three two one go alright everybody so once again my name is catalyst I'm the current world record holder for this category in Dark Souls 1 as a pretty face this is the prepare to die edition this is not the remastered edition there are very big differences between the two games so much so that they're completely separate leaderboards so this will be the prepared to die edition the more of an old-school run so to speak so we start off in the end of the solemn you might notice that I'm starting a spiral answer which is like insane thrown back so like 2013 but this time it's not actually for the offensive capabilities that the Pyromancer has instead it's gonna be for the pyro sir which is gonna allow us to exploit some bleachy stuff later online oh you guys are here for the glitchy stuff so this is the first boss I started with black fire bombs as my gift so you should get rid of the sound of demon rabbit quickly and as the crowd goes wow that's one out of 26 on the 25 more to go if only all of them right is easy as I'm running through asylum you're gonna see me toggling all the time that is because toggling as you're starting your sprint animation makes you start sprinting sooner so I'm gonna be doing that pretty much throughout the entire run it doesn't save too much time but if you do it for you know over an hour straight then you're bound to save at least some frames and it gives you something to do we pick up the parlance of starting item it's the handbags which is not very good but it is something and we also get the shield which is really an excuse for a shield it's more of a Parris take you're gonna see later on that my weapon actually looks better than my shield we talked to Oscar Oscar who's well whose words I cannot understand as much as I can understand veneer or giblets which put it that way he tells us something about burning something down but that is actually up to you to decide because there's another bid incentive throughout this run for the ending either we got the link the fire we have the backward ending so you can either prove him right so you can prove him bullets it's up to you so we exit asylum the first thing I do with absolutely zero shame is I'm gonna level up one point of six thirty so we do that now what I have to do is I have to go to the undead merchants and I have to purchase some items because I'm not starting as answers we used to anymore honza started with both bows and essential both an essential item what the devil just do boys an essential item to the speedrun so the plan right now is to go to the merchants and I immediately will have to actually do some some glitching because there's an item that I'm not gonna be able to afford to purchase however I can use the fact that this is a console port and there's a mouse cursor on the screen I'm gonna click left mouse button to switch category at the same time as I press purchase on an item that I can afford and that way I'm gonna be able to afford the residents key even though I only have good souls and of course it costs 1000 right after that I'm also gonna attempt a very new skip that's really inconsistent it's probably not gonna work and we gonna have to go for a back out but let's try so I first purchase 11 arrows that's where it ball purchase the ball that's the promise what glitch now I'm gonna get on this box I'm gonna try to utilize keyboard to get over this one pixel vibrating oh that actually might have worked no way that would be awesome so I'm quitting out and if you're lucky my stored position will be on top of this railing I'm gonna roll off to the lower Berg roll away from the dog I'm gonna heal up and put out again quitting out in this game resets the enemies to their basic or rather default positions that's gonna be utilized a couple times throughout this round I've got a firebomb this dog cuz he's really annoying and we're gonna go ahead and acquire the mail breaker Mel Burke is gonna be also very important for the map it's not a very strong weapon but it will allow us to do the mousou plagiarism which I'm gonna delve into a little bit later yeah give this guy's way I'm not a quitter that's because there's just so many enemies in this area and really the amount of research that we would do we're not quitting out would be absolutely insane so now the reason I got the residence key I'm gonna free up Greeks which is a sorcerer that's trapped in here I need to buy some stuff from him so firstly three month there's a little glitch there where basically the wrench on opening the door is actually wider or rather it extends further than the wrench on the dialog and if you're in the dialog you cannot open the doors so I stand in a little bit of a precise position there to open up the doors without having to go to the hour plus I'm not a quitter on this cage door that says to get rid of the dogs the dogs are really annoying in this game fortunately we've been able to maintain pretty hall health bar all right this guy's getting a little bit closer and the name of social distancing when again we're gonna move him out of the way there's some more hollows here these doors complete to the gold financing they also get opened by the residents key which I had bought from the merchants and gold buying resin is very very important for the upcoming boss who's actually he's weak to lightning right so this this works really well it's a buff to my weapon based of lightning we get around the barrel there now this is actually why I pick very slim so I can slip through there now I'm just kidding very slim is just a visual effect doesn't fortunately change over here folks you can do that jump no matter what okay so this fight what I'm gonna do because the hand axe is not very good I'm gonna utilize the fire bomb strategy which I which I figured out I'm gonna get him to