DIY Squishy Happy Places Shopkins + Season 4 Petkins Earring Twins Inspired Craft Do It Yourself

cookies all right we're gonna be creating a super duper awesome awesome squishy oh okay I've had super awesome request to create earing twins the adorable little peck in earring twins from season four so we're gonna create these two little cuties as adorable little squishies and because I thought we're doing doubles here you see how SuperDuper teeny-tiny these little petkins are these are from the happy places set these adorable little tiny little strawberry kitties so I thought it would be SuperDuper cute since there's two little kitty petkins there's two little strawberries to do a little double up the fun little squishy video all right these ones are so tiny because they're from the happy places and they're making like petkins like super let's get started on this ee fun squishy video so to create your squishy you're just gonna need a sponge you can get these sponges anywhere so I'm just gonna start out by just cutting my sponge and of course it for my younger cookie fans you have to have an adult help you with cutting safety first now to get the earring twin shape I'm just going to create round little circles well and there's two of them so I'm gonna cut this in half that and I'm just kind of gonna cut my sponge into like a little ball shape by cutting off the edges and the smaller snips that you use it will actually help you get a rounder shape to do so there's one little earring twin shape yeah the other one little tiny small cuts get that nice round little earring shape looking pretty good a little flat on this side so I'll keep on going alright so here I have my two little earring balls so I'm gonna take some of my little scraps that I have from cutting them out from the sponge take my scissor and I'm just going to cut out little ear shapes so there's a cute little triangle piece should be good right on there but I'm gonna need four of them there he goes little ears now round little mouth take my little scrap and just kind of cut out a little circle there we go I'll need two of these now we got to create the back of the little earring post so again I'm gonna use some of these little scrap materials oh those pieces should be pretty good I'll put those aside and take this little piece here and cut out my little earring post shape now creating the actual earring post I'm just gonna round out one of these pieces cutting down some of the corners and round them on out just like a mani french fry now I'm gonna take my white Elmer's glue and I'm gonna glue everything together starting it with the earring twins together put these together like that teeny tiny little ear and the mouth right here and carefully now turn these two around whoo all right I'm gonna let those dry now to create my tiny little happy places petkins I'm actually gonna use some scrap pieces from some of the other squishies that I created but of course you can always just recut out a shape from the sponge head see here that should be pretty good now I'm gonna create a little itty bitty squishy since they're so small so I am just basically going to cut out almost like a heart shape for um the sponge creating a little cut in the middle here and a little bit from the bottom I'm just gonna keep on rounding this out until it is a you adorable little strawberry shape so it looks like two little strawberries kind of smooshed together well kinda it kind of looks like a weird heart shape or something this doesn't need any extra details so as soon as the earing twins are all dry then it's time to pay right everything is now dry now it's time to prime the sponge with some fabric paint give it a shake pour it on my earring twins just paint it on - I like priming the sponge first because this helps prevent some of the puffy paint from being absorbed by the sponge so I'm just gonna paint paint paint paint paint and I'm gonna prime my little happy places sponge all right now the fun part is painting the squishies so I'm gonna be using some of this puffy paint right here this little scribbles 3d paint give it a shake and I'm going to puffy paint these earring twins all the way around and ran puffy paint like crazy go around their nose can't forget about the other one you got puffy paint eyes just kidding and now for my little strawberry twins I'm gonna use it this scribbles 3d paint that kind of has like a shimmery ooh and I think that this is like the perfect little strawberry color too so cute so just keep on applying all of this puffy paint until it completely covers the squishy now for my cute little happy places I'm gonna make the little strawberry stem just by using some green little scribbly 3d paint I'm just gonna take it and I'm just going to come on down and just kind of create that little strawberry shape one little stem here and one little stem there just kind of trace out the shape and on the other one same thing then to create the stem I'm gonna take a whole bunch of this puffy paint pile it on up right here to create a stem like that there's one and there's