Cyberpunk PC - Giveaways + Build in the custom Cougar Conquer 2 (Intel 10900 K / ASUS RTX 3090)

boom there it is ready to go that's uh that's super funny right there the cyberpunk 2077 build is about to begin and uh there it is yeah that is funny i've been doing this like the whole time and here you are the watching the whole time having it basically uh ready to go um yeah guys uh let's just say let's just let's just put these two things out here like this this this plus this right like that's that's all you need that's all you need right there this plus this and you're uh you're good to you're good to go right like that's that's all it takes um i want to start with uh just first of all remembering hold on dang it i've i'm not ready at all i should be this is what happens when you start things early i'm going to format all these and make sure that we can actually record this one more i was thinking i think this build may not be as bad as i think it's gonna be um this case is actually i really think cougar thought through this case um and uh so i think this won't be as to be building this today with the best parts from intel gaming the best parts from asus rog and then finally some other quality parts like folks from western digital and others that are going to be sprinkled in here and then we're going to be giving this away over the next month starting in two weeks so you'll be able to get in on that now a lot of people have been asking roby how do i get in on and uh you some of the stuff you guys haven't even seen before like for instance we got in the back we got like the red handle like again there's gonna be a lot of details and we haven't even gotten the rgb into this yet um so it's going to be it is massive it is very big um yeah it's it is big um okay well if it won't fit you guys don't have to worry about it you guys can just knock it into the giveaway it's fine right you don't want to win it it does it does look like a motorcycle it is very like when we saw this case from cougar we were like like at first i think people questioned our sanity um and they were like well you know that's not the right case but once it kind of came out like with the with the way that it looks on the front and stuff it is very cyber punkish and this all of this up here lights up we're gonna add some more additional rgb it is going to be glorious and all and we've even got the studio today all lit up in cyberpunk colors with blues and pinks and all that sort of stuff so we are we are embracing our inner cyberpunk tonight and uh and going from there does it go back to the future no crm cmr1121 it does not what is the pc build worth it's probably worth around five grand i think is what it when it'll all be said and done i mean just the gpu alone is like 1700 bucks right so yeah it's roby time okay so just to raise a hand is because i'm seeing who wants to talk about the parts that are in this thing because i think a lot of people are probably asking the questions like what parts do we actually have in this build um oh want to buy dad jokes hanging out right now on youtube and then 315 hanging out over at newegg twitch so that is awesome let's talk about the parts that we're putting in there today again guys i forgot the ice so please i don't think there i don't think they're going to sponsor me if i keep forgetting the ice i keep drinking all the water but not doing that stuff does the beast yes the beast will have rgb in it of course what kind of question is that a beast will absolutely have rpg in it okay so starting with the cpu guys it's going to be starting in this whole thing right now we're going to be starting with the i5 sorry the i9 the intel gate intel i9 10 900 k this is going to be the cpu that we're putting inside of this it's like the the top-end gaming cpu from intel uh it's a you know it's basically in terms of the top power we got everything that you could potentially want in this from a gaming perspective you're going to be absolutely happy in terms of the overall uh gaming performance of this yes we have a new king from the single threaded side but dude doesn't matter this is still going to be doing all the frames like a boss i always just like to be honest about that stuff still an absolutely great cpu prices have been coming down on this still a really good deal um and just like i love the way some of their their stuff comes in there a lot of people really do intel we got to do an intel build actually yesterday and there's a lot of things that just come from bonuses like uh performances and things like premiere etc that just won't perform better with intel so still great cpu excited to get to use this in today's build um and uh absolutely incredible motherboard that we're gonna be putting this in because you know we're doing it all we're doing it all the right way and that's the rog maximus 12 extreme you got to make sure that if you're building a build like this you're putting it in uh you're putting it in a case uh that'll support it and that's the rg maximus this is not the right motherboard sorry never mind i'm not putting this in here this is not it i don't know why this is in here we're putting in the strix we wanted more rgb one sec this is the wrong it's the wrong thing [Music] you have a strix that's i was like what what's the wrong that's a great board that's not the right board here's the board we want right here that's a great motherboard but i was like this is wrong this is more like it because i like the i was like this isn't our this it's not cyber funkish enough this is the board we're using there we go that's the board we're using that is the rog strix z490e again i like the look of this one more rgb a little bit more cyberpunk-ish we're going to do mostly pink and blue in terms of the overall rgb lighting here so it should look really really good um and a great great motherboard in general now if you are wanting to know what the parts are