the chili that was on your fries 20 days ago this was made if this bar is not clean when i come here in the morning i will not rescue you do you he's doing is blanching his bacon instead of cooking it to order that's it's going to get a little rubbery that way it's going to get very rubbery he's cutting bacon on that yellowish looking cutting board you know the deal once it looks like it's urined on and that was that undercooked bacon vic that we thought was blanched you're right john is that a health hazard definitely the food coming out shortly no it's those wings they take like eight to ten minutes they're not floating they're still cold inside i've like sampled that on my own and what bothers me is ozzie's been trained by my team she's trying to manage this business on her own clearly she's failing and where's her fiance where is mark that's what i want to find out good job guys good job when i see john i was feeling very so he's touching chips now with his raw chicken and beef hands covered in chicken and this is all happening right in front of dj oh man okay now he's got chicken all over everything this is actually yours your chicken nachos chicken nachos he's sending out raw food with we got to stop this chef in all my years i've rarely seen such gross negligence as i see in this kitchen i'm going to go in and okay so this guy is taking raw meat all over your hands right with raw meat all over your hands he goes and touches the handle of this the container's over there this kitchen is covered in raw chicken wow this food is going to suck we're going to be uh needing to make an order for bacon cheeseburgers okay dressed all the way through two medium well two rare okay oh so he's about to blow a gasket he's gonna he might walk out that's flat that's what happened here it's flat it's missing something it's like it's been sitting out on this bar all day what the hell is that chef look at the smoke coming up from that oil when the fryer's pouring smoke like that you know that that oil is just deteriorated cooking slime just sitting there burning it's disgusting hey yeah the beer's kind of flat okay well let me let me swap over to a cocktail of some sort um okay so they gave up on their beer they didn't even try a second round it's a carrie mary what's a carrie mary i put a buffet in it [Laughter] olives pickles peppercinis bacon we're gonna get through those bloody marys okay so this is a first he fries the chips leaves him in the greasy basket and he's taking him covered in grease and putting them around two minutes ago he had a raw chicken breast on that hand and then he picked up those chips with that same hand there's raw chicken all over those chips okay so here is our famous buddy mary is that a soda machine in the back of the bar not only isn't she not making the cocktail in front of you on the bar right sean she's not even making it in the same room no no i'm tired i'm tired i'm tired yours is him he didn't see the to go no i don't think he even realizes it's there what the [ __ ] am i supposed to do on this ticket seriously four bacon cheddar burgers two of them rare two medium well everything on all of them two sides of ranch two sides the honey mustard two sides of barbecue sauce all together no matter what just get me some viagra and let's get out of here for a couple hours well you can see he's really rising to the occasion [Laughter] so she used the tongs that fell out of the tongs onto the dirty surface and she'd even wipe the surface now she has her fingers on the inside of the cups touching that food does raw chicken all over everything yeah it's disgusting man that's like the kitchen sink in there you're gonna have to give me a beer or something to be back here dirty red's asking for a drink over there order up empow's gonna be right now buddy i say the three of us going you go back in the kitchen they can't serve that food yep i restroom when you went to the restroom you got a cook in the back who curses every time he gets an order yes he does what he wants to do is go home doesn't want to cook anything correct yeah dirty ray paint right yeah this is your job this is not rocket science this is drain the oil clean it and strain it back in you're blowing it and he's paying the price and you know better don't claim ignorance you're not trying and as long as you don't try i will bust you and i will embarrass you because i am going to save his retirement get it yes go clean your freaking kitchen and i will come back here
