have a handgun so as I was extracting I was giving him orders to show me his hands he was putting his hands at his waistline huh so at that point I kind of had to forcefully restrain him and then he tried to spit on me once we had him in cuffs oh yeah they're born does it you have to do what you have to do if the techs are not even gonna put your hand over his mouth so he couldn't spit this one yeah hurry up and turn his head you don't wanted to hurry up and get him in handcuffs because if he did have a gun in his waistband yeah I wasn't gonna give him a chance to pull it out there but either like in the band 1405 misplaced away we wouldn't spit on anybody you told me real quick how distorted well he came to my door and he could chew I said oh no he welcomed here because he stole at my house so you know he'd be breaking out so he was there and something just come up missing and when he was busy from the time how long ago was that a couple weeks ago okay well he's gonna go to jail for a lot of different charges so he's not gonna be back at house tonight and probably not tomorrow night and probably not for a very long time okay makes you feel better yeah and I have a child okay well you ran because I didn't want to get arrested cuz I feel like while I was gonna be arrested because she wanted to smoke weed with and I never had no bleep so she she had a conversation and she called along I know and I what and that's the thing man it would have been just me talking to you just two guys talking all I wanted to know was what the argument was over but because you ran and spit on me I don't have a choice now I have to take you to jail and all I wanted to do is talk to you bro that's it it could have just been me and you talking and both going our separate ways and I'm now one of them lunatics one blow job and they know I ain't gonna do I wanna jump like I'm an officer cuz you ran and the other thing because you spit on me I gotta charge you with battery anytime you nothing happens good after midnight and it wasn't until I grew up a little bit and started working this job and learned that that nothing happens good after midnight we got a disturbance between a female's cousin and another known male we don't know what's going on right now but apparently he's leaving in a white force what's going on grab her right here you see the red mark gruba ran to her door he's I don't know how old she's 16 years old because for my sister to get my mom back her five dollars that she stole from my mom and take my sister to the doctor yeah I had to bring her to a doctor that's why I'm here so I told her to give her back the $5 she opens up the door and start talking and then he got in my head here in the face and like solder and doun against the door okay and why is he here because he's dating my sister you the sister no where's the sisters two twins is she here yeah so why is he messing with you okay we did this story it's late I went in there to give $5 that I'm not the doors hog Bob wake it up the baby what I'm saying is I know I know all the story but I'm what I'm trying to ask you is is why why would he get physical with you because he's a woman beater yeah he beats shot at you yes has she ever call the police on you yeah there was an incident last year if she pursued charges on a melon she was supposed to like yeah like she never went last breath or you know you just don't know and that's what I love about it when you come to work it's it's a clean slate and you don't know what the day is gonna bring we're on our way to a traffic crash where an individual ran into a pole apparently knocked it down and then got out of the car and ran from the scene so we're gonna go here and see if we can locate this individual and see what's going on 22 97 I believe I got our subject here from our call that 36 is on let me talk to you a second what's going on man just stressed out you don't have anything on you guns knives weapons what happens in the state of Florida is is that also we don't have anybody to ID him in that car okay that he was driving it in behind the wheel at the time of the accident if that were the case then we would be able to arrest him but nobody saw him actually driving the vehicle yelling at him screaming back and forth is not gonna get anything accomplished right now okay so try to call I know you're upset yeah I am calling I've been married for a month for a month okay so this is this is unacceptable I cannot believe it on you and don't mind shirts will cover that okay well all right just was nobody that could ID him behind the wheel so ice left us he left us a no charge is basically one of the bright side he'll get the bill for the light pole it's not gonna be married too much longer no he's definitely gonna pay for this it's just not going to be criminally
