decided that through what he's seen over the years that he wants to get involved in law enforcement I'm kind of proud of him for making that decision and wanting to go out try and help the community and do something positive with his life we're responding now to a report of somebody that wouldn't leave and security approached him and the guy pulled a knife on them so we're gonna pull in here and see if we can find this guy that's got the knife that was threatening the security guard and I think that is him hi guys come here stand in front of the car come here and stand in front of the car seat right there in the bumper we responded here about a person that was asleep outside of a local store and then when security confronted him he pulled out a pocketknife they got a picture I'm here doesn't have any ID on the proof ooh yes and using our system to pull up his mugshot that looks like he probably has a warrant for false imprisonment which is basically what he was close to doing over at the convenience store so when he calls and he says a man with a camouflage hat wearing blue shorts with yellow stripes on the bottom and a dark colored shirt and he tells you to describe you to a team it says it had a little confrontation I've been there met - he's a liar he wanted to call this hook County Sheriff's Office just because that's what he felt like every day and I said he had a little pocket knife just like this but nothing happened you didn't talk to anybody over there turn around here turn face the car I got ya Robbi you got a warrant for your arrest okay plus we need to trying to get him in the car obviously got some kind of issues that he needs to get sorted out I've been on the force for about five and a half years one of the couple of hotels in the area we are assigned to what we do is we come to the hotel make sure that some of the clerks and the customer is over here okay they don't have any problems checking the vehicles making sure that the vehicles are the white t-shirt on sugg 4290 content 75 all right where was he at in the vehicle he was on the passenger side he was one right here in the front and then he was and he was a driver right there this is a driver driver and it was in the back seat okay sir what exactly happened this evening I just go bye-bye you crossing okay well as I'm going bye-bye you closely they pull out they come out the driveway and take a ring now I'm going to sidewalk me wrong from the apartment complex there yeah they come out the part become fish I'm right down the sidewalk and they ride it right beside me said you know he didn't say he knew or me like put like he was just like acting like you know me no sense so I assumed he want so what happened after you heard the pop what could I do I'm sorry he wanted me to take him home he was like boy what I'm gonna do he got a gun you know what I'm gonna do did you know he had a gun prior did he do he just we've never seen a gun before on him yeah I see he had a gun before but I mean movie here okay singing daddy no he was gonna like be honest like I didn't I just didn't know you know saying like it was all unexpected like we was just chilling and I was having a good time in no son alright this here is gonna be the gun that was located that was used in the shooting also this is a bag of marijuana that was also located underneath the vehicle along with where the gun was located under the passenger side of the vehicle [Music] the victim was drenched in sweat from riding that bike is he had ridden as fast as he could from the convenience store up to me up here and when he rolled up man he was scared and he you know he he was just sweat was pouring off of him he was tired he was out of breath and he was trying to tell me the story and then I was calling it in to dispatch you know the description and everything and no sooner did I get it called in you know immediately he says there's the car there's the car and as soon as they stopped everybody put their hands out the window okay and did you see any of them put anything underneath the car or I was on the driver's side with my gun drawn on the passenger's he came out on the ground and I had I told everybody to get out onto the ground and I couldn't see the the passenger as he came out of the vehicle because I was on this side I was on the left side it was only when I went around to that side I could see the firearm in the bag of dope underneath the car we'll go with the aggravated assault with a deadly weapon just because I know what we have we're gonna use him yeah we get a written statement from him we'll do that just get it done the officer said that you're pretty shaken up whenever you notified out in the woods well like I say the shooter is gonna be going to jail tonight for the aggravated assault um and we were recovered a firearm also we shall be safer tonight the shooter goes to jail can't animate it with the funniest guys on TV animation domination tomorrow on Fox