the point where skill stagger in one hit which is at the moment and now as I'm recovering stamina I'm gonna fire bump him which gives a lot of damage staggers him and I can finish him in a combo that's two bosses down 24 to go if I'm not mistaken yeah this really doesn't work too well environments mm have much stamina as long as your stamina bar is at least at one that's the green bar on top left you can still attack but the handbag slide drains a lot of stamina for the Pyromancer so what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna utilize the bone and I'm gonna bake the hell guide rake I'm gonna apply thread and this is very important now this must not go wrong otherwise you would have trouble I'm gonna cut his tail carrying it fail gives me the drake sword and drake sword will be utilized for the next two bosses and also for killing the Black Knight here up the tower I have to do that because he's gonna drop the weapon we're gonna be using for the most of the run the black knight greatsword got to to fall because I'm gonna be jumping off this tower it's the fastest way to get down I'm gonna attempt to bury this guy well I just failed okay I'm actually gonna quit out cuz the hollows gonna be catching up wow he will see you as fast that was that was unexpected it's 4:00 in the morning man you cannot test my reflexes like that alright nice try because in this Sandow I'm gonna do some anyway I'm just ordering some items you get rid of it it's gonna drop the black knight greatsword fantastic and then we're gonna jump off the tower I'm gonna again do something while midair ignore that guy and we gotta approach the goggles the third boss fight of this run now what I'm actually gonna do now is the Musel glitch which essentially what it does is it allows me to transfer part of one weapons move set to another so I can use the mail breakers move set who's running attack that was the glitch the melbeck is running attack hits Weiss but it's still gonna deal the same damage of the Drake Sauron so I can basically the double damage like that the way it works is because the old weapon you can two hands in your left hands as I activate this shortcuts and quit out while healing up because coming up next is the holo-room which is a kind of scary place with a lot of enemies the only weapon they can to hand in your left hands so what I do is I actually queue up the bow as I'm stuck in an animation and when that happens as it is queued up in the memory before the game execute the commands I swap out the ball for the weapon of my choice and that way I to hand the weapon in my left hand now because the bow doesn't actually have any information about a plunge attack a running attack and a roping attack those are taken from my right hands so now the gargoyles fire there's gonna be two of them hopefully I'm gonna be able to get rid of the first one we got the best over in the game I'm gonna cut the tail what or gave them the next simple stagger and the next row now depending on what happens in the second gal goal it could be easy or not this is easy and I'm gonna use a homeward bone which is gonna teleport me to the last bonfire which I like are checkpoints in this game I'm gonna level up some stats I'm preparing to be able to use the B kgs in Anor Londo and I also will get 15 intelligence to be able to use full control so now I'm gonna approach drinks I'm gonna do again the prom slope glitch well I'm affording things that I normally cannot afford I'm gonna buy a 20,000 ring here like that I've just committed crime for the thousands of people that that is but hey just don't tell the other longer fraud department as was a brought up to me beforehand and I think we'll be okay you know emergency stay at all some trash that I normally you know that were normally quite in my inventory it is very important it is very important to keep your inventory in check here from Greeks I bought the catalyst and haha and I bought the fall control spell which is gonna allow us to abuse it for some glitching I also bought the lingering dragon crest ring which is going to extend its duration and it's very important for some key skips speaking of key skips coming up is one of them well my voice at four in the morning is not doing that I'm gonna bait this whole over to follow me and then I'm gonna bury him and repost in a very specific direction hopefully I don't mess this up and then my characters gonna clip through the ball and I'm gonna hit one of the triggers and that's this one that is the death cancer here so normally if basically we fall out of bounds the game gives you this special camera for that sweet sweet cinematic feeling just like the game runs at 30fps for that sweet sweet cinematic feeling okay I guess I'm doing better than ulti with the frames per second during the states nothing those are dealers that's essentially because the next area sense fortress is already loaded however the gate leading to it which normally you would have to ring two bells to unlock and do like a huge portion of the game in the early game it's not loaded so I'm just gonna run through with credit outs everything goes back to normal and that's the sense gate scale now the reason I don't die when I give this camera is because those are actually two distinct triggers couple of centimeters apart one of them is the camera trigger and one of them is the kill box and with precise positioning I'm able to only get the death camera instead of getting the kill box so this is sense fortress this is a very well-known area and I think my chair is actually sinking which is not great my chair but because there'd be some issues and I kind of gotta stop throughout the wrap but yeah if you look at the webcam closely and just being drawn into the abyss at the moment this area is on a timer like as soon