With MHMR patients, you can never count
on their actions and their reactions. You know, they're-- You can't predict them,
basically, is what it is, so that's going to be
our challenge on this one. We've had a busy day so far. Early this morning, we ran
a warrant, a drug warrant, and four of our guys
got shot at the front door, through the door. We secured the location, and in the midst of doing
all the paperwork for that and all the after-action
stuff on that, we got called out
on this barricade situation. The information
that we have right now is he's the only person inside. Witnesses have said
they've seen him on the second-floor window. (man)
If you look
at the complex there, we have our target. This is our suspect here. This team here is going to be the arrest team
on alpha side. (Junger)
Although the suspect
left his front door open, we don't want to just barge in, because he's supposed
to be armed. The first thing he'll see is,
basically, the top of our heads coming up the stairs, and we don't want to give him
something to shoot at. (Claggett)
We don't want
to take these stairs. That's asking for trouble. That's asking
for four more guys shot today. Listen up, guys. They're going to start
loud hailing, okay? [speaking Spanish] At this operation here, people are kind of on edge. We had no time to,
basically, decompress. Complacency is probably
the biggest battle we fight. We think that we
go beating on somebody's door and breaking their windows, they're going
to give up every time. The guy this morning,
he didn't want to. (Junger)
I tell you, to see your buddies get shot, that's a pretty
unique experience. I hope I don't have
to do it again, but I also realize
in this line of work, it's a realistic possibility, and it can happen right now. [speaking Spanish] (man)
Can you hear me? 810 to 850. Go ahead. (Junger)
The suspect isn't responding
to our loud hails, so we'll start preparation
to deploy gas to drive him
from the second floor down to the first floor. We'll push the gas and see if we can get
some movement downstairs, and we could launch one
in there, or we can just hold
what we got, see if we can't
press him out to us. Don't give him
the opportunity to barricade himself
downstairs. Now we've really
gained nothing, because he's
still inside. [speaking Spanish] Everybody hold your positions. (Junger)
Now, whether
he's going to give up, barricade himself,
we don't know. [man speaking Spanish] (Claggett)
We don't want
to take these stairs. That's asking
for four more guys shot today. Our goal is to drive him
from the second floor down to the first floor. We're going
to step out, and we're going to start
putting Less Le-- our chemical agent into all
the upstairs windows. (Junger)
This is a 40 millimeter

that contains a powder of CS gas. blam! When people come
in contact with tear gas, it causes their lungs to burn. It causes their skin to burn,
their eyes to burn. It makes it real hard

after we deploy those, we start following up-- (Claggett)
Chemical agents
are generally used to drive somebody from a point,
or in this case, to a point. We want him
to come downstairs to us where we've got eyes on him. We'll probably have a team
waiting for him when he comes downstairs. We've had some guys that were
impervious to the stuff. We're hoping he's not
one of them. [man speaking Spanish] Can you hear me? We got suspect

Feelin' pretty good. So, Randy, you'll owe me
a dinner. Well, it's test time. We'll go 12. Is there any way of cheating
on this thing? 13. Okay. When I started, I was about 187. 181. Not bad. Let's see the charts. All right. See, the old was 15.2% body fat. Okay, now your total is 9.8%. That's not bad. Randy, I give him credit. Anything
under 10% is exceptional. I didn't anticipate
getting under 10% body fat, so, actually, this I'm proud of. How are y'all? (Claggett) What should I get, Randy? Paul, you won the bet. Whatever you want.
Maybe. What about a stromboli? You can do that. Stromboli? You could. I actually thought
you'd say no.
