i've i've been a two man most of my career here it's great because you get a lot of the fun trips the more high risk trips you know if somebody's gonna be combative or assaultive you can push a little bit further because you know that somebody's got your back and you're not going to be be out there by yourself we've got a report of two white males that may have vandalized a fence down the road here and possibly intoxicated so we're gonna kind of slide through the area and see if we can't spot them oh there you go 136. 112. yeah what's going on guys not much just got into a little argument with he gets to the jail because they don't mess around there well they're going to strap him to a chair and he's going to be he's going to be there for a long time if i can have a side to side well like i couldn't do it all right guys good morning um basically we're gonna do is vary by bus throughout the day um we're gonna use the same hotel we used before the hotel's been nice enough to donate the room to us as soon as we get done uh agent laying in june we actually secure those two rooms just like before it's one way in one way out um so set up just right for us we got the hotel rooms towards the back of the hotel side by side rooms they're not adjoining so just like in the past we'll have an undercover agent either being gerald myself along with the ci our take down vehicle pulling from the dealership pulling again obviously we all know it's just one way in go in boxing the vehicle and then the mark units will basically move in to kind of give that added police presence the deal it's going to vary throughout the day mostly crack cocaine hey here's what's going down it's going to be an unknown black male expect the guy to go into the room and once that happens and there's a go we'll take the room however we want to make sure we coordinate it where the takedown vehicle comes in at the same time hello what's up hey see yeah i got a room oh okay uh uh i mean 121 man i can do 200 man i don't know how long can before you could get here i've seen a couple okay 13 units phone call was good we're spending a younger black male mid-20s possibly you got the vehicle okay we got a red mustang tinted windows coming in not sure parking flat middle flight flight picture looks like a black male white white feeder driver he's getting out this guy's in a white tank top uh slender build short hair all right standby that should be him that should be the target [Music] is move don't move i'm not moving don't move check the weapon sir major harlow with the counter narcotics being placed on the rest of this time for sale of controlled substance do you understand that yes sir all right sir you know an injured or anything are you i'm not sorry okay sorry let's go do you have any additional narcotics inside that vehicle uh i just have a weapon you do have a gun in the car i got it a gun in the car no additional drugs lc will take a picture okay so you've ever been arrested before okay convicted felon yeah you are in fact convicted felon okay from the outside of the vehicle we can see in plain view uh between the driver's seat and the center console appears to be the handle of a small caliber uh that's visible from outside the vehicle that's your vehicle outside okay you currently on probation or pro for what um i called it narcotics okay what we have here um is about around 152 worth of crack um actually sold to the undercover agent and kind of bragged that his crack was the best in town uh no baking soda so and per his own admittance he's currently on either probation parole for sales and of the controlled substance he'll be going to the chum county jail for processing so everything went great on that good job on everybody i appreciate the teamwork and we already made a phone call to the other girl we've already briefed about she's on the way so probably gonna have someone with her hopefully so do it all over again got a red chevrolet truck king cab occupied two times going towards the back white female passenger wearing a white shirt all right that's gonna be her to stand by got a red maroon burgundy pickup truck occupied twice someone's getting shot females getting out approaching the door white shirt blue ball cap blue jeans the deal just went down you're doing a little discussion we're going to try to also add a prostitution charge on here a little later yeah i'll come back and party with you i mean you get that's what you want we all good though yeah all right there he goes there you go i don't have anything okay okay not though i'll have nothing when the driver was being taken out of the vehicle he was seen throwing uh what appeared to be a pill bottle underneath the seat here's a pill bottle that the agents were describing they saw him throw um good amount of powder cocaine that's chunked up and that's that's off the brick chunked up that's compressed um i'd say easy uh 15 17 grams there's some additional crack right here in between the passenger seat and passenger door and that goes with what the agent said they saw they started throwing motion they saw the pill bottle uh that was pretty evident in bright orange underneath the seat where they saw it they said he was throwing back the entire time they're trying to get him out of the truck how can i get out i don't know there's something you got to figure out but if there's no bond eventually eventually you'll become bondable i can't from there and from there you'll go from there oh you understand this situation is one you created for yourself you put yourself here all i'm trying to do is make a couple of months i you're being charged with sales and use of use of a telecommunication device okay both felonies means you talked on the cell phone and raised a drug dealer you might as well leave the cigarettes but you're gonna be able to smoke no more you just gotta go on the way to the car no problem here i'm gonna try and get some