D16Z6 Turbo Build List + Pulls & Spools (20 PSI)

all right guys here it is the d16 z6 boosted civic what everyone wants to see what all did it take for me to put down roughly 300 horsepower let's go ahead and check this thing out check out the parts and the pricing and we'll go from there so the most important part the first thing that we need to talk about is this shell the shell is absolutely pretty good i ended up picking up the shelf for 600 beautiful quarter panels i mean it was pretty much spot-on of what i wanted besides it was a coop instead of a hatchback all right guys let's talk about the engine the most important thing this bad boy super hot intake manifold burning hot if you guys know a way to cool that off leave a comment down below i end up getting the swap for very cheap about 600 as well the block was already built hbm eagle rods cp pistons acl bearings arp rod bolts and head studs tx 50 57e turbo 53 millimeter 0.63 ar cast turbo manifold 38 millimeter rev9 wastegate custom dump tube and custom exhaust that goes to a bumper dumper let's check it out without the intake box it looks a lot cleaner what's up guys yeah a beautiful day dude yeah watch out for the intake box don't want to step on it's made out of uh aluminum foil some aluminum and aluminum tape so that thing's just all aluminum i'm gonna put this thing on like over here so we don't step on it and crush the hell out of it what do you think about it looks good so can you tell me what parts are on this can i tell you everything yeah tell me tell me what you know about this thing i know you got an ebay turbo kit that's my old filter probably like five years old still works how much how much horsepower do you think this thing adds uh negative two negative two so i'm probably losing at least two to five you know what your air duct actually might help it so it might be right at zero so yeah so as long as i have the air duct connected to the intake with some tape oh it's falling apart fake ks knockoff blow off valve which is basically an hks but it's fake 2.5 inch inside diameter charge pipes and a cx racing intercooler 2.5 bar map sensor motorola 460cc injectors with jumper harnesses msd external coil blocks performance slim fan competition stage 4 clutch with a competition 9 or 11 pound flywheel i don't exactly remember dsr fat 5s on this wrapped in 195 55 15 knockoff noble tires nankang tires which are like that's not grip for p28 chipped ecu from eb tech auto to manual transmission mount aluminum driver side mount which is basically completely done i mean look at that thing tire plug from last episode priceless i hope so we know it's gonna it's gonna go places yeah this thing is gonna go so many places i mean we're gonna take this thing down to florida on like a 300 mile trip and see how it does and hopefully like it doesn't break down in the middle of the road i can't forget the best part of it ejectocedo cuz so now that we got our passenger ejectocetoed fire extinguisher and i keep this thing on here because i've built this car myself and i do not 100 trust that it's not all for shows and looks and stuff but definitely like a race car definitely gives it the race car feel hey race car not rice car race car all right guys so i'm not going to completely disappoint you with a you know just boring parts video so we're going to go out and do a few pulls and you know see how this thing runs so oh well that's probably gonna be it for today's video guys thank you for tuning in as always we got my buddy tyler here awesome job he helped me out you know the next few months is going to get a whole new just rework updange exercise up the pressure up the horseberg and this thing is going to be absolutely sick the genesis and a few more videos more videos of the turbo civic and many more other cars to come so guys thanks for watching and stay tuned you
