DIY Galaxy Themed Ice Cream

hey everybody Welcome to the video where I do whatever I want and today I want to make some Galaxy themed ice cream now I've never done a Galaxy themed anything that I can recall and I know people have done this in the past but they haven't done it in a really long time so I think I should bring it back remember Galaxy was a theme for everything is it it's not still a theme right that's out that's when I'm hopping on the train is when it's over so we're going to begin ready let's let's begin okay so oh this is dirty this is there's a thing in there I don't want dirty now this seemed weird it's just condensed milk and heavy whipping cream with some vanilla in it so I don't know how good this is going to taste but it looked cool and that's all that matters right that's it that's all that matters all right so in a large mixing bowl I found it beat whipping cream on medium until soft peaks form what's a soft Peak we'll find out two cups heavy whipping cream one pint equals 2 cups right let's hope because I don't want to do any more math anymore it's not like I did any in to begin with I just don't want to do math heavy whipping cream this is thick this is some thick W that's wo it's heavy I guess it's saying true to its name girl so I mix on medium locket until soft peaks form I totally know what soft peaks are [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] I don't think I see any soft peaks yet 6 to 7 minutes I'll get back to you jeez this is 6 to 7 Minutes of this this is boring it's been in there 7 minutes I don't know if that's a soft Peak what does a soft Peak look like what does a soft Peak with heavy whipping cream look like a visual good Siri helped oh she took me to a bing website who uses Bing if you have to Google search Bing in order to use Bing just use Google search when you hold the Whisk upside down the Peaks to just start to hold that's running that's very runny how do you what do you up nope it's not peaked yet we have not peaked we have not reached our Peak thank god oh momento let's try this again turn it there's no peeking nothing has peaked don't that's not good oh I can't tell I maybe 30 more seconds maybe okay I think that's right I think that's a soft Peak I have no idea I'm just really bored of mixing it then I add a cup of condensed sweetened condensed milk it kept being like 1 8 oz can but there was no freaking 8 oz can there was 14 oz cans which I just didn't understand should I show you guys what a soft peek looks like in my book do you see it do you see it do you see it anyone that's actually good at baking or cooking is probably like that's not a soft peek let me learn from my mistakes and a tablespoon of vanilla oh I love that smell oh it smells so good it just reminds me of my mama's cookies Mommy will you make me some cookie dough thank you and mix well until combined mix together H mix together H mix together H does anyone know what song I'm referencing step together h St together huh just let me live my life everyone's judging me right now stop judging me trying to make my Peak soft and my things mixed together this should taste good now right it's not very sweet is this what my ice cream's going to taste like these are pretty lame ice cream okay you're mixed together I've decided I have no idea see that's a peak and it folds back onto itself I'm thinking that's a peak oh I think I made it too thick I think that's a medium Peak it doesn't matter pretty sure it does matter but it doesn't M just long long as it looks pretty guys remember it's all about the looks you don't have to be happy you just have to look happy that was depressing all right I want that to be sweeter are you sure it was just a tablespoon of vanilla 8 oz of sweet condensed milk 1 tablespoon vanilla I'm questioning this whole thing scoot back you guys are always in my face I have bowls oh I was pushing it the wrong way all right now I set separate it into [Music] bowls I'm trying to separate it evenly but it's not working just taking forever you like my artistic shot I was totally ready to talk to you guys and I realized how weird this looked anyway now it's time to put the food coloring in the bowls you do it separately so then you can figure how to mix it to let me live um also it said to get a black food dye but none of the stores had it so I got black gel decorating stuff and we're going to hope that does the same [Music] thing okay this one didn't seem to work so well so we're going to just add more M it's slightly darker [Music] you know what this is the color we got and this is what we're going to use the Galaxy doesn't need black you know the universe you look up it Galaxy totally needs black but you deal with it putting this on the bottom because it's a disgrace to everything I stand for all right now we're going to do the blue [Music] I got it on my sprinkles all right guys this reminds me of two things one a birth announcement cake and you're going to cut open it and see the gender of the baby with the cake color on the inside and two you ever see Hook when they had that fake meal with their imaginations and it was all that like Gunk stuff that they were eating and it was food to them that's what this is that's it so I realized my colors aren't on precisely but you know what you live in you learn again let me make my own mistakes and now we're going to like uh kind of mush it together a little [Music] bit it looks really hippie-ish like 60s status I don't think I really nailed the whole galaxy theme what what do you think the lady online said to add sprinkles for a sparkle I I don't think the sparkle worked okay that's close to my face I don't think I really got Galaxy I think I got more like unicorn baby but we're going to freeze this and then we'll eat it and I'll let you know how it is maybe with the gray white underneath nope I should have got darker color shouldn't I have you can't respond you're a premature ice cream time to put this in the freezer for 4 to 6 hours meaning I'll finish this tomorrow okay all right it's the next day this thing has been in the freezer for almost 24 hours I got an out let's try it guys oh my I just woke up my dog sh I'm filming it still looks like a baby cake my sprinkles didn't make it look very fancy let's get a a shot here while I uh dive into this you ready are you ready oh God this is really tough it's very difficult okay okay okay yeah that's okay oh it looks kind of gray it looks more gray than uh than a white right there we go there we go okay yeah that's uh I don't think it's Galaxy I don't think it qualifies as Galaxy but I think it looks cool we got to taste it are you ready look at my big bowl of ice cream this most pathetic Bowl anyone's ever made I should make it look cool God these are really hard to get into there we go there we there it is okay I'm not going to lie it actually looks kind of cool guys when it's there's like a big clump of it that actually looks pretty cool that looks pretty legit I'm into it I'm going to taste it now ready it tastes like cheap vanilla ice cream what guys I made ice cream and it looks cool this I wish my dog could eat this with me cool I'm really proud of myself I I actually made something look I did it I did it what was the last time I actually achieved something guys like this isn't even a fake achieve this is a real achieve like I made ice cream and it looks like fun it might not have hit the whole galaxy theme quite right but it still looks cool look [Music] good I win it tastes like vanilla ice cream all right I guess that's