um the mods are gonna link all that stuff you'll get links to that stuff um live and so you guys can just check that stuff out um and uh go and check out those things the whole build is up on new egg in a wish list so you can see what it is and try and build it yourself though obviously the custom paint job is independent so there's our motherboard for this is not the power supply i've gotten this question a lot because this is not enough power supply we are just using this as a placeholder the actual power supply has been delayed so we are using this as a placeholder the one that we're actually using is the asus rog thor 1200 watt this will work in a pinch until we actually get that in and then we'll replace it in the build so i wanted to make sure that we answered that question right away we're still using an rog psu because they're a massive sponsor for this but we're just using this as a stand-in until we actually get the 1200 watt which will be in tomorrow um it's just they're hard to get and i wanted to have the digital display so well we want to make sure that we show that off so it's going to be it's going to be cool this is going to be awesome but i go from there let's talk about cooling because i love this i love this cooling we're gonna be using the rog reugen we're gonna be putting some cyberpunk graphics on this but this is the rog reugion 360. uh this is uh uh last gen aio from rog i just like the way it looks again everything was chosen for aesthetic purposes this is going to be more than fine for cooling it's a 360 360 millimeter aio it's going to have more than enough cooling capacity for doing our 10 900k um and then uh all in all you also get like the great look and the sight like the the rainbow and all that sort of stuff which we'll change to uh going from blue to pink so should look really good we're replacing it's cool because the fans that actually come with this are black naktua fans we're gonna replace them all with uh corsair ql fans because uh i just think that those are gonna look the cleanest uh when we get that all inside the build so there is our cooler cool there's cool that's the cooler for ram i'm excited about this ram by the way this is gonna be fun ram fun can everybody say fun ram this is fun ram right here this is xpg spectre d60g um i love the way this looks again hard angle is very cyberpunkish in terms of the way that it overall looks it does come with a screen yes grizzly grizzly jer-bear um so it uh overall love the way that this looks it has a really nice clean look um and uh should be uh should be really cool somebody's asking how is the airflow the dang thing is pretty much mostly open so i think airflow is going to not be an issue especially if you use you know everybody say fun ram fun ram it's fun ram 3600 ma 3600 megahertz at cl 16 cl 18 sorry cl 18 so not the tightest timings but should still be more than adequate for anybody playing this game the whole hope is is that when you play this again 4k greater than 60 fps and cyberpunk is the hope right but we'll have to see you know how we know how taxing uh um we know how taxing cd project red games can be on a pc but we're still putting the best of the best in terms of hardware for the most part inside of this build for our storage you got five 2.5 terabytes of western digital black you've got their sn750s absolutely love these they look great they look clean they perform well um big fan of theirs we have some pretty cool stuff coming up with them in the future it's hush hush but you'll find it and you'll enjoy it so we're gonna be throwing two and a half terabytes which should give you enough room to install uh one uh both call of duty's and cyberpunk but that's about it with two terabytes right am i kidding am i am i right am i right i mean jesus just seems like games keep getting bigger and bigger okay uh for gpu this is what we want to talk about right here for the gpu in this bad boy we are using the best of the best can we give it up ladies and gentlemen the asus rog strix gaming rtx 3090 one of the hardest 3090s to get and at the same time probably one of the best 3090s to get it is a thick boy um it i think it actually requires four power connectors and luckily we have them uh we're going to be using so we got four here we are going to be vertically mounting this gpu i have the riser cable here so we should be vertically mounting this i'm going to look it may look better horizontally because again um i'll go to top down real quick which is like mostly blocked by the screen but the most the rgb for this is actually on the side which i think is going to look really good so i don't know if we'll vertically mount this we might horizontally mount it because you'll get a little bit more from the lighting from it um but aesthetically and look wise and obviously just performance wise absolute beast of a card and should look really good inside of our our amazing build so there is that now for the things i know everybody's used to us using asia horse cable extensions but no no no this is cyberpunk so we're rg being everything and we're using the lee and lee strimmer i have two of these just in case we're using the lean lead streamer kits where i'll turn them right side up there you go the streamer pluses these are rgb cable extensions um so we should have all the lighting all the lights and uh all that sort of stuff so we'll have a we'll have a lot going in there and showing that stuff off so we uh this should be cool um here we'll get here there we go we're going to like the side camera so you guys can see a little bit better there but like there's the when you get a different angle of the of the case there but there's the streamer pluses right there we'll show those off and get that going as well so should look really good i haven't actually got to build with these before um but i'm sure we'll find a i'm sure we'll find a setting that will be happy uh we'll have to