as you quit out so if you quit out in the same position you're gonna have the same cycles all the time now what you're gonna notice is also throughout the rabble's always almost always gonna be blocking when I'm sprinting around that it's because Miyazaki the creator of this game my my very good friends he thought it was a great idea to put everything on one bond so the sprint and jump feature are all on the same battle ok chair let's make a deal okay you're not gonna sing for now for this run and then you can sing however much you want tomorrow alright get some sleep think about it anyway so because I'm blocking a cat I was close actually because I am blocking what happens is when I try to roll I instead of jumping I get the I got the roll right I was pretty sorry I got over confuse that by the traps Elise I'm working for these pendulums I'm actually gonna wait it out because I was a little bit behind after getting hit by the trap and what we're gonna do is we're gonna enter the rooftop of sense fortress and we're gonna approach iron golem now I don't go on as a culotte he's very tanky the Drake store is not a very good weapon besides early game because it only has more scaling which I rather it only has brought their mixture so that means - there's no scaling for the for a lot of parts of the run I think I'm actually gonna heal up just to make sure these guys were throwing these boulders are not that great on this patch on the initial release on the console on old patch they got like insane important insane tracking with these fire boulders but not on this this version unfortunately it's also like the only version that that's available on PC so here's Bob we're gonna get rid of them by Bob and now basically because he's so tanky I'm gonna utilize the fact that he can stagger in 400 damage below his knee level so I'm gonna do very specific to running attacks and if I do them correctly I'm gonna stagger them at a perfect angle on this small ledge a small bridge okay I forgot the good part so that's one more attack to stagger there it is and now 200 more damage to get him to follow [Music] - and above I like I understand that the gyms are closed and stuff but come on mom you gotta get your squats in skipping like days even in the quarren see absolutely incredible so yeah I go to a good cycle I was a pretty quick fights that's amount of balls down we get to Anna Longo a lovely area these sentinels as long as you don't get too close you don't date on attack you they respect to social distancing rules I love it we can approach the out along the bonfire at that bonfire I'm gonna level up my last stats needed to be able to wheel the B kgs which I'm not able to to reel just yet in case you're wondering why I haven't used it so that is 22 strength and that's gonna be 18 dexterity and now I'm gonna abuse the full control cut out glitch right so fall control is a spell that normally like damage full damage that wouldn't kill you from full HP it's got a neglected however it has neck it has like side effects and that is it delays the game dealing damage to you I'm gonna activate this elevator and then instead of taking it I'm gonna jump down and I'm gonna quit out just at the right time and because full control delays my the damage that the game deals to me it delays it enough that the game stores the position on the bottom before I take damage so I quit out as the position on the bottom is stored and that way I can essentially survive any fault in this game um can we have very shortly on the Raptors I'm gonna order some I'm gonna order the menu around over again and hopefully these guys who even wear masks like these are like you know top-notch citizens during this pandemic honestly hopefully they don't need me around the kid I got just went away again the social system saying I love it I'm gonna go ahead and equip the pyro set now in this game there's a glitch called the arrow which is sure they wouldn't exactly what it sounds like I can chain rolls when I roll off of a platform me there as long as I'm at a very specific weight load that means according to my endurance as long as I have very specific items equipped I'm gonna be able to do that and because the the roll gives you iframes I'm gonna be able to survive full damage that way so first of all I'm gonna do something I call Cass for control cuz there is a death camp right here so I'm gonna be able to survive it because it's a little bit of a different level that can then I'm gonna do these arrows and I'm gonna get into the death camp state yet again now this second state will allow me to pass through the shortcuts to the giant blacksmith which is super important instead of catchy Cathedral now you also see this insane sonic blue line that is because this def cameras all a bit different the way it's coded is instead of there being a kill box next to it as soon as you hit the death cap the game's gonna heat kill you as soon afterwards as you hit the ground but if I have full control it doesn't actually kill me the fall control prevents it so in the background state I'm gonna run towards the the giant blacksmith and we're gonna do some more scamming this town is actually gonna be even more elaborate I'm gonna be combining really quickly to glitches at once I'm gonna cue up a quantity that's why I bought the Toreros or 11 I'm gonna bring this quantity into this inventory purchase item and now there's an item that I cannot cannot afford muscles wrinkle inside tonight so I have to swap which I live in the run already before however at the same time I brought in quantity into the menu which means I bought 10 of them even though I can't afford them so this is like the hyper omega scam at the same time I used queuing up a soul to bring that quantity into into the the merchants menu and afterwards I