together cute yeah I'm just gonna add in some details to the little kitties with some yellow so I'm gonna paint their little ears need a tiny teeny just to add on all that detail and of course the back side of their ears to just bloop it right on there here we go just let's love it too much oh no I could quickly wipe that off it went a little kitty crazy oh there we go okay always have napkins close by oh there we go I'll just have to cover it with a little bit more pink got a little crazy there oh and I'll just cover that up no one will ever know ah much better now I'm gonna take some a silver metallic puffy paint and paint on the posts there we go Tim you don't kind of smooth it out by using the tip of my little puffy paint now I'm gonna go in with this shiny white colour and put it on their little nose here and let that dry all right now I'm gonna try to create the teeny tiniest little ears ever with of course my little scribbles paint so just the same way I did the little strawberry stems I'm gonna do the same thing for their ears so I'm just gonna take a little bit here and kind of create a tiny teeny teeny teeny little ear can i connect the two there we go one ear and two now their ears are a little bit hidden if you can kind of see they're just a little bit hidden by the strawberry leaf like on this one but I'm just gonna go ahead and create the ear anyways it's no wrong way to do it when you're being creative so I'll put a little ear right here kitty here and little ear there we go pretty cute now just so their ears are not the same height as the little strawberry stem I'm gonna go back in and add a little bit more of my green in and just kind of build off of this little strawberry stem that's already here and make it just a little bit taller on both sides that looks so cool all right now I'm gonna paint on my little kitty faces so I'm gonna take some of this white fabric paint and put a tiny tiny bit one right here oh so small and one right here on this strawberry now I'm gonna use some black acrylic paint and I'm gonna take a toothpick and put some on my go to pick here because these eyes are so teeny teeny tiny and create my little tiny face on here so a little I drop right here yeah so one Kitty has eyes open and the other one has their eyes closed yum yum there we go same thing I'm hearing twins I'm gonna use my paintbrush and paint on the eyes yeah now add in some more eye details that kind of cute how they're like looking at each other so I'll add some white in a little bit right here the little eyes are so tiny cute little strawberry I'm just gonna have to go in with my toothpick just a little bit just a touch and go back in with my black very carefully oh it's so small little tiny petkin eyes believe it or not they actually gave these teeny tiny happy places little tiny eyelashes tiniest little eyelash right here in here and no time for that tiny little happy face and whiskers I mean this is just so so tiny woo little whisker here oh now it's earring twins turn woo little whiskers oh now I touched it some eyelashes did you so we'll finish up the eyes just tiny little touches of black all the way around and all the way down please that cute little shopkins look perfectly now they just need their tiny tiny eye dots little for the happy places no don't little on the petkins now I'm going to add in the tiniest tiniest bit of Mod Podge Mod Podge is the perfect sealer so it's gonna seal in all of the acrylic paint that I painted on these super cute little squishy so just paint it right on that way I can squish these squishies forever and ever and ever and the paint will stay on alright let's check out these squishies oh it's like the biggest pair of earring twins ever oh I am so SuperDuper excited with how these earring twins turned out so we've got Katy number one and Kitty number two and they are look at that look look at how squishy they are they are uber dubard uber squishy you can't do this with a real pair of earrings we completely bend them down no way alright so earring twins are SuperDuper squeaky squeaky I love squishy so much you know you can just totally squinch them down and they all right so these turned out really really cool now let's check out the teeny tiny teeny weeny little happy places petkins we go it's the double little strawberries that are adorable cute little kitties you know their ears might be a little bit too pointy and just take my scissors and just kind of cut the points off of them just a little bit there we go that looks like their little tiny kitty ears all right so this is my very first little happy places little squishy and I think it turned out really cute and let's give them a squish double strawberry squish go oh so so soft soft soft II totally totally cute little strawberries that you can totally squish again you can't do this with real strawberries you'd get strawberry juice all over your hands so these turned out really really adorable double kitty twins wish yay cookies make sure you double up your fun and happiness today and don't forget to squeezy on over to my next video I