see how much time we have to play with it when it's all said and done or you're gonna have to wait for the big reveal and then finally for cooling for all of our fans we're using my favorites these are the corsair ql 120s i love the way these look they have a very um they're dual sided so they're going to give a lot of light and should look really good by the time this is all said and done so it should be really neat it's the hope is to do pink blue all those sort of colors we're gonna have to play with the overall theming um i don't think it'll be you'll you'll not you'll not know what it looks like when it's when we're done tonight you have a good idea but we'll then go and tweak all the lighting and overclock the ram and all that stuff tonight so it looks same magnafique before you guys uh get to see the pictures and stuff so it should be rad now wow a bot didn't take it away already no not this time we did not the bot the bot was not able to take away our 30-90 okay so that that is our pc that is our build what do you guys think how do we do we did pretty good any thoughts in terms of questions pagan fish i think it's i think it's pretty nice rgb equals more oh yeah forever whose build is this this could be your build clg gaming 110 you could win this build while i'm taking the case apart and getting prepped for this 19 18 come on guys you show show me that love and while you're doing that i'm going to show you how easy this case is to build in apparently the first thing we're gonna do i'm gonna go to the side camera so you guys can see this because this case is so bloomin big okay so right here uh side camera okay the only thing that i have to figure out though which we don't know okay so what we're going to do is we're going to remove these screws right here because this is what holds this in like the whole thing is like held in by just a couple screws here there's that one now this whole thing was painted with automotive paint that's how we got that like shine and then we but he we like we actually fit like he actually physically buffed it okay so we're just taking out the here we go oh there we go and this comes off there we go there's that and then that we're going to take out this bottom one here there we go i'm going to be very careful with the paint let me go to my bigger no that is the biggest one and we had to take this entire thing apart to do all the painting and then our our are all our hardware is inside here we're just going to take this off do the other side now and then we're just figuring this out here i have not built in this case so just as an fyi we've not built in this before so something is like not quite the [Music] there we go okay so this part is off now okay okay now apparently this comes out somehow okay here let's grab our here's our hardware does this have a book inside of it oh it does okay okay here's we got some here's our extra guide this is just gonna tell me what else i need to let's see what else i need to unscrew what else i need to unscrew to open this up okay so one of one remove how to remove the sub chassis you can do those four and then there's some on the inside oh okay okay there's some sub chassis stuff on the inside here this is the sub chassis okay we're gonna go push this down okay there it is yeah yeah i see i see it okay there's some screws in here that i gotta undo i think you have to do both of these or maybe i think it's is it both okay there's a lot of there's a lot of screws to get this little part out here hopefully this is i i will i am praying if you if you have watched me before i am praying literally praying guys this is not going to be another aht 600 build oh my gosh i don't think my little my little heart could take it who remembered you guys everybody who's like what do you mean who remembers we were all here ruby um okay so we're just taking the parts out these are the little parts to remove the sub chassis the sub chassis is actually what the whole build sits in and you'll see so it's actually it should this goes well it should be really easy to do and then there's this thing and this is how you so what you could do is you don't build the case in you don't build the case in here there's one more okay i'm gonna take these off so we're just gonna remove the tempered glass real quick 50 000 screws before we even get this open guys and take this tempered glass off okay put this off to the side here now i can get in here a little bit easier these come off apparently okay there it is luckily we have our nan light come on turn on it does have a little screw okay oh wait no okay there's a little screw right here that screws so i got to get this middle part off there you go okay okay there's that we're almost done we're almost to the point where we can take this out come on twist yo i might have to do this from the other side okay we're almost got it out ladies and gentlemen we're gonna take this last little bit of rgb out i mean this little bit of so i've undone like 30 screws luckily there's not that much to remember it's pretty straightforward take this off there's one more little screw right here apparently like josh okay there it goes you got it okay now everything is out this comes undone there we go okay now what i do check this out it's what's supposed to happen let's just let's see if this works ready for some magic maybe oh oh no two more almost ready for magic boom and there you go this is what we're actually going to build in that's the whole thing this is what we actually build in and then it and then we go from there so it's pretty yeah and then this is all that's all we need and then we have this part which is all your front panel and stuff so we can hook all this stuff up independently hoping this just should just come out let's see what we get here okay it looks like that should come out i don't know why you'd want it to come it looks like it should come out but it let's see here because