Creating New Pokemon Evolutions

[Applause] [Music] hey guys ron here so pokemon evolve but there are a bunch that don't evolve that people want to evolve but they can't they don't have the power to manifest their dreams into reality but i do with the power of art well i'm not the best artist i can dream and my dream is to create some evolutions to pokemon like giraffe rig spinda chata and so on but those will be in another episode so make sure to leave a like and share if you enjoy this video so i know to make part two just keep in mind that since we've had years to speculate on some of the evolved forms that i'm going to make everybody has a different idea as to what they want their leading or cast form evolution to look like so keep your expectations a bit low cause my interpretation of these pokemon won't be exactly like yours let's start with dunsparce the pokemon fans most desire to evolve it's a meme by now how relatively weak it is but that makes it popular we're rooting for him and everybody wants a dragon normal type evolution drampa is theorized to be its secret relative or something but that's not canon what i'm about to make isn't canon either but at least it'll look like a gun sparse evolution in gennade it's stated how this pokemon's tiny wings have some scientists saying that dunsparce used to fly through the sky in ancient times that's what we're gonna make a straight up flying dunce bars from ancient times i personally want it to look like a dunsparce and not some kind of dragon with dunsparce elements a lot of fans make its evolution a straight up quetzalcoatl but i want mine to look more grounded it'll be a dragon type but only because it'll be a flying serpent it's based off a tsuchinoko a stubby little snake cryptid from japan so unlike dunsparce's short land inspiration our creation will be two times longer kinda like one of these mythical creatures let's do it so i'm just laying out the proportions of this longer boy it'll have a bit of a belly a stinger and some larger wings that's pretty much the entire concept but how do we make it look like a dunsparce without it looking too much like a dunsparce perhaps turning the spikes on dunsparce's face into fangs for now it's good the fangs look too menacing for this line and i want it to still look relatively harmless so i turned it into a mustache looking top lip so it looks wise and old but now how do the patterns look zigzags are always cool i want it to be fully striped like a bee since stun sparse is based on what is sometimes referred to as a bee snake in japan more segments and spikes i'm trying my best to add arms but it never works i'll add more segments so it looks like cracked earth and in the final design these patterns will be raised or beveled above the skin here he is the ground dragon type why sparse the sky snake pokemon from wise and sparse meaning rare dunsparce's name comes from the fact that it's dull lives in gloomy locations and isn't smart but upon learning ancient power while holding an ancient feather it'll evolve into an enlightened y-sparse while its wings allow it to fly it's relatively slow it only moves when absolutely necessary and especially after strategic calculation in order to exert the least amount of power it is said that a master why sparse can never be touched it is too evasive and even when hit from a distance its padded skin somewhat protects itself when force is the only option it prefers to let out one critical hit from its stinger here's the shiny it's able to learn a wide array of elemental attacks it either has levitate or serene grace but its hidden ability is super luck so it critical hits often next is komala definitely a pokemon that should have evolved simply based on his design it's cute and asleep it sleeps his entire life and everything it does is just a result of tossing and turning in his sleep but its parents also give it its stump we don't know if it's a conscious decision or part of their dreams as well but i like to think that their parents are evolved forms of komala that are only half asleep just constantly drowsy like real world koalas who sleep 20 hours a day now a lot of other people make huge hulking komala evolutions but mine while bigger will still be gentle looking i wanted to take some inspiration from aboriginal people so i may turn its stump into a didgeridoo that long australian wind instrument we know here we go so i'm gonna make a longer komala face and combine the ear and chic fur into mutton chops i'm gonna split the head and have the top part lighter since it looks like it's wearing aboriginal face paint but it'll also make the bottom half look like a five o'clock shadow because it's older and needs to shave it'll be holding on to a hollow log and potent smoke will be coming out of it just sharpening out the features and here's the guy upon learning his signature move woodwind komal evolves into the dazed pokemon komalto from koala komotos and alto the highest male singing voice but also it's high up on a long this pokemon is almost always balanced atop its large hollow pipe it is both an instrument and a housing for strong incense that puts all of its opponents at ease that's the reason this pokemon is safe from predators while constantly drowsy it is said that while daydreaming it is thinking about abstract concepts music and art it blows through the holes on its log to create sound based moves its ability virtuoso gives stab damage to all sound based moves but unlike punk rock it doesn't protect it from sound based moves its signature move woodwind does 80 damage and is a special flying type move that is also grass type thankfully due to its ability you can use it at full power it simply blows through its instrument with all its might it's shiny isn't too interesting but i hope you're fine with the aboriginal paint i didn't want to make it too obvious of an inspiration and give it dots everywhere so subtle spots make it look like a realistic pokemon i think in terms of design this is the most realistic pokemon i've ever made very proud of it next it's grumpig's turn i like its concept but i've always been somewhat annoyed that it doesn't evolve further i want to make a more menacing grumpy that