popped the soul because the promise of actually like James or my souls but as I booked the solo I'm able to go ahead and upgrade my BK just two plus five which is the maximum upgrade that's why you know that that time blacksmith is so important because it allows me to essentially get my weapon power to the absolute max all right coming up is one of the hardest fights of the run I guess we get the good opener that's the slide on the left I'm gonna try to roll behind the emotional Stan doesn't jump around I get staggered with my black knight greatsword oh that's odd that's good the shower there but we stayed the stay just the way face - it's all bit easier because I can just stagger looks more when he's alone so as you can see I'm doing very good damage already if you also notice the health bar I'm dealing damage in two ticks that's because of the Muslim and because we can just +5 is you're so strong I'm able to this disposed these bones and this both of these bosses rather quickly and because in this game not only do normal damage bellows with your poise damage I can bosses can get staggered like this so coming up next is the last with the amazing chest as was told by the message on the ground now she's fake I'm talking about her in their entirety so I'm just gonna shoot her she's an illusion and I'm gonna update the Lord vessel for now this is fast then then talking to her and getting the cutscene also gets the Anolon go to dark states as you can see here which is gonna allow us to access green very much easier so what I'm gonna do now is I'm gonna level up endurance to be able to faster oh that's because the black knight greatsword is a lot heavier than a me well any other weapon that we have used before so now I have enough stubble stamina and endurance to be able to to be able to build eval faster oh and there's more scouting there for Griggs the freedom justice camping again we get a second ring this ring actually do sorceries and it's gonna be also very vital especially in the latter parts of the Robin now you might be wondering what happened online filing that is because the Lord vessel which are just acquired from from Guinevere is an item that allows us to war between vampires right so now like our transfer it's gonna be a lot faster now I'm running back to the undead asylum that is because I'm never Salim actually has a stray demon in that and I need to access painted world and after stray demon you are able to obtain an item as I put on my gamer gloves to prevent the sweat from hindering this run as the chair has already attempted to the peculiar dole after stray demon allows me to enter the painted world and the painted worlds not only has Priscilla which is a boss nice gutsy mate and all is it a boss but at the same time there's an item in within the painted worlds which I'm gonna abuse for a glitch and it's very very important it looks like when you failed the moon slope it's so don't like you know it's very very quick motion and straight even is an insane time so hopefully we got several attacks okay that's the I'm gonna attack under him I'm gonna punish whatever he's doing to put into the game somehow right so that's why it's like this snowy place where well it's just there's a lot of concepts kind of meshing together and it feels a little bit out of the out of place out of the world that's why they put it inside this like special magical painting so I'm the special magical painting there's a lot of these holes they don't want show us but like if you got hit by two enemies you pretty much die as you've noticed I'm running around without armor I mean armor doesn't do much besides you know fashion in this game anyway but what I'm gonna do here is actually something very interesting so I'm gonna run up these stairs and I'm gonna acquire the red so red sign soapstone first there's these crows with small bats for big wings the wings hurt so I'm gonna try to hold them and avoid them and I'm gonna pick up this item which is actually designed for online PvP usage but I'm not picking it up because we're gonna do some confit PvP and later on in the run instead I'm picking it up to abuse it for a very important ledge right after that you saw me plunge a slope and as long as I have fall control I can just plunge any slope any curved surface and that's gonna prevent any fall damage from occurring because that would have like that's a high enough of a high they would have killed me in one go so it's actually like fokin to a woman prevent that damage so archers I gonna attack why I have to look backwards I'm gonna try to avoid their arrows and we're gonna approach crystal everyone's favorite by far in this round also everyone my wife over the game has to offer now as soon as you attack her she goes invisible so instead what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna shoot it with an arrow and she can go on off invisible she wants but the objects not gonna disappear I'm gonna move up as the fight starts she spawn behind us she's right there you can see the arrow it's three running attacks that's one two and that's three and she's dead now the ring towards my death but so was she so we answered the painted world that's all we have to do there the boss there is done and now we're gonna head over to dwindling which is like everyone's least favorite boss because it's literally orangey there's three different attacks that gwyndolin can do which is not a lot and because we don't have enough damage yet to kill him in one cycle in just one running attack we have to do two running attacks and he teleports away so what we need is we need a specific attack it's the arrow attack after which he staggers if I hit any so I need him to get staggered and then I can get to attack saying I'm gonna pull this level I'm gonna add a group some items