we're some cowboy and son of a guns man here's one of our viewers he was driving through town and how did you find me I need a bigger arm well maybe you need me down there then [Music] hey morning let's go see what's going on we already got the day started out here we got a little welding going on on the Peterbilt right here friendo what's up sometimes he's a rope burn sometimes he's a welder hey you already got that one fender off did you get that all put back together yeah that'll work what do you think about putting out across there so that doesn't Bend again like make this all I've got on me he's a pledge or you've got rebar someday no I got a piece of round stock I got a piece of round let me go get it you got to have rebar all right oh yeah gasps no I shut it off well how come I just shut off then you're over here and you shut it off got a remote it's got a timer on it so remote it's got a cool down on it handy is it for sale no yeah yeah everything's for sale right yeah hey so we're putting new fenders on the old Peterbilt today Kyle accused me the other day Kyle you didn't know I knew this Kyle accused me the other day of copying his dad copies him what about that Brandon what about him saying that dude I'm the coolest and he's copying me I will give Kyle did get his fenders first yeah he did but he doesn't look better because we did his first yeah so he was the guinea pig and now Brendan knows what he's doing so yeah all right uh-oh I was gonna go get a piece of round stock for you I got a piece okay so we're installing the the brackets for these half fenders we're gonna get rid of a little quarter fenders that let mud throw all over your equipment when you get in the mud and we're gonna put a set of Hafs on there so I've enlisted the help of master half fender installer Brendan and he's already done one set for Kyle so hopefully I don't know though these are different though huh okay so now we're to the hard part we got the kind of the easy part done I think well I don't know that front part wasn't all that easy but the hard part is cuz Brendan's having to crawl underneath there now cuz we got a bolt here we got to break the nut loose on this is where the back mounts gonna go is right there so he's under there pullin what do you think I need air wrench well maybe you need me down there then well free no fit in here but you tall is there any way I can get under there partially and push on that with my foot you gonna try the other side let go you want me to get on it here okay you got it yeah well turn yep horses are caught hopefully by the time I get back home Kyle will be back from st. John's and we can get saddled and get on the road down to the ranch we've got to gather a pasture cattle down there that go to the valley tomorrow I left Brandon over there working on my fenders and I got him I got him pretty much lying down I didn't really line him out but I got him kind of helped with that first one so that we could see how the second one goes and I think he's not got her figured out here's here's one of our viewers he was driving through town and how did you find me I work in town and I saw your truck and recognized the truck I yeah what's your first name Jeff Jeff Brohm where chili lives out and Chinle what's that about - two hours from where about Jr's alright well thanks for watching Matt a little problem did you watch today's no no not today's yesterday's to yesterday's yeah alright thanks man hey we we drop those shout off on the other end of the pasture he's getting around some cattle up in there Kyle and I are gonna draw it all the way across this pasture we see some cattle over there in the corner that's sometimes the thing about these big pastures you can't we were looking off over there and didn't think there were any cattle over there and then Kyle saw something moving over there kind of in the trees I can see them now good can't you oh yeah so 10 or 15 that we can see from here could be more they're over there in a little old patch of cedar trees kind of some scrub cedar trees that are growing up out of the rocks over there we're gonna go over there and start them up the fence yeah we're about to think there was nothing in this end but sure enough is [Music] you cover lots of country like this it's not hard on your horse you just come hit a nice little old long trot across here in truck for a mile or so like this poor kid without even really winded your horse get across the country pretty fast like this [Music] a lot of branches and I worked at a barn in the morning you wouldn't load up pickup call out you start from right there camps you might Rock six seven miles before you even start today get your horse night yeah see we haven't been five minutes since we left the truck and we're gonna be to these cattle in five more minutes but Kyle saw that steer moving that's why sometimes you don't get in a hurry you just sit up on a hill or whatever and just kind of look because if you see the countryside changing or moving a little bit you'll know you've got cattle over there that's kind of the way life is sometimes you just have to sit back look that's kind of sometimes the way you deal with people too if you rush in and judge them too fast the first time you might get a false reading or a bad judgment on them it's like we just set up there for a minute like Kyle says we're about ready to jump ship go to the middle of the pasture but shooting how many you think are over here so there's there might be some more there might be some more over here behind this little Knoll so yeah they're gonna be there's gonna be 30 head here there's 90 95 in this pasture so that would have been a significant miss so you gotta sometimes take things slow you gotta go you got to go slow to be fast sometimes hey and what's funny is I noticed on these cattle from the last time we were in here there's two bunches of cattle in here there's a new set of steers that we broke in and there's an older set of stairs and they've kind of stayed to themselves like I think those cattle upstairs and shads getting around they're gonna be the older steers and these cattle down here they're all the kind of the newer cattle the fresh steers it's funny out cattle kind of segregate themselves that way they they kind of know where they're supposed to be it's the same way you ride into a bunch of cattle and you got a couple of strays in there if you go to work those strays off maybe your neighbors Kapler whatever they know they're not supposed to be in with your cattle they'll they'll work themselves right out of there sometimes pretty fast give a little plug for BG custom boots right now I am wearing them today while I'm riding and boy they do feel good I really like them Spurs ride on them good they fit in a stirrup really nice they're comfortable but you know why shouldn't they be comfortable because they're custom-made boot made for my foot they feel like I've been wearing them for days for weeks that's how comfortable they are so check them out VG custom boots Brad Glynn nice pair of boots all right it's time to get these cattle off this fence kind of start cutting across country with them we're gonna do it right here at the top of this little Ridge I kicked Kyle off over there and he went kind of off up through the middle of the pasture he'll join up with me over here and about the center but we're gonna hit a little trot right up here push these cattle off this fence [Music] [Applause] [Music] we're some cowboy and son of a guns man what's your thinking we got them all I know I didn't miss any so if anything mister thank you guys this country you double-checked your country Kyle you double-check your country no they're over there in the corner yeah there's about 200 is gonna come back this way and not go into that corner Kyle goes I think I see some cattle moving up in there there's about 50 up in there all that stuff we brought all that stuff we brought across there was from up in there [Music] how many four in here ninety-three okay let's go back you out and find those two now I need to double check my inventory we might be off to or shorting some old cattle off these new cattle right pretty good here's another one right here this black steer watch you gate right here peel him off the edge right there yeah another one like we're about to get them [Music] all right okay we're gonna shut it down we're gonna call it a night we've got the horses back to Shumway getting them unloaded I love this trailer look at all these lights inside of here look the lights on the outside too okay let's call it a night we'll see you tomorrow you can do a little truck and tomorrow good night everybody flick yeah [Music]
