wd detailing, hey guys welcome back to the channel  my name is brent and today we have a really cool   backstory on this volkswagen beetle that was just  pulled out of the woods for the first time since   1997 and first and foremost check out this  gnarly spiderweb i have no clue how long it   took the spider to make it but i felt so bad when  we vacuumed it up so the woman who owns this car   now her dad bought it for her as her first car  and then eventually they had to sell it but years   later they tried to seek it out again and they  think that this yellow bug is the same one that   she had when she was younger so her dad bought  it for her again but eventually he passed away   so this is something that she can remember him by  and she'll be moving down to florida sometime soon   and she has plans to turn it into a dune buggy  or something of that sort and as you guys know   we always do a question of the video so leave  your answers in the comments below for this one   i'm ahead  and started working on the engine bay where we   took a vacuum first to suck out any of the  loose debris and then used a leaf blower   afterwards to make sure we got as much as we  possibly could before using the pressure washer   and this engine is most likely seized after  sitting for so long but we still figured   we'd clean it in case the mechanic  down the line decides to work on and let us know okay this part's so satisfying as we  spray the iron fallout remover on the car   watch all the iron coming off of it turn purple and what we're doing here is  using a clay pad on a buffer   instead of a clay bar because it makes  the process a lot quicker and a lot of   this grime was still stuck to the paint and  it would have taken us forever to get it off all right guys so if you saw our camera video  which is maybe two or three videos ago it the   hood or the roof rather on that camry had a  big dent on it and we went into the inside   of the car and were able to punch it out  um this car also obviously has a huge dent   and i think it's because a tree fell on it if  i'm not mistaken that's what the owner said   so there's dents all over but we think that we'd  be able to pop this one out from the inside so uh   we're gonna give it a shot and hopefully have a  little bit flatter of a roof here so here we go pdr baby that's pretty good my yes and after getting the paint polish we went  ahead and moved on to the chrome which was   pretty rusted so we used some steel wool and  some metal polish and it cleaned it right up and now with everything polished  we went ahead and used our buffer   to apply some colonize 845 wax to  get the paint completely protected so and moving on to the interior if you look closely  we found the hubcaps so we went ahead and cleaned   those a little bit later and we put them on  the wheels but we did that after the interior me okay oh um now this was kind of fun to show it was probably  not so fun for rj to have to actually do   but cleaning the vinyl top he used the  tornador that has the apc attachment and   it actually made it a breeze it's just kind  of awkward shooting it up in the air and then   things