again for some comfy menuing later or now on this elevator is important that I take very specific path because of how collision works here normally I can get thrown me there if I don't do it correctly and if I get thrown me there is I'm next to that painting already and he can kill me without my ability to roll so that would not be there one Oh be very cool so we're gonna be approaching gwyndolin here on the four gates I'm gonna equip some fire bombs that's gonna be for the Hydra fight coming up in just a couple of minutes and hopefully we get some ass this is like one of the one of the big gates keepers of the run so to speak so he teleports away initially let's see what he starts with okay so that's the whole week so Lamaze we have to hide behind the pillar coming up next is the blast we can approach as that is happening I probably could have gone there but let's just play it safe yeah I definitely could have gone there because he actually even did three but let's plate say if I don't want him to like teleport away and he gave us a matter arrow attack that was very good so I'm gonna nudge these arrows this is gonna stagger him and right off the bat I'm gonna be able to do not a running attack and kill him great I'm gonna hold on to my last but fire level up some stats and get ready for some more glitches so first I'm gonna get some artistic strength that's um that's like a breaking point for something that's a breaking focus on bosses then I level up intelligence I'm not sure if I drop the sawing we'll have to find out later on so what I'm gonna do here is I'm gonna utilize the same glitch that I used on the giant blacksmith but this time with 99 arrows so I queue up the bow get mad and on arrows into this inventory and then I purchased the pike while I have the 909 quantity story so now you might be asking Cara why the flip 99 fights well a lot so let me tell you this the reason I did 99 fights is because there's a there's a mechanic that wasn't demon souls and it's left over in Dark Souls as well and that is the inventory ah weight load limits right and demon souls that was a normal normal part of the game however here I don't know why they kept it but essentially they raised it to 20 sorry they tested to ten thousand way units which you casually normally not gonna get to however because this Pike waisted units but I bought not a ton of them the game actually buys one Pike which weighs 999 pikes so now I'm basically crammed which means I'm all the weight which means that as soon as I try to pick up any item that weighs anything it's just gonna instantly drop it on the ground now the reason this is important is because let me see if I have the sword I have it let's just get rid of it there are droplets I'm so confused jump the story thank you he didn't want to leave me because in Demon Souls there's a ring called the ring of hurricane Killian string which increases thus limits and if you try to unequipped it it gives you dialogue then hey you're gonna be over way if you do it however this dialogue is in this game as swallower so what I'm gonna do that's the broken dialog and all of a sudden I have our TSR so what the hell happens well I'm able to equip thanks to this glitch items of one kinds that is a consumable in this case into a different slot so I can flip the red sign soapstone into my ring slots and because the red side soapstone shares the same ID number whether that you stolen the game just checks the ID number and it's like okay just equip the reptiles domain so that this ring this insanely overpowered ring which as long as I'm up to 20% HP which I clearly AM now that doubles all the way sometimes even triples my damage drop this their mates so this is the hydrofoils ah because normally do I have plus five by the same time I am RTS are active you can see that the gym on the top left for my character going I do insane amounts of damage so all I had to do was just throw a fire bomb then cut two hats at Hydra is dead now you might be wondering why I'm killing Hydra if it's not a boss it indeed isn't but it allows us to get to get into the dlc and that has four bosses now it's very typical of miyazaki that he you know releases dlc for his game and then makes it hard even for Sherlock Holmes to find it so I have to go to the side of the way and quit outs this goalie spawn said almost wanted to kill the Hydra there's dusk here I tell that I can help I'm gonna teleport back to the bonfire now because I've spoken to dusk when I go to Duke's archives there's gonna be a golem there and that golem is normally there but this time he's gonna spawn an item which by going back to the place where we just where it's gonna allow me turn to the DLC so now we're gonna approach safe I'm gonna get hit on purpose so that I can get below 20 percent again for the fights this is how it's gonna be for most fights now this is the last time I'm getting hit by an enemy on purpose I shouldn't have said that excuses are kind of dead now but hey I'm an honest man so for most boss fights I'm virtually gonna be one shot as soon as something hits me I'm gonna die so I'm gonna try to avoid that I'm gonna try to make that not happen so if it's the second last boss here in this area and we clear out this entire area because not everyone fire is actually workable and the one that we took in in dark roots is one of them so I'm trying to like clear up everything here before I have to sit anywhere else and override my life I'm gonna equip the gwyndolin soul and then as I'm waiting for the door to open and see if it's gonna be just the two shots however because he's a very old people way uh it's gonna depend on orangy how well the the fight goes there several openers if I get the correct one it should be very easy let's see what happens can I solve the correct one that's