water if you get give me this one here and throw this one away okay no i'm driving my phone no my phone's having this now okay come on i already told you all this thank you come on listen i don't know why you sat here and did this today this is really worth twenty dollars all this you know my dog's gonna be hungry well what about your husband you said you have a husband he's an idiot and he doesn't live in town your house is an idiot he doesn't live in town okay all right well make sure we get your phone number okay i need all the numbers well we're not gonna write them all down you can have a couple numbers that are important to write down take the jail with you okay uh worked out really well um we got one gun that cannot come back stolen that came back to a convicted felon and all together we got about one and a half ounces of uh crack cocaine hopefully made an impact on the community i've lived here all of my life with the exception of what few times i've been deployed i've been fortunate enough to see several different parts of the country and several different parts of the world i enjoy it here this is a bigger city but not too big and it has a nice the atmosphere that i enjoy [Music] i guess we've got a naked individual pruning himself out on the ground the other officer's already arrived on scene and i don't know if he's interviewed him enough to find out but apparently he's uh naked individuals on bath salts that's the latest and greatest in the craze of crazes makes it very paranoid a little crazy [Music] you snorted it how long ago the last time i did it was probably around noon around noon so he's on bath salts trying to prove this family that you're sober you know you're naked right now yes i do is that because your body's too hot or what no it's because i wanted to show them that there's nothing on my body so where did you come from um we got a call that you're walking down the middle of blindstone i was trying i was trying to get arrested you're trying to get arrested yes why do you want to get rid of before because i'm tired of the drugs what kind of drugs compared to the drug life would you rather just check into treatment self-admit they just made me make the choice the hardest way possible how did you get here um it's a long story where are your clothes where'd you leave your clothes in the dreary lawn on the dreary lawn we're out on the drury lawn the college yeah it's right over there by the right by uh glenstone why did you leave them up there at evangel uh because i was trying to get attention where are they just right by the road how'd you get there i walked from where i've been walking all night i've walked everywhere you see the last time you snored the bass horses around noon um are you sure about that because it's about 4 30 in the morning yes yeah well it may have been a couple of hours later than that but this is around there you haven't done any since no have you been like this since then not naked well i mean perky jerky you're all tweaking no i'm not tweaking it you're not i'm tired you're tired and yeah you worn out from walking yeah long day huh i've been tired for let's see i've been up for about two or three days for two or three days two days yeah i think it was about two days three twice done if i go up there and look for your clothes what am i what am i looking for what were you wearing i was wearing slacks and a button-down shirt what color was the shirt before it got dirty left work early today did you have a bad day at work is that where you left early no i was uh i was feeling really bad and they noticed it so i tell you to go home no i i told them that i was sick and i and i wanted to go home it turns out they had a magnificent plan because they followed me and i noticed it with the paranoia uh i started walking i was about here with the paranoia from the bath salts yeah okay i turned around and i saw one of the guys driving a car was looking at me and i normally don't don't go down that road okay and so i kept walking and stuff and then i got to the uh i got to the place where i was getting more and uh you stopped someplace else to get some more bath salts yeah okay where was that um uh it was that it was down at a friend's house you bet here in town yeah is it close it feels like it's forever i bet if you've been walking all day yes you know your abc's yes i do can you resign it without singing it for us yes a b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z hey chris you know the bath salts are gonna be illegal here in a couple weeks yes they do you gotta prove their legislation it's gonna be the same thing as marijuana okay all right so you're trying to knock that off and not do it anymore absolutely it's gonna be like math marijuana all that stuff it keep you from getting set up for success that way that way we don't find it here naked in the street do you think this is natural for you or have you done it have you done this before yeah yeah yeah not not gotten naked but you've done bath salts before though well yeah okay we need to go to high school get checked out man you're more than willing i can't really get up getting my body's very slow which way you want to roll i don't let's roll to me stand on up there chris all right come on walk out of traffic right there let's see these guys are gonna get you taken care of okay they'll get you off the drug okay do me a favor before you go say one thing one thing drugs are bad there you go he told us he'd taken bath salt it's the synthetic form if there is such a thing of methamphetamine and at this point it's still legal it produces the same euphoric hive get off of meth serious medical problems can result from it even on a one-time use legislation's made it through state and it'll go into effect where possession and use of it will be considered outlawed it's a pretty spooky thing [Music] 329 see the preview event wednesday after american idol