becomes corrupted by power and desire a psychic dark type it'll be partially inspired by the journey to the west characters juba jai and xiao qing we're just gonna call him pigsy and sandy but instead of becoming good this grumpy evil becomes bad evil evil guy his stance is pretty straightforward it's just a fat pig holding a giant pearl i'm gonna give him a beard and necklace like sandy but the rest including his lust will be based on pigsy at this point it looks like an 80s ganon or any type of orc pig monster and fantasy and i'm gonna go with that i'll make him look more medieval i know i want the patterns on his body to look like apparel but not like actual clothes on top of its body that's always a challenge when making humanoid pokemon i'm going to go with this dark asian inspired design but we'll now change it a bit since when colored it kind of looks like it's in other regions are not properly covered i think i like this layout of the clothes pattern more looks like an open shirt like juba jae with more color more asian inspired than european behold the psychic dark type pig grown the beguiling pokemon from pig big grown and grow it evolves when leveling off past level 42 while holding a black pearl an item that boosts the power of psychic moves this pokemon is extremely deceptive conniving and untrustworthy it'll sell out even its family for more power or riches it's obsessed with its pearl and its ability to enhance its psychic powers it is constantly in search for bigger pearls since it's overweight it cannot spring on its tail anymore but it does sit on it like a convenient throne it'll trick tiny pokemon like spoink to do its bidding and even steal any pearl that it's fond of right off of spoink's head if it's caught in the act and the spike begins to fuss it will give back a smaller pearl its shiny is pretty cool it is said however that any trainer willing to deal with its addiction will be able to rehabilitate it and make grumpy turn over a new leaf its abilities are own tempo and thick fat like grumpy but its hidden ability is huge power giving it some physical strength as a result of constantly carrying heavy pearls next i want to make an evolved form of golduck one that is actually a psychic type i'm going to try to make it look like a fine progression from psyduck to golduck to my new evolution a lot of golduck evolutions that i see online just look like a gold duck with psychic elements but i want my design to share things in common with the entire family so i know i want its face to be like golduck but more aerodynamic or at least more streamlined like a bike helmet its gem will be a third eye that is opened up instead how about we make it more serious looking it'll be skinnier since its power is even more special than physical and it'll be in a stance ready to attack i'm going to smooth in any feature like its bill making it look like a cross between golduck and psyduck bill i want to take away its webbed feet because it has evolved into a more efficient body and here is metaduck it evolves from golduck when near a psychic stone an evolutionary stone in a future generation upon evolution it has opened its third eye which is constantly in a state of supernatural excitement metaduck is as intelligent as alakazam it is said to split the seas and even walk on the seafloor it'll save those in trouble at sea with ease it gets frustrated around those who are irresponsible and ignorant but will offer help even though it will physically express the it enjoys leisurely walks at sunset pondering existence and sharing theories with sloking while it's often super serious and intense looking it's actually just thinking of all the ways it can better the world its shiny is pretty sick it is said that it has evolved a more streamlined body and that it's lost its webbed feet since it just propels itself through the water with psychic powers it has the ability swift swim and cloud9 with the hidden ability magic guard finally i want to make an evolution for sigilyph it's a pokemon that was used to guard ancient cities they were sentinels that would shoot enemies with psychic powers but what if the sigil if we know today are the weaker version of a fully evolved sigilift that was more highly ranked in ancient armies they would be covered in actual armor and would be way more battle ready let's do it the head eye and even the body are exactly the same except for the fact that it's covered in metal don't forget that it's based on the nazca lines in peru so i want to give it some incan inspiration in the form of patterns originally i was just putting pieces of metal on it but now i wanna i want it to look like actual royal armor i put some balls like the truthseeker orbs from naruto but let's finish the important body parts before focusing on details i looked up some pictures of incan warriors and saw this swirly pattern and some zigzag but my favorite pattern will now be incorporated onto its chest in the end i moved its two orbs on top to its joints at the wings now kneel before kamilif from kama japanese for sickle a small scythe kami which means god in japanese kamayak a specialist or kind of soldier in the incan army and glyph a kind of symbol it evolves from sigilif when leveled up while wearing ancient armor in ancient times worthy sigilyph who have proved themselves in battle and loyalty would be adorned with special armor that made them evolve into kamalif they would be in charge of a group of sigilyph and would lead them into battle some kamalif have different patterns on their chest depending on their rank they are psychic and steel type kamalif have dense orbs that float between their limbs they can shoot them out to deal physical damage since they'll rarely attack close range when they do their wings will almost surely get the job done considering they're always filed to absolute sharpness here's the shiny it is said that ancient kamalif were actually the ones to teach braviary their combat skills their effective bodies will reverse the path of any laser it has the ability magikard and wonderskin with the hidden ability mirror armor and i hope you mirror what i said in the beginning and leave a like if you enjoyed and subscribe for more