that's the rgb for that's the rgb4 yeah these just pop out okay there we go and then now we can hook up our front panel so the whole thing is disconnected okay so there's all our front panel and then now we can put this off to the side and our build is all done right now is just removing this one front fan because it's ghetto i didn't really like that fan anyway there we go okay fan is done rgb fan okay cool there we go so now we're ready to build outside of we're going in there as we talk you through them up here on the top left this is your eps power connectors you've got an eight pin and a four pin uh this is your eps this is we're gonna you plug in this is what gives your cpu power and you can see right here all of this is powered by that little thing here all we need is the eight pin that's the only thing we actually have to worry about so that's the only thing we'll be plugging in today when i get to thorn i'll throw on the other one just for good measure this is our lga 1200 socket this is where this is new for intel 10th gen uh also rocket lake so 11th gen intel will also use this but this is where we're gonna plug in our cpu over here uh this is um these are uh your uh memory dims and this is dual channel on this motherboard i've got a channel here and a channel here we're going to be filling all four slots so nothing to worry about there but you may have to worry about if you're if you're only going to put in two slots or certain places to put them and uh sometimes we show that in the show sometimes we don't up here this little little one up here i'll see if i can zoom in a little bit more just to give you guys like the grandeer tour here uh up here in the top left these are your fan headers you've got the light gray one is actually your cpu fan header uh these are rgb headers you've got a three pin and a four pin this right here is your cpu power so it's 24 pin power you've got usb uh 3.2 or usbc usb 3 right here these are your sata connections this is for plugging in things like hard drives all that sort of stuff well that's really kind of all it is for uh down here this is your front panel connectors again we have more fan headers we have a total of seven on this motherboard uh we've got two usb 2. uh this is our is that a no okay i was thinking i think that was a tpm chip okay a more rgb this is actually um a uh this does things for like error coding it can also things show things like cpu temperature um these things are really nice because most kind if you don't have these you have to use things like a pc speaker to figure out what's happening but this you can just see the posting code and over here is your hd audio in the middle part of the board you've got a single by 16 and then two by eight uh pcie um uh connections and you've got three by ones and then underneath these shields right here these m.2 armors m.2 armor are your m.2 slots and we'll show you how to do those installs because we'll be filling those up there so that's a motherboard who enjoyed the tour who enjoyed cpu handling and what i have here is a brand new and pristine just because it's a little bit bigger most of my people are most like people are ready to go they know what's about to happen most of it but we have a lot of new people here today um so i want to show you guys using this ryzen 7 3700x what proper cpu handling technique is like here so what you want to do is when you do this just because it's bigger it's a little easier to show on a horizon so you want to do stuff like you want to do when you do the handling here you want to handle it from the side don't try to touch the top um the things you don't want to do is you don't want to touch the pins you don't want to tap on it but there are definitely some big no-no's with uh with any cpu and things like this things like don't do this like licking a cpu yeah that's not that's not a good thing thank you very much for the 4.99 you should not do that also you should not be like viewing a beard comb like combing your beard like oh just making sure like that's that's something you do not want to do right there um also like these do not bounce very well like you don't want to you don't want to bounce them then every once oh i think i actually bent a pen uh let me here let me i'll fix the pen there there we go i fixed the pin it's going to be fine it's going to be totally okay but yeah these are things you do not want to do um hold on i got some more dirt on it okay so we got that off um so there we go so these are the things you don't want to do when you uh when you uh use a cpu those are the things you don't want to do when you do this everybody's like getting so mad guys it's a broken cpu it doesn't work it doesn't doesn't work at all we are going to be auctioning off for charity here at a later point but yeah that goes in there yeah don't that's what you don't do that's what you don't do now let's use this cpu to show what you do do now it doesn't work oh man okay so all you're going to do now is you're just going to reach it from the side go from here this is a brand new cpu just going to grab it from the side like this and then you just don't want to touch it just grabbing it from the side is totally okay we're going to stick it off over here what you're going to do is uh pop this out like that open it up like this and just pull it up and then there's two little uh you'll see them these little dimples on the side here so they line up in lines there's also a little arrow in the corner just drop it in just give it a little wiggle pull it down and then with the power like some sort of magical science by the power of science when you do this that little top pops off and then as it pops off it is statistically proven that that little that like little part right there it actually makes you more attractive to people of either the opposite sex or same sex whichever your wish desires which is why i am so i'm so attractive is