that's aerial skip and this one is super important so you guys don't know this game you might be wondering why I skipped the bells after gargles so instead what I'm able to do because normally you're supposed to place the Lord vessel and that's gonna open up some of areas in the game right it's just the normal game progression however I can do the skip to skip past one of these golden four gates that is supposed to prevent you from entering Duke's until you place the Lord vessel you place the Lord vessel at the gates to the last area of the game the phallic Alta but instead I can abuse the death care mechanics once again to get on this elevator I'm also gonna do pasol twice so this is something I haven't talked about I mention in brief is soon and the start of the Dukes are cast area is loaded just enough so that I can run there and quit outs while I pass the golden four gates it works out perfectly I also need the liquor enjoy interesting for this otherwise fall control would not last long enough and I would just die so that is that is absolutely essential so now the Duke that I mentioned you can see I pop the sole of window in which is you know an item I got from the mosque window in which upon usage gives us the stalls in the bottom right corner which is the currency that I used to level up my character the way I do it is actually very simple hold on I'm gonna get to the edge here I'm gonna walk so the game stores my position I'm gonna quit out and just as we load in you're gonna see the golden forget pop outs but we're just past it then we can progress into the duke's archives so the duper expire is similar to Musab I'm just giving up using a soul but that instead of before the game uses a soul hi drink from an Estes it still puts the soul however instead of using the charge of the soul what it does is it uses the charge of the SS fast which is the hero item I'm gonna pull this level there could be arrows again I do the dew began basis to be able to get to enough high intelligence for for the latter part of the problem for the late game really so here I'm gonna go ahead and kill the blue golem that's the guy who's gonna drop the broken peddler which is the item that allows us to get into the DLC now these enemies can be a little bit annoying there's plenty of them but it seems like with just these arches have any hints oh it's all gears and we gotta get to the Duke scape so Duke skip is basically some parkour in abusing the design of this elevator and it looks very simple hopefully I get its first try if not that's fine I can just spit out but it saves about five minutes of gameplay cos it skips completely the prison section and the first encounter of Seath which is the boss for this area okay I messed up that's okay like I said I can just spit out spawn back on top and we can try again I haven't messed this up in a while but unfortunately I kind of screwed up the lineup that not a big deal one thing you also see is that I did something with my rings that is because from Hydra we looked at us crowning now the dust crown ring as soon as I equip it it increases our amount of casts but it helps my HP now because the full damage in this game is consistent is based upon your max HP I'm able to abuse this mechanic to get more convenient RTS our setups from full damage alright so I could try you know that's okay I'll take it I'll take it I'm gonna get him out of the way because again social distancing error hopefully this gotten sniped me I mean it's happened to me once and I've been through a thousands of times but gdq luck you don't know that I'm just gonna jump off and perform the fall control quit outs now what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna pull this level this is how this level to pull in this game okay we gotta foster eyes cuz I'm pretty low on HP there's a lot behind me I'm gonna pay attention to it but he seems to be chillin so that's good jump off and now I'm gonna brush the skip that I failed at sgdq to perform a normal full control fit-outs instead of the slope without the so-called slope without actually actually called that should we call okay okay skip us here um so uh yeah normally what I did here at gdq last time is I didn't have full control and there's a little slope there on the crystal and in this game if you get a slope upon landing the game's number-one priority is to get you to the bottom of the slope and that goes even above damage being dealt to you so you can basically perform a full control quit out glitch without fall control that way you keep that in mind because it's actually gonna be very important for a skip later on in the game so now we're approaching see I'm gonna do some very specific paths I get to not get any clamps in the fights because the full gate spawns really far away and now imagine this giant ass dragon and he devotes his entire life's worth to create this crystal and there's the crystal and it's dead so this crystal gives him immortality and he spent his entire life researching it and then comes this beef jerky look at home with her with a bull that cost about you know ten bucks and an arrow that costs three souls and just destroys it in Mongkok and then destroys seethe because jack is just just really big and there's a lot of damage but you don't take any damage you kill him first so there's that okay so now we're gonna approach Mumbai butterfly because right after this I want to go to the DLC now butterfly is a ranged boss it's expert in a while to get the closer so that we can actually kill them so this is the only reason I bought the great heavy soul arrow from Griggs it is this this moment so it's your time to shine I've also put the bell ring driving crest ring to get 20% damage boost to my sorcerer it should be a 5 shots it's very random boss and get to the fights