because i've done so many pcs that have unlocked that potential so i just want to let you know it's one way to get on there is uh to have that open up and and unlock like that so there you go from there yeah hello everybody loves that so kill okay here we go we're there but every once in a while like you'll get like delayed click so just going from there and yeah it's fancy ram we're just gonna pop that in there there we go click click click oh there it goes a 500 gig and we've got a um two terabytes so uh going in in there now i want to teach you i want to show you guys a trick um if you are uh and i i think wd black will uh will attest to this um but it's it's it's very secret so you guys if i show you this trick you can't tell anybody else okay this is this is a trick just for you guys watching the show um if you want to know something about uh if you only have like say for instance you may have like three potential m.2s slots on your motherboard like this one doesn't so we don't want to do that necessarily for this one but if you have three and you only have two uh m.2 slots and you want to like say for instance you have a 500 gig and a two terabyte what you can do is secretly don't tell anybody if you just connect these two together like that then you'll end up with a one terabyte that's how you make it that's how mother and twos are made i'm teaching you the bird and bees right now that's how m.2 are made right there that's how that's how they make them they're not made in a factory it just takes time that's all that's all it takes to get the to get the minute confirmed wd black it's confirmed [Laughter] for real yeah that's how it's made just kidding guys okay so our we're gonna go and put our let me show you talk to you guys a little bit about how to put these in so on your uh m.2 drives we're gonna grab our 500 gig right here okay so here's our 500 gig there's a little slot on the pcb right here there's a printed circuit board that you're just going to put in there's a little slot right there you're just going to pop it out you're going to pop it in like that you're going to take your top down like that just screw it in and there we go same thing for the two terabyte just look for that little slot in the printed circuit board the way that you'll kind of know it's in is it's kind of like a it's like a diving board so you can like do boom but uh then you go you know it's kind of in and then from there you just kind of reverse and start putting our stuff back on so there we go 500 gig and our two terabyte nvme drive are now installed what we're going to do now is we're going to peel our thermal so don't forget to uh peel your thermals your thermal pads thermal pad peel there we go do the same way with this one thermal pad peel it's like like skin from a from a from a sunburn just peel it off forget about the pain okay there we go so now we're going to do is the way you'll know that these are the right way is actually the the way it's written so it's m.2 they actually look exactly the same we're going to do is line it up like that and then cover it up so it looks so pretty now unfortunately you can't see the logo but you know the performance is there you don't you don't need it i didn't think that's i don't know that might be in there we go and one two okay that's in next one now uh do not uh just for this you do not want to put the actual uh you don't want to put the actual um full the little the little tomahawk on until after you mount the motherboard to the interior chassis in this case because there's actually the it'll cover the middle hole okay there we go okay so now m.2s are installed we're good to go there push this off we've got our hatchet and our motherboard is actually ready to go um now we're gonna do is put it inside of our sub chassis inside of our crazy our crazy case here so let's grab this get this out of the way zoom out [Music] here comes zooming out now we're gonna grab our little sub chassis oh wait no we're not quite ready forget about something okay so what we're gonna do real quick this is always easier to do before you uh before you do your uh before you uh put your motherboard in is to go ahead and put your um your mounts for your aio in so we're gonna grab we're gonna grab that real quick and get that done and we'll do the rest of that a little bit later so and then we'll put our we'll put our put our chassis in and all that stuff of the chassis right here and this is where we build everything and then we slide it into the case but we're going to be putting our aio up top we're going to put let's go ahead and put our fans in we got it looks like we're going to put two fans here in the front um and then go from there so let's get our fans on in the front right now and then we'll work on the everything else here real quick so let's go to the side view this is much easier to work in than like doing in the giant build i promise this is not what the case looks like it's just the inside of the case okay so we're gonna grab our ql 120s and here they are right here ql 120 case so everything lighting wise we should be able to use we'll have to use a mixture but like i said the whole hope is is that the interior of this will be pink and green i mean pink and yellow and like that nice uh like light blue is the hope um and then so we'll be playing with all that stuff here um but at first when you turn it on today you'll just see the uh the rgb puke version which is which is what everybody enjoys at the beginning because celebrities like so it should still be good okay okay so there's our fans i love these fans by the way and this even this has more headroom than i thought it okay cool so you can do these with your fingers which is nice so what you want to do is you just basically want to do one at the top corner of each side screw those in and then after that you don't have to hold it anymore and like it awkwardly it just that it kind of holds itself but if you do it in the corners you don't have to worry as much about that once i get all my cables running i'll tighten it all up now i should look at this i feel like we have a lot of room here okay cool now yep we have a lot of room here so what i'm going okay so let's go to side view and turn this light on and then what we're going to do is pull on work on getting out all the cables pulled through and then we'll fix all of our other stuff ooh this is this these are our fans and there's three of them and they can all plug into the actual fan hub here like that we have one more goes right here okay so there's all our fans so our fans are hooked up there you go okay and then finally this is power let's figure that out here in a minute and then this so this is power and that's usb which we don't know yet now i want to probably run this stuff off of the back here down here so let's grab our lighting node real quick our new one and this one is longer which i really i actually really appreciate a little bit easier to control this is a little longer we have a total of five k five fans of which only i only have to worry about plugging in two to the motherboard which we should have spots for given all the cables are black this should look to keep them out of the way and then make sure it looks really clean here okay and then this stuff nice clean one right here that'll kind of put things in here nice into perspective there okay let's grab some of these that you're like more brutal sized ones and just to kind of seal this up because this will this won't there's not a lot of things i need to do about this part there we go okay so run these these two go down in here and then now what we're gonna do is we're gonna take our clump so what we're gonna do is we're making a clump of essentially all our front panel connectors and the other clump is right here it's right here i was like where's our clump oh yeah here's our clump of front panel connectors right here so this is like all the stuff that we stuff the plug in to the pc and most of it the good thing is most of it goes into the same place we're going to clump it and then have it all kind of come from the bottom except for a couple things so we're going to do usb 3. we'll run these and zip tie these up like this so once i get them done i'll zip tie them and then we'll make sure we have plenty of plenty of everything else here though is gonna go down okay this what is what is this oh that's rgb okay this all the rest of this stuff is gonna go into the into the front that's not okay this is all our front panel connector stuff okay hd audio so everything else is going to get clumped and then run and then we should be able to clump it all together okay it looks like a mess right now but it is actually organized chaos okay so what we're going to do now is how do we figure out how to move this so it so when we flip this over because we need to make sure there's lots of room to move this stuff around okay there you go it's all run through here right now okay so this is going to be weird usb 3 straight down there we go then usbc right here there we go now like i said we'll run all this stuff separately okay here we need we have couple fan okay that's minus power plus okay there we go that's in next up is this is our these are our usb 2 stuff so this one is for the lighting note i mean the aio and then the other one here is right here this is for the lighting note pro okay and then like i said you'll see me how i'm gonna cable manage this here in a minute now we have our two fans these are for the two front fans we just have them plugged in and running okay run run run okay there's that and then lastly we got a rgb that goes right here is addressable rgb what what's up with this white cable like why why would you do this like i have to hide that somehow okay rgb goes right here this is always a fun part it's like these little holes it's just got to go right in the center sometimes they do it the first time and sometimes it just nut visible there we go there we go just want to make sure it looks super clean [Music] no you really can't see this part like doesn't mean you don't want it to not look good there we go now for this little white thing that's like glaringly obvious and then [Music] this is the last thing i need to really hide and i can do the rest like easily oh come on this is the difference between like a lot of times like you'll talk about like a show build you know what i mean gosh darn it and it's like just long enough to not be there we go okay now once i do this you want to pull this like super taut right here at the edge and then the rest will get pulled through one bag of zip ties gone there you go so i want one more like right here and the rest will pull through okay now we grab our cutters which are where where's the cutters roby you use them now you can't find them other okay front panels are hooked up guys aio is completely hooked up we actually don't have a whole lot more to do because after this we're going to run our cable extensions like all the whole pc fits in this little chassis so there's actually not a whole lot more to do here and then you run these around okay so just to zoom in and show you what i've hooked up you guys can see it real quick because again we're just trying to make sure that things look clean just to walk you through what has been hooked up okay we'll peel this off well that was supposed to come off [Music] when the when the actual peel doesn't peel the actual peel didn't happen there that's brutal there we go there we go there we go now there you go that's peeled and we're going to do now is we're going to grab our cover and this has got really oh none of the peels are coming off being it's being appeal it's not being appealing extensions put in our gpu um before we do that let's go ahead and just fix this one part okay now that we've got all the cables kind of in the way here