I'm gonna do something and then I'm gonna dupe the soul once and then puppets and I think during this fight it's okay if simply results on some of of one more combo as you can see there's a lot of damage to the casual eye you might think that these fights are like really easy because I'm doing so much damage but honestly the opposite is true I have to very carefully plan my attacks because as soon as I attack I cannot roll the black knight greatsword drinks a lot of stamina and as soon as I attack I'm basically not gonna be able to vote forget seconds so if I get it after that I'm dead right so there we took some mushrooms I mean we spoke to some mushrooms and bought the head and body the head and body is very important actually I didn't take the bonfire I wanted to take the safety bonfire well that's uh that's a little bit scary it's like right now so if I die now I'm gonna spawn all the way before the VLC hopefully no pressure though um so we get a body to hit it body that's a really do exactly what it says it would do instead it's gonna allow me to pass by enemies just a little bit better basically the range that they're gonna see me from it's gonna be shorter and that's very important for the VLC because in the DLC there is a lot of enemies that I need to pass by so we first have some arrows here the deal is the same you might notice that the set up is a little bit different that's because I level up my endurance to 18 so I have to do a little bit of a different set up I'm gonna buy some fireballs just to be safe but I also bought the green blossom that from Chester well is that item that actually increases the regeneration of my stamina very important for the DLC bosses and I bought the word stylist remember what status meant what it does is in this game there are mimic chests that will kill you if you open them but you can either kill them amico you can put it to sleep so that's what we're gonna do with that item killing these dogs is actually really precise so fortunately that one well that's one out of two scary things out of the way I'm gonna be approaching kalameet now that's gonna be the third boss in this DLC Holloway because the way it's programs is that you have to trigger it in here then you need to approach her and if you see golf and the tower one of Quinns Knights quit being the final boss she's gonna shoot it down first and then only then you can fly to however there's actual away in certain categories to kill him like in 100% uh without speaking to golf which is super cool hopefully I'll get to show that show that off to you guys at some points but next up is the iconic artorias many people's favorite boss this DLC is called archers of the abyss after him it's another boss word get abused to stagger mechanic but if I miss anything pretty much dead so hopefully we get some good out in June okay that's a good old but I'm just gonna do this job I'm gonna attack him from behind go in front of him into a stager and then okay not whipped but fortunately is going to this to his buffets so that was that could have been very scary but he decided to go through with the buffets and he's dead but yeah that was that was close I'll tell you that was actually close so my ends up PAP arena guys if you wanna be what I'm obviously playing on flying that's necessary for speedrunning the reason I need to enter the PvP arena is because of the purple cows crystal that we have just obtained it's an item that normally if you're online it will teleport you to that arena but we gotta be able to use it for a very major glitch I'm gonna level up intelligence this is my last level up of the game I'm gonna hit embody also uh level not for two months will be able to have to do spells at the same time and some more arrows found this down the shortcuts oh that enemy was also pretty closely and now we're gonna use it embody for the first time that's because this is the part really where there's just a lot of enemies around us as you can see and bees deal a lot of damage like if I get candidate by these guys I'm one short dead so I'm gonna try for that to not happen it would be preferable at the same time I don't wanna get hit even without a kind of hit because there's some RTS are setups you know from full damage them that I'm trying to keep here so here we're gonna approach the chest that has a key in it I'm gonna put it to sleep with us in this talisman and if this key to get to golf that's the NPC that's gonna shoot down kalameet like I have mentioned as you can see that guy just ignore me problem with it and body is that sometimes it's just gonna be inconsistent so can I cast it on body I equip the the ring that extends its duration and we're gonna get over he'll bridge now he'll bridge it's scary because there's Sorceress's here as well and they use the same spells I'm gonna be using all later all in Hanuman's maybe a lot of damage and they're really hard to dodge but they hit the wall so it's all good we should be fine now we're gonna get around this prisoner again I'm gonna prepare some arrows right after that down the elevator shaft okay this Errol is actually pretty precise and it's roll at a very specific time so that the iframes line up with me hitting the grounds we get rid of the Pyromancer armor and now I'm gonna get ready to pick up the most amazing spell in this game completely balanced dark beads if you've seen run of thousands before I'm sure you're familiar with this spell is a stable I got a little confused that's fine it's a stable in all bosses runs because it just packs such a punch first kill that sorceress so I don't get sniped I'm gonna get this spell and hopefully these enemies are gonna be complacent with my presence which they are fantastic we're gonna be approaching Manus but we gotta go we're not gonna approach him the