like what we need to do is just get these controlled so this is gonna go like this do some extra okay first thing we're gonna do this is like always the slow part guys so bear with me this is like a little bit different than when i do a typical build just because this is an open air case we have two we have like a primary set of it'll look really good when it's done there you go okay those are all managed now we're gonna do we're just gonna run this is gonna have to go this is gonna get run they don't care as much about that we just run this one one time then we're going to run this clump into here two because all we really want is a single clump of as much as we possibly can get and then the rest of it is going to kind of run off of the case because the case is remember the case is connected the case doesn't like is like it's not your standard case like this rolls into another case essentially i know that sounds weird but that's essentially what it does and what we want to do is just make sure that these are taut and then like channeled there we go okay now grab these other this we want to go this way okay all this stuff anything that's like extra out of here we want nothing everything taught here too hot means tight just in case people are like what is he saying that word for that word doesn't mean what he thinks it means but it does actually mean what it thinks means okay so we're actually really close here and then what you want is like you end up with like a really clean full connection here being clean set up here there you go then last part is just to kind of wire these together and what we have left is like literally psu all we have left is like psu and uh g and extensions which are like oh yeah i forgot those are gonna have some rgb so these are not asia horse extensions so i have some little bit of stuff that we may have to manage there but for the most part this is all good now what we want is just this to come in here where's the other one okay there it is i just want i want everything that goes off of this thing like all of the stuff that goes off of this thing to essentially like be so that's not going to be hooked up look at that up i want everything that comes off of this thing to just there's like one clump of cables we're going to hook this we're going to put these into this and then that'll take care of that i'll wire this up we have like one like big clump that is the brain so to speak there we go that does that and then now right about here is just creating a clump one more clump okay now our cables are essentially oops whoa whoa oh shoot there's a front panel is this the reset switch yeah of course oh rgb switch is that too does that plug into there's an rgb switch here but i have no i don't even know what the rgb switch is i don't have it i don't know if there's an rgb switch thing so i'm not gonna do that i'm gonna do everything for rgb via um we're doing that all via the motherboard okay cool now this is and then this is the last thing this will be power which we'll worry about those here in a minute so we're going to just tighten this clump and then we're done we're done with cable management in terms of the back all we're going to do is have this stuff ready to go okay okay there you go now it's all clean we got all we have left is like two three power connectors that's it and we'll figure those out in a minute let's clean up all these cables and then we're good there we go there you go you have a nice clean looking build now and then all we have like it's easy it'll be easy to kind of clean things up from here so this is like we'll finish this up from here but it's all really gone there let's see one more kind of you probably want to manage here after all that i'm really i'm like down to the wire on our things here i'm gonna do one more cable right here just to keep this clean this under control and then we're done then we can do our gpu and our cable extensions i got to see what this gpu is going to require okay there we go there we go and then everything's like now it's all like this is hopefully like that's enough height i guess we'll find out that's got to go that's like that's all got to plug into the case let's see there's a lot of movement there that's why i didn't do this so like if i need to get up to it we can okay cool now let's put our gpu in and our streamer cables and all that stuff and then our psu and then uh where uh we can actually put this inside the case we can turn it on outside of the case first to make sure it all works and then we'll put it in the case and make sure it all works so good times ahead ladies and gentlemen okay what else do i need this i don't need oh i have to oh it reminds me i need a peel that was important and i need to finish screwing in i need to finish screwing in the aio that's also not done so let's uh let's let's finish uh let's finish the we have some unfinished stuff here guys okay this isn't this wasn't all the way screwed in either figure out how to do rgb like additional rgb there so i need to see i may have an rgb splitter i gotta figure that out i don't know what the streamer i don't know what the cable controls are for the streamers you can never have two minutes that's right you can never have too much rgb we should be we're coming up on the uh we're coming up on the two hour mark or the uh for the hype train okay that is all done this is all hanging out here like like a little little baby but what we can do now is take all this because we don't need it put it away we're kind of getting down to the down of the wire these in the room i just haven't used them yet um so we have a build coming up with two of these in a single system um in first week of december dual 3090 so yeah the unobtainium edition yeah so yeah there we go there's all of our there's that that that should be good for that and then on this side all we need is [Applause] our a couple sata so we're gonna plug in both of these okay the rest of this stuff is going back in the bag we'll use for some another time another day not today okay so let's put our lid back on [Music] put this back on oh it's a gold it's a gold never mind okay so let's go top down real quick so you guys can see what i'm plugging in here [Music] scoot this over [Music] okay so what we have is so we have a p we have two uh two connector this is our cpu so we're just gonna run this up this will just be running our cpu i'm not going to be cable managing this because again we don't have our we don't have our uh our final power our final power supply so this will just be in to placeholder and then i'll i'll wired it i'll cable manage it for the end okay so these are our sata which we need one we we have a couple we have a bunch of sata powered stuff streamer cables all that stuff this is another vg we have two vga cables here because we have a strix that's very power hungry when i do the thor we'll do three individual ones but given we don't have that many on this one i'm not gonna get a chance to do that okay next one there's all of our that's all our vga now we have one more sata to plug in here we go this is an easy at least this is a nice easy i don't know the thing is i would cable manage them if i knew that they could the the cables were cross-compatible but i'm not entirely sure they are so gonna have to have to not do that this time okay so there we go all of our cables are now ready to go okay there we go now what we do is we run all this stuff through our shroud here we're going to turn this upside down because that's how it goes there we go now what we do is we go to the side camera so you guys can see me just quickly screw this in okay which ones which were the holes that i care about here there they are okay we're just screwing in the psu now one more last screw the end of the screwing okay here we go all that is in okay now you're gonna run all the cables through here i mean they're gonna a lot of them are gonna get hit by the shroud so you don't wanna be you don't want you only want to run what you want through the back and then the rest will be hidden underneath so that's what we're going to work on here we don't want to run you don't want to run them too like the well cable manage most of the stuff inside the shroud which is what you want which is why they give you so much shroud room to hide it so what you want to do is just run just enough through the bottom to for the for what you need so we're going to run these through here it's not going to be pretty for the power because we're not we're this isn't the final power supply i wish it was that would make things easier then we could just finish the build the way it's supposed to be okay now go ahead and plug in here and here i don't need okay one more after this i think and all oh no i have one more okay so actually i got all of our sata on a single plug here let me shovel that into the shroud for what it's worth okay we got all of our status plugged in i don't even need the second sata let's grab it here i don't need this i want it to be i don't want to put cables and i don't have to manage i don't have to the best way to the best way to cable manage is to not have the cat the cable i honestly don't okay okay i'm looking for other dad jokes here okay where do you learn to make a banana split where do you make us where the next one we're gonna do is slowly pulling these through as you can see we're down to like four cables left to plug in guys it's gonna go right up here and this does not stick together means you these pretty short so these just go right here i'm gonna hook up the one hook this one up first actually this is uh this is to our streamer cable sorry guys you can't see this but it's this one i'm managed not you know later when i actually have the right stuff but here is this is our pc we're hooking up our pci cable let me turn this on so you guys can see the lights like pretend like you don't stuff so really what we'll do is we'll have that like that just to keep it flat and then last thing you have to plug in is this all this other stuff is like done that is this bad boy right here [Music] there we go there we go okay technically everything is right this pc is built and it is like for the most part like outside of like there's some cable management i need to do if i had like the final cables i'd do but for the most part this is pretty close to that would look okay let us throw their shroud on back on and then hide all that and then that will hide all this which is easy [Music] there we go shroud's back on and then we're just gonna wire the shroud back on like strap the shroud back on and then we'll turn it on and test it and then we'll throw it inside the case a lot more room now now i can i have like and then i can worry about zip tying some of this stuff together a little bit later but what i cared about more than anything was just having enough okay room here okay now we should be able to get this hooked up it's not as clean on the side as i wanted but still looks way better and it there's not a lot of you're not going to see a lot of it there we go and there you go it's so big yeah they're corsair the corsair fans it's got lots of i mean you got a lot of airflow i love the cables i think the good thing is i think the vertical mount like the vertical mount so like the vertical mount for the uh i think vertically mounting the gpu was definitely the way the right sorry horizontal mounting the gpu was definitely the right choice because like the lights go right along i think you would have lost the power of the streamer cables if i hadn't had done that um yeah and like again you there's some things you can't see um but like all in all like it looks i think it looks really good uh the whole thing just came out incredible yeah it's perfect giveaway i think for the month that it comes out there we'll give you here let's give you the