normal way we're gonna do a four gate skip okay it's all interesting but gonna do a four gates gear which is gonna allow us to enter that into that fight from out of bounds it's a little bit faster than entering and normally I'm gonna move up here hopefully there's also like other boss is there more light game like four kings or the stuff in the Mos Eisley Klaus Capra demon um I quit out as the fight ends so that I spawn in front of the arena and I will get an approach gaping dragon but before that I'm gonna do the most convoluted dog's future set up for out of bounds out of all time so I'm gonna bulk straights and I'm gonna quit out okay know this dance is important you walk and you quit outs and then you're out of bounds so that's that the reason this works is because I quit out in a very specific place where there's an area transition and because of the game the way they gave loads one of the area's loads later than the other and I can just clip out of bounds and approach gaping like this yes this is also very important I need to jump on this mailing which is very precise actually and then quit outs again it's gonna store my position and then I'm gonna do another pretty precise jump over the other railing here into the gaping through the elevator now I would just die from full damage right but check this there is a boss conveniently placed below us so we get plunge attack him and survive the phone dealing massive amounts of damage to him without great rekt a great saw in the process and killing him now a you never ever supposed to actually plunge that boss it's just because it's a reskin of Asylum Demon the boss the first boss that we killed that you are actually supposed to punish so that's the reason it works it's also conveniently placed that's - and also his AI trigger is by the full gate and because we never enter the full gates by the full gate we never load his AI so we can just dispose of him very easily okay so this is more robot action okay so try I'll take it hey this is what I would take even in an inner run you know a third try is okay no great - okay this one works us - demon runes here so back to the top so this allows me to basically go straight for the scape without having to take this at wrecked by firestorm without the without the boss and that's good does that still an attack that could kill you here and because I had no blossom I couldn't roll as much as I normally would have wanted to but we nervous them totally knock on build record place runs their albums uh okay so there's no that many bosses left anymore now we're gonna go ahead and approach four kings that is because after this is pinwheel and Neto and we can only get to Neto if we place the long vessel because he's also behind the golden four gates much like seafoods much like Deus archives was but unfortunately for this little game we have a skip yet so what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna head over to new wanderings and I'm gonna kill four kings get to the file and ultimate cap place the Lord vessel and that way that way be able to get to meet a now the bonfire and following altar is not workable however because I don't need to really sit anywhere else we can just go ahead and boom back after that after Neto so here's gonna be a good skip I'm gonna go ahead and cast whole control for it again it's a normal full control cleared out but it's gonna look very special I also like how Joseph and it has chosen to do many things but like climbing over objects or something like that it's not one of them all running in like a 10 centimeter tall water in the in the lake slows him down completely but here he basically becomes an absolute Aquaman and yes yes walks are high above the shoulders and these children so because you can access this boss you can access this boss from out of bounds because the way that you answer this boss fight is by following there's no fall damage as long as you fall within the arena so that's what I'm gonna do now for Kings as the name suggests are four different bosses in one go spot in one boss fights I felt you something sir let's go back that way good however what I can do because they have both their own health powers each game but they also have a cumulative Hellfire and when the King dies as you can see I can still attack him and you'll damage to the cumulative health power so what happens this way I'm able to actually kill four kings in just 2 Kings so you would think that I'm scamming you off of two pulses but it's 26 boss is not 28 ok so actually if you want to count the two kings as two bosses I'm killing 27 so you have a boss extra so there's no reason to complain is what I'm saying okay this guy I'm just gonna kill the dog needs time so it doesn't matter how I really kill the first king as long as I don't think to warm all right here's the Serpent's when I started playing this game they were kind of scary but I've kind of just like grown doll to everything this game has to offer off the turf years of running it so he takes us to following out so we're gonna place the one nestled here and now we're gonna go to fire on our last abroad on our last adventure there Sam can see some of the Giants and the catacombs deformed so yeah all the other bosses sweet got the first try let's go so we got the first second third try amazing poker game that we're playing and we're gonna be approaching the last boss I'm gonna set up our to yourself from a running attack on this Black Knight that's why I equipped armor do I see what if one shot me so this is a little bit faster than opening the Lord Souls and running down the stairs above in about five seconds and try to navigate through these black knights let's wait a second before we give out some donations once I get past this guy okay I think we can read a donation out
